I called the shop to see if I could get my car in to have it looked at. A tire was leaking from a previous plug.I talked to Moe. He said bring it on in. I was there in less than a half hour and Moe had the car looked at within 10 minutes. And 10 minutes after that they were done and I was out of there! The best part-no charge!

Took a tire in that a nail in it. The manager said to come back in 15 min. and when I returned he had plugged the hole. I asked what I owed and he replied no charge. Pretty shocking in these days and times. Will def return to do more business in the future!

The 2 gentlemen that run the front desk qt this location are fantastic. They are knowledgeable and handle customers with care & patience. I had a 3rd party schedule an appointment for me with Elite who confirmed it with me but not with the staff on location. On follow up, they took my appointment and handled my needs immediately. Even with that, they were still hundreds- $500+ less than the professional pros that changed my oil. If you have patience and love saving money this is your new mechanic! My Mazda CX-5 SUV had a dent in the back lift gate and dents and scratches on the rear bumper. Other repair shops wanted too much to replace the bumper and repair the dent, (either with paintless dent removal or drilling a hole in the gate and then Bondoing it), and even too much without replacing the bumper, just repairing it.Friend of mine said he had someone who could do it for less. Came around and said he could do it for $550, with drilling the hole instead of paintless dent repair. Checked his reviews and saw they were bad, so looked around for another shop who would do a paintless dent repair.Found Elite Auto Repair on Google. Based on the reviews, went to get an estimate. Ricardo was very nice and gave me a written quote of $600 (with tax) to repair and repaint the bumper and do a paintless dent repair on the lift gate. Brought it in and was told it would be ready the next day. However, it was not ready until the day after due to rain affecting when they could paint the bumper, but that was not a big deal.When I went to pick up the car, the dent was gone and the bumper repaired and repainted. Car looked great, like it had never been in an accident.Excellent work, excellent price, and excellent customer service by Ricardo.

I got a tire out on here. The tire came in within a few hours and they put the spare on for free for the time being. Wonderfully friendly staff and cheap tire. Love it here!

Nick and Moe were both fantastic. They were straightforward and professional, and exemplify what we all want in a repair shop: a better alternative than the high-priced dealers who will always opt for the most expensive fix. They did a great job on my 2009 BMW X5 (new brakes, fixed air conditioner, and some body work on a fender). Car came back with a detailed (external) cleaning too, down to the break dust on the tires. They also covered part of my rental because I added on the repair work at the last minute and it meant they needed one more day for the paint to dry. You can just tell they guys are honest and have a great work ethic.

Honestly the greatest and best service I have ever had. Took a 2000+ car repair at a dealership and provided the same quality and then some for almost $600 dollars cheaper. 100% my now go to mechanic and will continue to recommend all of their services to every single person. Especially anyone who has a VW as we know it’s extremely hard to find someone to understand german engineering.

Excellent and prompt service. Did not try to sell me anything else I didn’t need. They did recommend replacement of old and dirty air filters. I had already purchased replacement filters but hadn’t installed them yet so I knew they needed to be done. All in all an excellent experience. Thank you!

As a female you may be a little wary of taking your car into an auto repair shop, but no need to worry here.. This company right away checked me in, gave me an eta of completion and seeing that I was minutes of downtown Delray the advisor offered me a lift in my car to one of my fav bars before starting the oil change. Upon arrival it was the exact price that was stated and he gave me a few tips on when to change out my battery and to check for any possible leaks after 60 miles.Recommend to everyone!

Nick, the owner is a straight shooter who believes in quality work. The first time I dealt with him I had a minor issue and I pulled up to the garage right at closing time. He had the mechanic look at it right away and it was a very minor repair and despite me keeping them almost 30 minutes after closing he waved me off with no charge.Because of that encounter, when my AC needed to be rebuilt I took my car to Nick. There were some complications and it turned into a bigger job. Not only did the bill come in LOWER than the estimate, but he did some minor things that he saw should be taken care of at no additional charge like the serpentine belt and a cabin air filter. Hes not the cheapest but when they work on your car they treat it as if theyre doing it for family. He also just as a matter of course priced out used parts to repair a fender bender I had. I for one really appreciate him going the extra mile or three and have given his card to my family as a trustworthy and fair mechanic.

After my experience here I will never ger my car fixed anywhere else. I was broken down on the side of the road and randomly called Elite and the owner Nick sent his guys out with a battery for my car only to find it was the alternator that needed to be repaired. I dropped the car at his shop and he graciously brought me home and when the car was fixed he delivered to my doorstep. It is rare to get such good service these days and I must say that Nick and his crew went above and beyond to help me out and I couldnt be more pleased. Heres my experience with elite. My beemer broke down in the middle of the road on top of everything on weekend. I had their contact through an add because they give free towing. They came, picked me up, towed my car. Nick welcomed and made me feel like he is my machaani for ages but gave me a min heart attack that repair is going to take time and will cost me $800. Having only 1 car and being on tight budget they helped me through whole time. Provided me a brand new rental car on their expense. Repaired my beemer over the weekend.
