Looked into upgrading a phone & waited in line…after waiting patiently I was passed over. When I was finally helped I was spoken to as a teenager, adding a line isn’t “really cool” and getting $415 towards an upgrade does NOT make up for NOT having a charging port in an $1100 phone 🤦🏽‍♀️.

Colleen was incredible!!! She takes ALL of the absolute time you need until you are genuinely happy and confident when you leave. They give you every single moment of time and attention/expertise that you need. Ruben the Manager was always available and would instantly jump in to solve things and approve things with a few touch of buttons. Truly, ask for Colleen because she CARES. She cares about you above and beyond the sale of the product. Our family has been T-Mobile customers for many many years. Colleen and the staff there astounded us with their dedication and the calm way they worked with us. We had many questions and all were answered in detail by the time we left the store. Keep building teams like this!!! They are the epitome of excellent customer service and caring.

This location or any other. It doesnt matter. Every time i go into a store its a hassle, and some how the customer service number is even worse. (Because God forbid a store manger is ever actually able to resolve a problem even if they are the ones who caused it). So the issue stems from a member on my family plan getting their own account and transferring their number off of my existing account. Despite that taking over 3 hours and waiting additional time after we scheduled a simultaneous call (in after waiting an hour no one ever called and we had to reach out another day) we got the new account set up. While during that process, a tablet that was on my original account somehow got transferred to the new account even though it wasnt suppose to have been. After calling 3 additional times within 6 months we apparently only got the service transferred back to my account but not the device itself. So after customer service failing multiple times we decide to go into a store to talk to someone in person. What do I get? This condescending store manager who was immediately telling me to call customer service without even listening to my problem. I try to explain the situation that the new account is still getting charged for the tablet (we initially thought it was the insurance and found it was the full device) and he just keeps telling me that makes no sense because the number is linked to my account. He pretty much wiped his hands of me and a said if theres an issue, call customer service. Now while looking into a separate issue with the owner of the other account mentioned (go figure, more issues with tmobile), the store manager sees the tablet IS still on her account as well, and said theres nothing he can do about that. So youre telling me a tmobile employee (manager no less) is allowed to set up any account they want (and usually do it wrong) but they arent allowed to remove one? Why even have a store if they cant actually help you? On top of being given attitude the whole time. I guess you get what you pay for here.

Ashely helped me pick out a new phone and was really knowledgeable about the different iphones! I ended up picking one out and she made the whole process very stress-free and very quick! The store was also very clean and seemed to be taking the covid guidelines very seriously which was such a relief as a customer!

BEST EXPERIENCE WITH A PHONE CARRIER PERIOD. This is the smaller one thats by the old aldi. DO NOT go to the bigger one that used to be sprint. One lady bent through hoops for days to get me what I needed done. Please listen when I say that these people will leave you with a smile on your face especially the super cute but shy chick with the short dreads. They are blue rn. She will take care of you. I wanted to thank Taryn for her patience and grace. We came in with a complicated case and she worked with us until we we able to resolve the matter. Not to mention she also working with other customers, taking two at a time. So I was so impressed with her customer service skills and how she managed herself under stressful situations. Today my wife and I went out to start shopping for a new phone plan, and really wasn’t planning on buying anything. After going to a few different stores we finally stopped by T-Mobile where we met Marco! What a great guy, he really listened to what my wife and I was really looking for in phones, as well guided us to pick out the best phones that have the best features that fit our needs without breaking the bank. I was honestly very hesitant to even go there at first, but after working with Marco I will definitely be telling everyone to go there when they are ready for new phones or accessories!

Let me just start off by saying I walked into this place wanting to upgrade my phone. I was greeted with what seemed to be a warm welcome. However that was the only good thing that happened. I asked them do you have the phone I’m looking for and the response was no we it and they said no one does. Me can you call other stores to see if it’s available. And was told no one has the phone with in the surrounding area. Also keep in mind I’m pretty sure this guy was a homophobic. I got in my car and called the Geneva store who said they had the phone available and that they would hold one if Need be. I walked back into he store and said I thought everyone in the area was out of the phone? Geneva has it! Don’t lie to customers just because you don’t want to do your job correctly. Poor customer service and poor management is at this store minus a few good people! In other words needless to say I will not be doing business at this location!!

First thing to remember technology is never going to be perfect and to keep this in mind youll have a better attitude when it comes to dealing with issues pertaining to cellular services and devices. The staff was friendly and very helpful, they helped with all of my tec issues and even fixed my bill so that I ended up saving money.

Employees did not know what they were doing. Asked about the iPhone promotion and their answers were really short and didnt seem to want my business. Store was empty and quiet. Probably save more money by closing the store.

The last 2 times we were at T-Mobile we encountered an employee by the name of Shannon. He had to be one of the rudest people I ever had to deal with. We purchased a new phone and he helped us this day and oh my goodness---he was slow, rude, talked down to us and very lazy. We ended up returning the phone because it was freezing up and he was there that day also---I WILL REFUSE HIS SERVICE IF I EVER GO THERE AGAIN. I WOULD RATHER DRIVE 20 MILES TO THE NEXT CLOSEST STORE. When we were leaving the store he ended up getting into a fight with another family that had just switched over their plan from Verizon to Tmobile. He was swearing at the customer and was not willing to work with them at all.

The staff at this store are so unhelpful and uninterested in helping anyone. Unable to add a line to my plan. Unable to print a receipt for the sim card I bought. Everything takes 2 staff members. No one can do anything. Everything is a struggle here!

I have always had a bad experience with this stores employees being rude and dismissive, but I thought I was the only one. I was intended to go in to get a new phone, but decided to check the reviews first. Guess we will be going to Geneva instead. Does not seem like your training from the DM is doing much for your DeKalb location.
