Steve was a super big help in resolving an issue regarding re-activating a suspended line after being sent a new phone from AT&T. He did more in 5 minutes in person at the store than 2 hours of phone support from Samsung and AT&T customer service. Thank you so much!

Staff is friendly and helpful. Theyve always done a good job getting me the best deal they could, but it always seems like there are lots of hoops to jump through and their retail selection is limited. Im still giving this review 4 out of 5 because the people here really do make the best of it despite corporate related issues.

My experience with the service here was awful, and it strongly made me consider leaving AT&T for good.1. The sales person deliberately did not tell me that I would be charged Extra monthly for a service I didn’t request. And then when I figured out that the cost didn’t add up and asked why he responded “ oh well that’s standard.” It doesn’t matter, you should tell people this before you sell them an I requested service.2. The sales person didn’t inform me that a credit I was going to receive would take a few months to apply until I already completed my purchase. Instead, he told me my monthly cost would be one number, which is not the case for the first few months. I based my decision to buy on his misrepresentation of the monthly price.3. Did not provide me with a receipt for my transaction, and then told me I would have to come back in person to get it.

Initial bill description was confusing, had an initial quote and then a paper quote that was way off. Ended up being close to original quote but seems like it was more of an issue with corporate than the individual store. Staff was super friendly with purchase, but got defensive when I brought my concerns to them.

Came here with a new phone and needed to download my old phones information which I lost on my daughters scouting canoe trip. Clerk easily assisted me with downloading information from the cloud and had me back in business in 30 minutes. I would return here for future purchases and help.

Where do I start ? How lazy their rep Anthony is, or how hes a liar to make sales? Went in to upgrade my device and told him I want to trade in my device. He made me buy the new phone while making me believe my phone was being traded in. Asked me to come in and trade in my old phone in when the new phone arrives at the store. When the new phone arrived, he said he was too busy to help me with the trade in asked me to call ATT customer care and have them setup my drop off for the old phone. Surprise! When I called ATT the trade in wasnt valid. It was only valid if I bought the phone through Samsungs website. What a con! Great job Anthony.Now Im having issues with billing and now and he says he doesnt have access to help with billing and I have to come back only when their God forsaken manager is in the store which is never. Twice now, and same story. GET YOUR STUFF TOGETHER ATT!! Horrible service from your reps.

Went to this AT&T store to start service for two lines. We were met by employee Jasmine. From start to finish, she was AWESOME!! She answered all of our questions and we walked out very, very satisfied. Every AT&T store needs an employee like Jasmine. We will definitely use that AT&T store again and again as long as Jasmine works there. Again, thank you Jasmine for all your help and expertise.

Originally had a prepaid plan bc I was hesitant to sign up for a contract. I cracked my screen so I figured I stop by to see what they had to offer Thanks to Jasmine’s great customer service, I walked out with a new iPhone at a great price. She was knowledgeable and friendly - even waited until my phone was set up before leaving because I’m pretty old school :)

Would be a zero if possible. My daughter got a note10. Within months she had issue with the phone. Erratic charging and draining the battery fast. She took it in and was told to change a setting. Nope didnt work and took it back in. They said wrong setting and again it didnt help. She went back [now going on 3rd month) and told a update was coming and it would fix it. Update came and nothing.She is 18 and wanted to hqndle it herself at this time i went in . They first tries a insurancei wondered why i gotta pay $150 to fix a problem that warentee should fix. The reason was there is a small crack in the screen that now the warentee was void.It shouldnt have been a issue if the store would have done the warentee before 3 months of complaining.I talk to a guy t the store who called the warentee place. He told them the situation and he said it was fine and they would send us a new phone. Got it in 5 days (great service). We send in the broken phoneToday I get the old phone back and a bill for 950.I call at&t. There isea of fixing it is to just send in the phone and get a new line and a free phone...no matter that we are paying for a broken or not usable phone..Where this should have been fixed months ago if the store just sent in the broken phone months ago.So my 18 yr old daughter either has to give up her note 10 and get a new line (wich I doubt solves anything) or pay 950.So be weary when dealing with the store.

I went to AT&T tonight for what I thought was a simple and quick process and it turned out to take about two hours. Chase was so patient and awesome as we upgraded two phones and as I asked what felt like 100 questions! He was the only one working in the store and there was about 7 customers that came in around the same time and he pinged from person to person and everyone seemed to walk out satisfied. Chase helped until the second they closed still with a smile on his face! Awesome experience!

I would give 0 stars if possible. Came to the store at 4:10 pm to pick up a new Apple Watch and pay my bill. There’s a sign on the door that says “out to lunch” - seriously at 4 in the afternoon? Tried the door thinking that someone forgot to take it down. It’s locked and a woman standing in the store (not eating lunch) pointed at the sign and gave me “the look”. AT&T you need to re-consider if you want your name on this store.

They cant do a whole lot since they arent a corporate store. They can sell products but thats it. If you are changing your plan, switching products, removing a device, or anything other than buying a product, they will send you to a corporate store which means driving to Aurora or similar. The people are nice, just not helpful. They seem so nice that they dont really know everything. For example, he told us that there would be a fee for something when we went to the corporate store but we could talk them out of it since we were buying a new phone. That turned out to be a lie. They also tell you that you have to drive to the other store for simple things that you could easily do online, like a brief international plan for a foreign trip. Dont go here if you can avoid it.

The young man working on 9/4/18 in the afternoon was super helpful!!! We added a line to our plan over the phone with customer service and they have us a bunch of false information. Stopped in to the store and explained to him what happened, then he got on the phone and spoke with another store and fixed our issues right there. Thank you so much!! It was kind of ridiculous that AT&T customer support told us we’d have our new phone in 3 days then changed it to a whole month. Great work guys at the Dekalb store!!!

Went in to activate a phone, rep 1 and rep 2 were talking to me at once, he had his phone on speaker, ny mom was on the phone trying to talk while she was talking to me, i ask him to turn off his speaker considering I had 3 people talking to me at once, Im asked to leave the store.For a more elaborate description of what happened, please reply.

Had to stop in 5 TIMES to switch my service to a new phone. Every time we would come in they would tell us something else we needed to doThat was 2 months ago. Now my friend signed up with a new acct today. Literally hours ago. I just called them to see if we cancel if there is a fee. Because I can put her on my acct (Verizon thank god!) and all I get is I don’t know. We are just a store. You have to call customer service 🤬
