Horrible!! The guy is so rude! He kicked me out of his store because I added that there was another boost location on Lucinda. He told the guy the next closest one would be Rochelle or Rockford or something so I chimed in and said there is one on Lucinda and the guy that works there snapped at me. Kicked me out. Told me I was being rude. Umm if youre going to conduct business right in front of my face I already feel involved! Maybe get an office then. Oh and at least acknowledge people when they enter!

Ive always loved boost mobile. Ive had to switch providers twice in the past when Ive moved out of its vicinity but I always come back as soon as I can.Good service, good phones, decent to good customer service and awesome plans and prices.

Guy is hardly ever open, doesnt care about customer service. Argues with customers in store with others to see /hear. Should just close down location.

The Asian guy who works here is really nice. He always does his best to try and help you. He might try to sell you a new phone or plan that you are not interested in but I guess that is his job. They provide a small free gift when you reboost your phone here. Used to be USB led light but now they have fidget spinners as well
