Three separate times Ive pre-ordered a game and I wasnt given the dlc or called when it was released so the store kept my money. Their prices are insane your better off getting games from facebook. And this store doesnt answer the phone it just hangs up on you.

What do you expect, its GameStop, youre never going to get the value you think you deserve. The crew at GameStop are extremely knowledgeable about the games and theyre also super helpful when ever I ask about the ratings on certain games. Love the nerd merchandise and if youre not in a hurry, all $60 dollars games will be used at some point.

This place is not what it used to be. Selection for consoles is limited to whats brand new. And even at that your lucky if they have it in stock. Went there last week to get a game for my nephew for a Nintendo switch and told me they could have it in 3-4 weeks. Even though its on the shelf. Save the money I went on Amazon and got it new for cheaper then games top and waited 2 days during Christmas . There downfall is eveident sadly but not stock what you advertise is ridiculous

I dont know what I would do without GameStop. My grandson is constantly hounding me about new games that I know nothing of. But because of GameStop knowledgeable staff, Im always pointed in the right direction. That look on my grandsons face is priceless! Go GameStop!

The workers were happy, friendly, and helpful. I know that GameStop doesnt have the best reputation but the employees here are great. They joked with us and made us feel welcome, but they were also knowledgeable about games, prices, and the quality of the games I was buying. This place is definitely worth checking out!

I dont really make a lot of purchases from GameStop, but I go in there a lot with my significant other that is very into gaming and goes through a lot of games and hardware due to heavy use. The staff there is always very nice and try to accommodate my SO as much as they can when he inevitably coming in with a broken piece of equipment.

I really like this game stop. The people in their cool and laid-back. Youre also very knowledgeable when it comes to the different types of games and what youre looking for. And if you dont know what youre looking for, they can also suggest some things to you which I found have been really good suggestions. Im very satisfied.

Ive had an employee carry my purchase out to my vehicle for me after assisting in a convoluted transaction. That same employee, Cody, was able to help me complete an online order that the website was getting hung up on. Few retail stores I shop at offer the level of customer service as GameStop in Dekalb. I would recommend anyone with any video game needs to shop with them.

Staff there is always really nice and helpful if you ask them questions about games. 95% of the time, they have the pre-owned version of the game I want.. which is nice because I like saving money.

The people in there are super cool and knowledgeable about whatever you ask, their selection is awesome, the store is always clean, and I have seen them deal very well with rude customers. Nice job guys.

Are you tired of going to GameStop getting scratched games just please their used go to Best Buy or Walmart the Xbox 360 games the PS4 games that are Xbox One games are not scratched at all there an factory-sealed condition I suggest you buy a game from Best Buy Walmart Target first always go to Best Buy and then Walmart and then Target because Best Buy they have the best games in Factory sealed condition the best condition there is the reason why you have to buy Factory so condition because its not scratched like GameStop its always scratch make sure you sell your games at The Gaming Goat in DeKalb

Dont sell your stuff to them you can buy a 400$ ps4 and if you would like to sell it to them with games they would only give you like 70 bucks with remotes plus games but is a great place to buy cheap games for any console

The franchise owner gave me a good deal on the limited edition 1tb ps4. I purchased the warranty as well. When that broke they agreed to find a replacement. Failing in that I was able to get the purchase price credited toward a new ps4. Highly satisfied.

Alot of snobby nerds work here with know-it-all attitudes. One time I came in to just browse after Xmas and one of the workers asks me if I need any assistance finding anything. I said no thank you and he looks at me and says well I would find it much faster than you. I gave him a dirty look and replied idk even know what I want yet. Lay off. These situations happen alot. Honestly I feel I could be way more of a pleasant employees than them.
