I had a great experience at Archer. They were very friendly and quickly took care of a problem that I’ve taken my car to three other places to get fixed. The service was great and we will definitely go back again.

They used clip weights on my aluminum rims... and the alignment is till off Idk if it’s because they have an older machine or want but it’s still bad. wouldn’t recommend this place. But the lady at the counter was really nice!Just now noticed y’all didn’t tighten my struts... definitely never coming back not even if you said you’d fix it for free.

Went in thinking that I needed new brakes, but after they inspected my brakes they told me that I didnt need new brakes. Friendly and honest! This is the place to go in the Dekalb area.

This place was recommended by tire rack. Turns out that was not a good idea. I went in for a tire replacement and came out with new tires and damaged wheels.Updated after owner comments (12/29/30):As stated by the owner they did follow through with addressing the situation. My wheels have been fix to brand new status thanks to Archer. Most businesses dont follow through, however, they did.

After bouncing around a few different shops in dekalb, I landed at Archer Alignment when I purchased my Miata. I was looking for a shop that had experience with my car, and Archer came highly recommended. Ive been coming here for over a year and can say Im glad I have. The whole crew had taken good care of me and has been very honest about the work that needs to be done. I look forward to a long relationship with the crew here.

Hope you dont need work done on a Saturday. Even tho they say there open. No one will show up. My friend left his truck there told him he would pick it up Saturday. They said that was cool. But we went in to pick it up. And guess what. No one was there all day long.

This place is totally dishonest. Either make sure to be on your toes if you visit OR avoid them at all costs. I hit my tire against a curb and experienced some wobbling as I drove. I took it into archer and they tried to charge me $470 to fix a component of the suspension and to get an alignment! I took it somewhere else and they found no damage to the parts that Archer wanted me to replace. On top of that, they discovered that the reason my car was wobbling was because my rim got BENT! A second auto shop told me the same thing! As soon as I got a new rim, the wobbling was fixed and the car drove as smooth as before! How much did I pay for this new rim AND the installment? $25!! How do you go from having to pay $470 at one place and then $20 at another??? These people took advantage of the fact that I am not knowledgeable about auto repair AND they saw how desperate I appeared to have my car fixed as soon as possible. I knew something was fishy and went elsewhere. Im glad I didnt trust these folks cause they seriously tried to take advantage of me. Customers beware.

I took my car there as a 4th resource to find out why the tires on my car were so loud while driving. After continually servicing my car with Brian Bemis Honda for the past 2 1/2 years, I decided to go elsewhere after they told me everything was fine and then 1 year later telling me that I needed new tires (which were only 2 years old) and a tire alignment.Archer Alignment informed me that my tires had been rotated incorrectly (swapping the front tires to the back, and the back tires to the front), when all along they should have doing an X formation to properly wear the tires. I had always thought the X rotation was the correct way, but thought that Bemis must know what theyre doing. After all, they are a dealership. In end, the gentlemen at Archer rotated my tires FREE of charge. They were polite, personable and didnt try to take advantage of a woman trying to take care of her SUV. I will definitely be going back.
