I purchased an older, high mileage Focus that was fairly priced from Brad Manning Ford. The experience was mostly painless and my salesman, Eric Kilmer, was knowledgeable and very helpful. If you want to experience a small town, straight forward dealer as opposed to high pressure, high volume mega-dealers, I recommend Brad Manning.

My husband and I have purchased two new vehicles from Brad Manning Ford in the past 18 months, and the service and friendly nature of everyone at their dealership exceeded our expectations both times. Our newer vehicle hasnt reached the time for its first service yet, but our first vehicle is brought to Manning for service each time, and everything is taken care of very easily and quickly with no hassle (just like I like it). We ended up at their dealership on a whim, and were very glad we did. They really are great to work with.

Back in July 2020, my truck was headed to the junkyard, Tim and Ken gave me a fair deal as a trade in and helped me drive off with an excellent 2016 Ford Edge, with more bells and whistles than I have ever had on any vehicle, I swear the car could probably drive itself. So when some friends had trouble with their car I recommend Brad Manning Ford they have taken care of me after the sale of my car like I was Family and go the extra mile to ensure I am still happy with my vehicle, and I am. Great service department. Communication with me was outstanding. Because of my situation I brought my car in two days before it was to be serviced. They went ahead the next day with it. So it was completed two days ahead of schedule. Which really helps when your down to one car. If you have a car that needs to be serviced, I highly recommended these folks. I never take the time to do reviews, but felt it necessary, this time since they more than met my expectations.

Great Service Department Trysha took great care of me explaining everything in regards to my warranty and what I thought would be an over $500 fix for my heat the price was acceptable. Drove 5 hours and looked at an appropriately priced truck. On their website they utilize kbb to show the value you are receiving. When it comes to trading in your vehicle they do not even consider kbb trade in values. How ironic? Fair comdition on my trade in was $3,400 eventhough I believe it was closer to good condition at $3,900. They offered me a paltry $1,000. When I balked they went to $1,275, and then I tried to show them kbb they went to $2,000. My wife and I got up and left for our 5 hour trip home completely furious. To top it off we got a call when we were 10 minutes down the interstate stating they could go to $2,100. What a disgrace. I think they thought we would take it simce we were so far away from home. So in a nutshell their selling prices are good but they need alot of work to do when it comes to offering a fair price for a trade in. Good luck car buyers but beware.

Used for oil changes and general service over the past year. Tried to upsell me on unnecessary services. Last visit for check engine light. Fixed wiring harness to maf, but once i inspected work noticed broke boot to maf that they tried to apoxy back together. Causing vacuum and starting issues days later. 8 hours and $350 later...Very disappointed.

Went to this dealership to look at trading my truck in. I went to just look at a 2011 ford f150 with 131,000 miles. When I went to test drive it. I checked under the hood right after starting it up. The first thing I heard was squeaking bearings coming from the water pump. Then drove it and heard grinding coming from the front driver side. Would assume a sticking brake caliper or bad wheel bearings. Got it back to the dealership and checked under the hood again. And heard a slite metallic tapping sound coming from inside the engine. (Which is not good) Checked the oil which was dark brown an had a slite gas smell to it. (Not good and never changed) I told the salesman about it. And he told me the dealership was aware of these problems. (Truck was being sold for 15,000) Which is why they were selling it so low. Truck with all the problems it had was worth maybe 8,000. And dont I know why you would put a vehicle out on the lot for sale like that. Unless you were concerned about just making money. Then after looking at that truck. The salesman wanted me to come in and look at another truck. Which i did. I test drove a 2017 ford f150 with 45,000 miles on it. I liked. But told the salesman I had to watch my payments. Which he of course said he understood and would work with me. So he convinced me to run my credit and had me wait. And after about 30 minutes he walks up to me and tells me they were having problems reaching the banks. He told me he would call the next day. Never did. I ended up calling the dealership three days after I had been there. The guy on the phone the phone told me they were just talking about me 15 minutes ago and that they ran my credit trying to banks to make a deal. And couldnt. He said said sorry and just hung up. It amazes me how dealerships can get with such things and no one will bat an eye. They pretty much lied to me and most likely ruined my credit with all the credit checks they did. Now I know I told them it was fine to run my credit. But I wouldnt have been upset if they had just told me there was nothing they could do for me. Rather then giving me the run around.

Be careful buying a used car here. They well eventually send you to a higher up person to finalize the deal and this person will be honest with you. It will be disclosing any problems that seem like may come up soon with it. They will use words like soft, or slightly moist, when what they mean is worn down, or leaking. I bought a 2007 buick last day of September and drove it maybe 100 miles total before I was told by my mechanic that there were multiple major gasket leaks and on top of that would probably require a new oil pan. $1700 later I wish I had spent an extra few thousand for the new car and at an entirely different dealer. They know the problems of their cars and will disclose the least important information. Lesson learned, go somewhere else

Great people and excellent service. I had my F-150 company vehicle serviced last week when the check engine light was on. It is fleet vehicle with maintenance plan purchased in other Ford dealership. John from the Service Department managed to get all information on the maintenance plan then provided counseling on how to max out the use of it. My company end up getting all the services for the day charge to the plan. I definitely recommend them to everyone and will be bringing back my work truck on the next service.

I feel robbed. On three occasions I brought my Ford in for service, thinking a Ford dealer would be the most trusting place to go. My first negative experience came from a window that wouldn’t roll down. After looking at it, they told me I would need to order a part, and bring it back for installation. They charged me for looking at it. On the way home the window worked. I called back to inform them, and I was told by the mechanic that he GUARANTEED it would fail within a week. It’s been over a year and it still works. My second and much more costly negative experience came from a check engine light coming on. They told me I needed a body valve replacement. I paid $1,500, with a guarantee on the work they did. After a week and a half, the same problem occurred. When I brought it back for a refund, they claimed it wasn’t the same issue, and refused to refund me. After I told them I didn’t want to put any more money into the car, they offered to buy it for $250. I recently sold the car for $1,700 to someone who was fully aware of all of the issues the car had. I wouldn’t trust these people to fix a bicycle, and highly discourage people to use their services or purchase a vehicle from this dishonest company.

I went to Manning ford looking for a vehicle with better gas mileage then what I was currently driving. I talked to Eric K. at Manning who took the time to understand my needs in a new vehicle and was quickly able to match me up with a very nice car that exceeded what I expected out of a new to me vehicle. I about a week into my new to me car and am very happy. The mpg actually ended up exceeding even what the manufacturer had stated. Thanks Eric for an easy deal and great car!!

We were visiting the area and needed an oil change for our Ford Escape. Another dealer in the next town over couldnt fit us in so we called Brad Manning Ford based on all the positive reviews. Jay was great on the phone and said they could squeeze us in that same afternoon. When we arrived, Trysha took care of us and she is great. The service was fast, they checked everything over and gave us a thorough report card. They even washed the car! Trysha told me about the Ford rewards app too where we can earn points towards future service. Overall very, very pleased with the service and the super nice professional staff. My wife and I loved our experience at the dealership; we went to go look at a used Chevy Traverse and left with a brand new Ford Explorer. We purchased the package with the 4 cylinder eco-boost motor. Wow what a difference this engine has versus other 4 cylinder cars/trucks I have driven. This one actually has some giddy-up and go. I recommend you visit and go see Tom Anderson; he stayed with us throughout the whole sales process. And once the car was cleaned up and ready to go he showed me every little gimmick or gadget on the car and how it worked.

Bought a used vehicle for $15,000 from this dealership. First off, while we were discussing our deal with the sales associate at his desk, someone else was allowed to take the vehicle out on a test drive. We felt this was rude, but decided to ignore it as we liked the vehicle enough to still buy it.10 minutes into my drive home, the check engine light came on. Went to Autozone, they explained that it was an issue with the fuel line. The part to replace it was $54. Went straight back to Brad Manning Ford and asked for them to cover the cost of the part. Since we made the purchase less than an hour prior, we gave them the option to keep it and fix the issue or choose any mechanic and we would handle everything as long as they covered the payment (an estimated $100 after labor).The sales manager declined to cover any such cost and was adamant about the fact that they didnt make enough profit on the vehicle to warrant the repair. He mentioned that since my vehicle was a Chevy, they were not able to do what was necessary on it in house.While discussing the problem, one of the partial owners got involved and decided to raise his voice, insisting that it was technically our vehicle and that technically they didnt have to do anything.The sales manager offered us our money back, but insisted only because he was confident that he could fix the issue and turn it around for a larger profit - since we apparently got them down to their lowest dollar amount.So to sum up the story, Brad Manning Ford declined a $100 repair on a vehicle that had been sold less than 60 min prior, all because they wanted to turn it around and make a quick buck. Willing to displease a (once) happy customer for the sake of scamming another client.Do yourself a favor and dont make a trip to Brad Manning Ford.
