The General Manager Duane is very rude I asked him if they install hitches and he said “no duh”. That was very unprofessional to say you represent the store and I informed him on that and he said back to me “this is my store I’ve been here since2014 uhaul will never get rid of me right of wrong”. Other employees joke and play way too much. One young lady was eating Waffle House while helping.

I love these guys here. They always get my rental done quickly and are very friendly. I will definetly continue to use this location whenever I need a truck.
My husband and I rented a small truck March 28, 2020, my deposit was $32. Uhaul have a pending amount for $28? Thats a discrepancy of $4. My card was credited $28 after 2 weeks of calling, I still dont know why I only received $28.00? Uhaul got all $61 for the use of their truck. I would like my $4.
I ordered the truck online so everything was pretty much done. Theres one thing that I would suggest & thats being friendlier. Smile sometimes... 😀 theres nothing wrong with smiling while working.
The owner was nice but when it started to get busy and he was the only person working a register he would call other people up to another register and start asking them what they needed while still standing in front of me and trying to provide me with the items I needed. I didnt like that at all. I feel that with how long the process could take to rent a UHAUL that when Im standing in front of you trying to take care of the financial part I should be the only customer your focused on.
Extremely busy. Had an issue with my trailer hitch installation that they did and I couldnt get them to look at it before I had to leave town. The people are nice but the store is so busy you have to go at late hours (just before closing) to get sufficient service.
I was so ready to move to a bigger house. I rented a 26ft Moving Truck Rental ready to rock. The truck was huge and I knew it was going to be a smooth move. We packed the truck and needed to move the truck up a little to get something in the truck. The truck wouldnt start, I mean engine not turning over for nothing. Call customer service they said someone will be out there in 2 hours. The guy came and fixed the truck and said This truck needs to be in the shop ASAP, but it will be ok today. Cool. Drive the truck to my new house and finished our first unload. Ready to head out and the damn truck would not start. Called customer service and was told “someone will be out in 2 hours. Now its 7:15 at night and someone supposed to be at the house in two hours. 9:30 rolls around and still no repair man. Call customer service and was told that they repair guy broke down on the way to my house. So now they will just call a tow company and they will be there in an hour. 10:45 pm I finally see the tow company pulling up.I only received 40 buck for all the trouble I had to go through and still had to pay extra to my guys because of the long wait for the repair man. After talking with the employee at the location I never wanted to rent from them again. He was so rude and didnt care about my situation at all. I’m so over U-Haul they can keep those raggedy trucks.
Danny is the greatest!! He always makes sure you get the what you need and you are satisfied. Every time I needs to rent a truck, hitch or van. I always come to this location. I recommend this location to any and everyone!!!
Unless you desperately need to use this location... go to another U-Haul with best costumer service.
Terrible unprofessional place. They asked for 3 reference on a rental and they said it’s in case I don’t answer my phone. They try to call the people phone number. Complete invasion or privacy. Employees lie said they would not call. Manager said they would not, but they did call.
I have never been disappointed. I can make my reservation and everything is ready when I arrive, I have used this place years. Very good management.
I will NOT use Uhaul again. You all are stealing money. I paid way more then anticipated(from an online quote $50).You guys charge too much for mileage on top of me having to refuel! It doesnt make sense! Why charge so much when you know people are moving and it will probably be a distance over 2 miles or more! Thats is expensive. I end up paying almost $50 alone in mileage! There is no courteousness when dealing with these situations all I got was I am sorry. All that means is you dont care and you just want to get off the phone. I am very upset and will never suggest Uhaul. I hate big corporations, you steal peoples money who are moving and trying to do better in life. I end pay over $100 dollars for a cargo van. Never again with Uhaul.
Extremely rude staff did not want to give me back my money that was my deposit that I was owed but they had the truck back. Very unprofessional very rude. The assistant manager Lady was one of the most rudest people I every meet in my life I will never rent a uhual truck from them again. I dont understand how she is a manager with her attitude she was on her own personal phone call my whole visit where is the customer service skills at. If you can rentbavtruck down the street and save the problem.
My real issue came after my account had been satisfied. I’ve called upon and rented from this location before. On this instance I rented a cargo van for 19 days and was charged 907$! Every time I call, I’m lucky enough to get the not so friendly, very cavalier agent named Nikki on the line. Today was no different in that I tried to express there was a new charge on my account on a Wednesday after the equipment had been returned and account satisfied on Sunday. She asked no questions and immediately transferred me to customer service where I spent 30 min on hold to speak to an agent that stated we had to wait on merchant svcs to open at 9. I called back at 9:20 and wait on hold 20 min before I explain what’s happened again and the agent apologized for me being given bad information and merchant svcs opens at 10. I ask do I have to call back and wait on hold another time for 20 min or can someone call me back. She states that she will call me back personally or have someone directly from MS call after they open at 10 (which is 10 min btw). At 10:20 after I haven’t heard from anyone, I call again and wait on hold 30 min to speak with a curt agent that states I need to fill out a form for hold release for my bank. I ask how long this process takes after she says she doesn’t know she then states the requests are normally handled by close of business the same day. Because I have very little faith in the competency of the persons I’ve spoken to I call in the afternoon just to see if there is an update with the request. I call again and this time I’m on hold the entire time of driving from Monroe, GA to midtown Atlanta. When the agent, Justin comes on the line I AGAIN proceed to explain my issue and he states there is no pending transaction for 49$, I express that is not what I said, I stated 489$! He then states “that’s not what you said, but either way I dont see that either”! I immediately ask for a supervisor, I’m placed on hold for another 8 min, he comes to the line and apologizes for the hold and then... you guessed it, the line disconnects. I’m beyond frustrated and aggravated that 1. My card had been charged (whether it be a temporary hold or whatever) and NO ONE could explain why 2. I could not speak with ONE component agent that cared enough about my issue to see to it that it was resolved. U-HAUL definitely misses the mark with phone customer service!

I was charged 130 when i picked my truck up an i was charged another 230 next day like how does it happen
I used to rent from this place once a month as it was cheaper than maintaining a large truck. I started to notice that when I would go through the process of getting the truck the person behind the desk would show me on my invoice where the fuel gauge is and inform me that I should bring it back at that level. THE TRUCK FUEL LEVEL WILL ALWAYS BE LESS THEN WHAT THE INVOICE SAYS! This has happened to me on 3 separate occasions. The first time, I thought it was just a mistake. The second time it happened another customer was complaining about the same thing at which point my suspicion was aroused. I think this is done on purpose because when i brought it to a staff members attention, the are dismissive or they will actually argue that the fuel gauge is correct. This Uhaul location is SCAMMING people. If everyone they send out the door brings a truck back with more fuel then they left with YOU WOULD FUELING THEIR TRUCKS FOR FREE. If your are going to rent from this place...please be careful.

Been okay doing business here over the years. No major issues. Staff is friendly. My only gripe is when I do online rental it makes no difference in check out time.
