Brought my car over for a brake diagnosis...I got there before they opened and Billy even let me in early to get the process started!Billy scanned the car in front of me and walked me through all the problems and gave me multiple options on how to go about fixing my vehicle. These guys are awesome. Ive pulled in there and had them pop my hood up and look around with no hesitation and feel like I can trust them. This is where I will always go. John is great, he has offered to let me keep my car there over night when it was barely running. I am just thankful to have them right down the road.

This is an honest mechanic. We are visiting Daytona and our car wont start. We towed it to their shop in the middle of the night. Called them when they opened and they looked at the car right away. We thought it was the alternator. They said our battery bolt was just loose. Tighten it and explained to us what happened over the phone and in person. Didnt charge us (we gave them a bit for their time). A dishonest place would have said something else was wrong and we wouldnt have known.

Chose this place for the good reviews and I agree with them. I dont know a lot about cars but they took the time to answer all of my questions and help me out as much as they could. They actually care about helping you save money and give honest advice. Theyre nice guys who want whats best for their customers. Thanks John!

Steven’s Tires went above and beyond the service I brought my car there for. They are very fair and didn’t charge us for a bunch of unnecessary services. Will definitely use them again when we need new tires!

Heard the boss talking to a customer pretty bad, so Ill definitely never take my vehicle to this guys. Plus my buddy went to go get something done and one project turned into a completely different project for a $1000 more. The parts are not expensive its the labor thats a $100 a hour.

I was chucked out because there were other customers spending more money than my $30 and was waiting in line for business. I have waited 3hours for only to check whats wrong with my tire as it leaked. As they didn’t even took it off the rim, they just said I must take my tire and leave. I was never in my life more upset and been dealt with like this by a store manager. They are the worst. They are only chasing money instead of delivering a service.

Fast, friendly, and great prices! I was in town on vacation and got a nail in my tire. Adam is honest and communicates clearly. They do not handle car computers and some of the electrics as we came to find out with our second car over there, but tires and mechanical maintenance and repair are great. Will give you a fair price for services rendered👍

Fantastic !! Drove the wifes minivan to Daytona from Canada. Ended up desperately needing a brake job. Called Stevens after reading good reviews, and they said to bring it in, and I was able to drop it off. Dealt with Chuck - (Great guy btw!) He understood my predicament, and made me feel comfortable leaving my van with them. Spent the day at the beach, and had limited access to phone, but every time I called for an update, Chuck was great, and worked with me to keep me up to date on the progress. Parts were priced well, as were the labor charges.One of my biggest fears, was that if i took my van to a shop out of my country, that I would be charged extra... And for stuff I didnt need, THIS DID NOT HAPPEN !!!!The crew at Stevens were honest, only replaced what needed replacing, and were more than fair with their labor rate !!I did not see Chuck to thank him when I picked the van up after the work was done (if you are reading this... Thanks Chuck - it was an absolute pleasure dealing with you)When I picked up the van I had the privilege of dealing with Billy ! Again, another great guy !!Overall, great experience, great shop, great work!! Our daughter needed 4 new tires. Billy was very helpful w/price and selection over the phone with us, and our daughter said that they were super nice in person. We were trying to handle this from out of town and werent sure who to trust...we went completely off of reviews and could not have been happier. So much so that we would drive to Daytona from DeBary for future auto repair needs. Our daughter was told by the dealership that she needed new brake pads as well..., so she showed up w/a set of new brake pads at Stevens expecting to need to have them done. Billy inspected them and said that they were fine. This is an honest shop. I feel most would have taken advantage and charged her for a service she didnt need. Awesome!

We traveled from Indiana to Ormond Beach and experienced rear brake metal to metal issues. I prayed for the right direction and read reviews for this shop. I dont know where to start but would say this was the most outstanding service I have experienced for brakes and customer service anywhere. I am in my 60s so have owned many cars so this is not said lightly! Billy was friendly to all customers in our time there, honest and fair. He made sure to personally test drive it before turning it over to us. His personality and skills are tremendous. This is the easiest 5 star rating I have ever done😀

To be honest I did have a few issues with them but I went back and talked to Chuck about it and with him and the owner the issues got taken care of right away.... I was on vacation in Daytona last week and my Mercedes ML 320 serpentine belt was shredded. The shop was very professional and was able to get my Truck in and out with in a few hours! John thanks for the pacman credits for the kids to make the time go by easier. Most mechanic auto shops would have taken the opportunity to take advantage, if you are visiting Daytona Beach or live in the area I would definitely check them out for the Tires, Brakes and wheel alignment.

My experience with chuck and crew was awesome as always...could of really stuck it to me and told me that I needed five different things and 100s of dollars later wouldnt of know the difference ... But 20.00 later .car fixed!!!! Thank you guysAnother fantastic experience!

Awesome place. Very honest. And timely. Came in for an alignment. Found out my hub bearing was bad they replaced it the same day and in a timely manor.

First off these guys are amazing! Prices are more than fair and Billy is the crown jewel of this establishment in my opinion! No BS do what they say when they say it mentality and treat the customer right. Billy helped me pick a set of tires for my dually and installed a leveling kit for far less than any other shop had quoted me. The best part was it was done in two days! The ride is excellent and the Nitto Ridge Grapplers he talked me into have gotten noticed by everyone. Could not be happier. If you need a fair price and the BEST service around do not hesitate to visit these guys!

The employees here understood my problem. At other places, I have run into a condescending mechanic who spoke in a way that would confuse the customer. Here, they didnt. They are upfront, their estimates are very close to the final total, and they dont try to pull more money out of you by suggesting unnecessary maintenance. The only thing I didnt like was the price. But, Im a young adult, so everything is expensive.

Took 4.5 months for them to honar the milage warranty. The would not even send them back without me calling Contanal customer services.. Ive been a customer for 15 years. Never again will I use Stevens tire. My last set of tires has a constant thump in one of them. I complained about it every time the rotated the tires. The never offered to do anything about it. Thay would not even rebalance it. Billy tride to tell me my auto needed alignment. Took it elsware only to here it was perfect and needed nothing.

I have used Stevens Tire & Auto on three separate occasions with two different vehicles and overall I have been very satisfied with the service I have received. All three times I dealt with Chuck and he truly cared about fixing my vehicle problems, not just making money off me. Diagnosis of the problems were quick and thorough, and the repairs themselves were done well. Only minor complaint I have is their price markup on parts, but that is to be expected for any auto repair shop. I would rather pay for the quality of service and the comfort that they are not trying to sell me something I dont need.As a side note, it pays to be nice! If you are friendly, they are more likely to work with you on the price. If you are aggravating, expect to pay for it.

Honestly I never write reviews but this auto shop was completely awesome. I called about 15 tire shops looking for reasonable prices for two tires on my 2015 civic, and this place gave me a great cheap price(about 80$ a tire) and had great customer service over the phone unlike the competitors in the area. They did a great job on my car and I definitely liked that the mechanic will show you things on your car instead of telling you later when you cant see where they are. Great customer service and genuine employees which is hard to find with auto shops today. The best/most reasonable auto shop from sanford all the way to Palm Coast. Definitely coming back whenever theres anything going on with my car, thank you for all the help guys! Ill recommend you to anyone that needs work done on their cars.

My go to place for tires for last 20 years.

I put new Michelin tires on my car, and took it to Stevens for an alignment. I routinely get 60 to 70 K miles out of these tires.A few months later I took them in for rotation. The tire tech said the tread depth was illegally low! I looked at the tires and they were nearly bald in places. I took it to another, more established alignment service center. His test showed the tires were improperly aligned. Apparently Stevens alignment equipment was faulty or incorrectly calibrated. I only got 11,000 miles out of those tires, thanks to Stevens ineptitude. DONT GO THERE!!

Dropped my car off and went to the beach! I live in Orlando, but bring my car to Stevens Tire for repairs because the mechanics are honest and the rates are fair. Ive had a couple of incidents in Orlando where I was charged for parts that were never installed on the car. I had a client refer me to Stevens and am glad he did. Plus, hitting the beach wile they fix your car is a plus!

Made an appointment for 9:30am for wheel alignment and 4 tires, I arrived on time, 2 hours later they had not even started on my car. Went to ask the guy who checked me in about my car, he held up a finger and walked away. I asked for my keys back and then a manager (John) came and talked to me and said he would put 2 guys on it right away. Wrong tires were ordered and would have to be done another day. John said he would order the tires and call me next day, never heard from them. Spent 2 1/2 hours at their shop with no service and John says, Thanks for understanding Seriously,!!
