Repair Service was great and the staff was awesome at keeping me updated on my repair status.I would have given a 5-star review, but I had asked for an oil change while my truck was being worked on and it did not happen. A/C in our Mobile Detail Van decided to stop working and would only blow hot air! Summer is hear and so is the heat and humidity that Florida is famous for. 1 Year Warranty offered did NOT cover a simple loose connection....My AC compressor was replaced by the previous business owner back in September of last year. Thankfully I still have my original receipt/invoice of the work that was completed. I was told that no records were available from work performed previously. Ultimately it didnt matter I had my paperwork still. Problem was that my AC was blowing hot again early this May. I was well within my warranty period, but I was told the connector wasnt covered. Now my question is... Was it the connector the whole time? Was it the problem to begin with? I paid almost $1,000 to get the AC fixed in the first place when they replaced my compressor... Im thinking its possible my compressor may not have even needed to have been replaced in the 1st place if the connector was an issue this whole time. I reluctantly paid the $225 anyway to get the system currently operating as it was designed. Thanks, but no thanks. At least my AC works again now. And it does blow ICE COLD. I just do not feel I was treated fairly. Sorry. 😐

My experience was nothing short of amazing. My car needed some serious help and they were able to squeeze me between appointments on a fully booked day to run a diagnostic. By noon the next day, my car was ready to go; parts replaced and serviced.Tina was, by far, the best part of it all. She was super friendly and knowledgeable. The whole process was really smooth thanks to her. You couldn’t ask for better customer service or a better person. Will definitely come again for any future needs.

They will scam you. Go somewhere that’s corporate. They will scam you to sell any extra part they have to pay for their mortgage. Got an alignment, they broke parts that shouldn’t have broke, broke the law and made me pay for it because they couldn’t afford it. One month later I now need another alignment and was told by a professional mechanic to sue them.

The staff was professional, courteous, and completed my repairs quickly at a reasonable price. I will definitely be coming again.

We had just gotten off of the interstate for our beach vacation when our car started making terrible noise when turning. My husband instantly knew what it was but wanted to get it to the shop ASAP. Google reviews spoke highly of Reilly, so we called them. They said they could check it out for us even though it was 15 minutes until their closing time. They checked out our car, made sure it was safe to drive, and ordered parts for us. We brought it in a couple of days later and dropped it off. We picked it up that evening and the price was cheaper than the estimate. Some of the parts they thought may be damaged were just fine. We really appreciated the honest, professional service. We have a good shop at home, but being able to find a quality shop on vacation was a blessing.

Reilly Auto Repair is a great locally owned shop. They have found and fixed issues on my Jeep that could’ve easily been explained as needing a new part entirely. Reilly auto repair has provided excellent auto repairs for me personally as well as my business. I have used them on a wide array of vehicles and have always met our needs. I have even been in a jam on the highway with a service tech that had broken down and they have provided services to tow the vehicle to their location. Extremely thorough and reliable.

Called to make sure that they would be able to fix my truck before bringing it and that they would be able to address certain trouble codes after repairing my exhaust, after I picking up the truck I noticed no difference other than the exhaust leak all the codes were still there as they claimed their scan tool couldnt fix it or address it, after calling them back and complaining to the owner he was nice enough to take the truck back and take it to the dealership to try to clear the codes, I came back yesterday to pick it up to find my truck in worse condition than dropping it off codes are still there (truck goes into limp mode ) my cluster is stuck in Spainish and no one is willing to help, they were very misleading and definitely didnt resolve my issue after spending almost $800,

I live in North Florida and took an overnight trip to Daytona Beach when I realized something wasnt right with my car. After stopping a few times on the way down, I kept smelling a burnt oil scent coming from the engine. After a few occurrences, I made it to our hotel, and I popped the hood to find oil on top of my engine, and immediately googled the issue and came up with some scary results ranging from a loose oil cap to blown head gaskets. I realized then that I really needed to get my car looked at, however it was 4 pm on a Saturday and figured it may be difficult to get in to a shop. I started looking for a shop with good reviews and open on Saturday when I came across Reillys Auto Repair. From the time I walked into the door until I left, there was nothing less than outstanding service. I wish there was a way to give more than 5 stars. The receptionist, Tina, was so helpful in getting my car fit in and looked at, and they had a diagnosis within 15 minutes with a game plan. They were willing to stay past 5 to get my car fixed up for me, however the tech was able to get my car finished up a little quicker than expected so they were not only speedy but the price was even lower than expected because of less time for labor. If I lived in Daytona, they would have a loyal customer. I walked in worried that my mini vacation was off to a horrible start and left with peace of mind that only a good, honest company can provide. Thank you, to the whole team!Danielle

Wow where do I start I dont think I could say enough good things about this company me and my family were about 6 hours away from home when we had a alternator go out on my wifes minivan I called around to numerous shops the cheapest quote I got before contacting Reilly Auto Care was around $400 just to replace the alternator and there would have been a day or two wait before anyone could get to it these guys got right to the issue no questions asked $150 out the door have not had one issue with their repair and the owner has been gracious enough to follow up numerous times to make sure everything was still running well on the van if youre ever near one of these shops especially the one in Daytona Beach Florida and have any issues I highly recommend this group of individuals the mechanic that worked on our van seem to be very knowledgeable and went straight to the problem without any hesitation would definitely recommend these guys to anyone and will use again in the future if I need them thanks for a pleasant transaction and honest repair.

Needed a Custom A/C Hose Fabricated for my amateur LS Swap. They had it done in a couple of days and Its ran Great for a couple of weeks now. The hose was well made and they even went through the extra trouble to run it through the fender and keep it nice looking in my Messy engine bay haha. Great service!

We were in town on a long vacation trip and on the first warm day we found that our AC wasn’t working. I saw all the positive reviews for Reilly’s and gave them a call late in the afternoon and was able to get in the following morning. In less than 2 hrs. We were on our way again with working AC. The communication during the repair with updates as to the progress of the their work was commendable and at no time did I feel that I was being sold something that wasn’t needed. It is reassuring to know that there are people who take pride in their work and deal with you honestly. I would highly recommend Reilly’s to anyone in need of car repairs.

I have been to high end repair shops, mobile mechanics, and trying to fix myself. This was by far the best experience I have had. Was able to bring my own parts, told me up front what I would pay, plus updated me on other repairs that may come up for free! Once I left my vehicle one of the co owners personally brought be back to work 30 minutes away. I called early morning and they had it done same day ready for pick up. Not to mention the workmanship was A+. Already have another appointment set up for another issue, and my other car. Great great place!! Highly recommend!!!

They were super nice over the phone and I had called three separate times to ask questions and they stayed completely welcoming everytime. When I got here I was immediately greeted with smiles, and they got me in quickly. They ran all the prices by me and made sure I was updated every step of the way as they worked on my van. It turned out the part I needed after further inspection was not available until the next day and they didnt even charge me for the work theyd done that day and let me pay once it was completed the next day. We were in town for a mini vacation and the clip on my brakes came off and we lost brakes on my truck. It was the day we were leaving to come back to ohio. 13 hour drive. My Honda Civic 2007 was not able to start and I called tow truck towed it to Gary Yeomons Honda and try to get it fixed. They spend two days to diagnose and cant even figure out whats wrong of my Honda so they changed my car key/ battery without my permission. The car was not fixed. Eventually the mechanic came to me said the problem is the starter but they never told me the problem was starter while they were trying to charge me up to $1500 to fix it but I refused to change my starter at their place because it was too expensive. The service manager said some very racist words to me so I decided to give my business to Reilly. It costs way much cheaper to change a Honda starter over here compared to Gary Yeomons Honda and their mechanics used to work for Honda as well! Plus they paid for my tow fee. It is really a wonderful place to get your car fixed and they are very. honest. Those people in Honda are very good at charging customers as much as they can and they dont really care is your car is able to drive or not. Dont do any business in Gary Yeomons Honda, they are the worst Honda in the world. Reilly is way much better.
