I had asked for a quote for a GV70 with Chris Manning. It was a pleasure to work with him. He gave me a transparent price with no markup. Shot a 2 minutes long vedio of the car I was interested in from inside out, in a raining day. Very polite and very responsive. Always replied the text or phone quickly. Thanks for the help!

Today I requested a price at Daytona Genesis website. I get a reply from Daytona Hyundai stating the great sales they are having for Hyundai. There is no mention of a price as I requested. Then the e-mail is from Harley Cruz but signed Melissa Costner. Of course this is an automated e-mail, I know that but this is part of the Genesis sales experience for a premium vehicle. Genesis and this dealership is dropping the ball on this big time. They are not really paying attention to the buying experience at all. Why even have a See Our Best Price button on the website if they are not going to give you a price?

Wanna be luxury car dealer, failing is almost every respect. If you want a Genesis, go to a Genesis dealer, not a Hyundai dealer.
