Great experience buying a used car through Daytona Infiniti. Bill was a great salesman - helpful but not pushy. I only went to test drive a SUV that was similar to another I liked elsewhere, but I really liked the SUV and decided to see if they could work with me. I let Bill know I didnt want to go back and forth all afternoon, and he got the deal done quickly. Ronnie was great with getting the financing setup. Overall, very positive experience and would recommend!

I worked with Cole as I looked at a used vehicle. I explained that I was still not 100% sure what I wanted to do, that it was a very emotional process for me considering trading in my current car. Cole was amazing! He treated me as if it were a sure sale, the following day he sent me a video and a bunch of photos after I just asked for 1 (he even put the car on the lift to get the suspension and stuff for me!). He gave me space over the weekend and respected me when I said Id call him Monday, which I did. At this time, I have decided not to trade on this SUV, but if the time comes and the right car is there, I will not hesitate to use Cole!

Michael Phillips was a very nice salesman. The financial part of it went smooth. But I do have two complaints about the used 2018 Ford 150 I purchased. The antenna was missing and I didnt know about till I got home and tried to tune the radio. Yes I still use the radio! When brought it to Michaels attention was told go buy one from Ford. Second there were so many air fresheners for that new car smell I couldnt smell the dog smell till I got ride of them all while cleaning it. They were even in the in car filter area to cover up the smell. I have vacuumed and cleaned the carpet but still strong dog smell specially on humid days. While vacuuming i lifted a tone of dog hair stuck deep in carpet. I love the truck and hope another cleaning and fabreez get the dog smell out.

On a return trip home at 12:30 on a Saturday, we had a problem with our 2014 Infinity Q50. We were able to drive to Daytona Infinity. Although the service department usually didnβt take cars after 12:00, after explaining our dilemma of being two and a half hours away from home, Scottie Christian - the Service Manager and Josie jumped into action - had car scanned, identified the issue, provided an estimate for repairs and secured the part from their service department. Since the car could not be repaired until the following Monday Scottie was able to secure a loaner so we could get home. The car repairs were completed and I was able to pick up the car on Monday afternoon. Upon arriving to the dealership, I spoke with another service representative and asked for the address of the owner of the dealership so I could let them know how his team bent over backwards to assist us. One of the owners happened to be on site and she actually escorted me to his office. I had the pleasure to spend the next 30 minutes speaking with Mr. Gary Yeomans. During our conversation, I was able to express my appreciation for how his dealership helped us out during a stressful time. I shared that we had never experienced this type of team response - the entire event was handled in a professional manner with Scottie and the team doing all they could to make a bad time better. What an amazing Dealership! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! We drove down from Jacksonville! We found a deal on a QX80 that multiple people were interested in! Philipe, our sales guy, knew we were on our way, and he made sure we were the first in line to check it out! Upon arrivalβ¦..because itβs such an important decision they let us test drive the vehicle for as long as we needed to! The vehicle was immaculate on the inside with some paint defects on the outside. Carlos, the General Manager, became aware of my concern, and at no charge is going to fix it, and repaint the areas of concern! I was told that my vehicle needed an alternator wire harness and that the fee for repairs would cost approximately $675. I later took my car to a local shop where the shop owner allowed me into the service area to see my wiring harness and to show me that this WAS NOT the issue. It turned out to be a loose negative battery terminal. The shop owner charged me $35 for 1 hour of labor and $5 for the battery terminal. He has earned a customer for life.

I wanted to trade-in my 1989 Porsche 928 on a more modern road worthy SUV. After visiting several dealerships at the Daytona Auto Mall, I stopped in at Daytona Infiniti and met Gina Didato. Before looking at any of the Infiniti SUVs, Gina got the GM to take a look at my trade-in and give me a number. The trade-in value was pretty much on target. With that out of the way (and pretty expeditiously given the vintage of the Porsche) I then asked Gina to show me the Infiniti SUVs that fit into my price range. Even though a used 2020 Infiniti QX50 Essential just rolled onto their lot, she showed it to me and the deal was agreed on and the car was immediately serviced and polished. After two hours and no haggling, I rolled out of the dealership with an amazing QX50 with more features than I ever expected. Gina and her team (GM & Finance) were great to work with. The whole experience was outstanding. And the vehicle is amazing for the price. Great team, great dealership. 2,000 mile road trip next weekend and several more to follow.

This dealership is fantastic. I spoke to Toni regarding a car I was interested in. Unfortunately it was sold before I had a chance to stop by. However, Toni kept me in mind and called me a couple weeks later when the took a trade in that she thought I would like. I was impressed in that she was spot on in remembering exactly what I was looking for. When I arrived at the dealership for the test drive I worked with Dean who is awesome. I felt comfortable throughout the process and never felt pressured. Dean was patient and showed me a few other cars for comparison just so I felt comfortable with my decision. Although I spent the majority of my time with Dean, everyone at this dealership was professional and courteous. I love my new car and will definitely be calling Dean for the next one.

Went for oil change last week. Told over the phone it was free. Got there, not so much but $50 sounded reasonable so go ahead. Half hour later, Diane tells me Im overdue for having brake fluid replaced and why dont they balance/rotate the wheels. She tells me how much and Im thinking the numbers sound a little high. $300 lighter I head home and check with a local shop that Ive used for years. Sure enough, the price was 50% more at the dealership. Maybe some think that the free coffee and car wash are worth it, but count me out!

Unfortunately we did not buy the car (not because they were in any bad condition) just passed our price range. This dealership is exactly why people are going to Zroom and Carvana. They play games and tell you anything. Their fees are ridiculous compared to their equals. The salesman sent me an unsolicited e-mail to tell me the car sold. Then called me back in the last day of the month. They called me in to accept my numbers which were close, then would not. They tried to charge me a $500 cash purchase charge and $1700 in dealer fees. I walked out. I guess that is why Nissan is questioning the Infiniti brand and their so far off projections.

What a great car buying experience at Daytona INFINITI. My salesperson, Mr. Calvin McCall is in my opinion the best! from the very start, he respected that I had done some homework on the vehicle I bought; a 2015 Kia Cadenza Premium. Mr. McCall was professional, friendly and what every person that buys a car like. NOT PUSHY! I have received follow up phones calls as to my satisfaction as well as making the effort to resolve a slight problem. All hope is not gone in car buying. I will definitely consider Daytona INFINITI in the future. Not to be forgetful, the finance manager called me about a paperwork snafu and offered to send someone to my home in order to make the corrections. Instead, I went into the dealership and for my having to come back, he put gas in my car and had it washed. Thats called real customer service. In the market for a car, call Calvin, youll appreciate his calm demeanor.

My wife and I have purchased two Infinitis (Q50 and Q60) from Alex Garreffi over the past four weeks. I am 74 years old so I have purchased many cars over the years and this was the most pleasurable experience I have ever had.. Alex has a background as a mechanic so he was able to answer all of our questions about the operation of the cars. I usually keep cars for many years and one of the reasons is the fact that I just dont like the purchasing experience. Alex and David Hildenbrand (sales manager) took the drudgery out of the whole process. We had made a mistake in the purchase of one of the automobiles (completely our fault but it did not have the options we thought it had)) but Alex and David were able to rectify the situation and we are very pleased with our new (to us) Infinitis. Iβm not pleased with my visit at all. I specifically stopped to purchase a car that I was searching for online. When I arrived and looked at 5 cars I noticed not one salesperson approached me to offer any help. Iβm guessing because I was BLACK they figured I wouldnβt get approved, so beware when entering the parking lot you will be stereotyped immediately. Beware stay away
