They were on time, very professional. We went through all the documentation first, there were no surprises. They were careful with my possessions and very fast. Would definitely use them again.

Ive used this service in the past and had a good experience. Not so the last time. For starters they arrived an hour late and didnt even bother calling to let us know. During the move they damaged the floor of our new place, created two separate rips in one of our couches and damaged both of our bookcases. I was told a vendor would contact us about the damages. Two weeks went by and I never heard a thing. I emailed and got no response. I called and was told they didnt know anything, that I would have to wait for the operations manager to return.

Two Men and a Truck was so incredibly efficient, kind, funny, and made our moving experience a positive one. I would highly recommend this company over and over again.

I had used Two men and a truck 4 times for all my moves. My recent experience was the worst I’ve ever had. My quote was for 4.5 to 5 hours at an estimated total of $1400. I had everything packed in boxes with the exclusion of our record collection which was all in crates (and we previously advised them of this during the quote). It took them 10 hours to move and they charged us double what we were quoted. They were incredibly disorganized and careless. All boxes were clearly labeled, yet they left boxes wherever, stacking heavier items on top of items clearly labeled “fragile”. My entire dish set was completely shattered! Other items were broken, furniture chipped and floor scratched. I’ve been trying for a month to speak to someone and get a resolution but they don’t seem to care about their customers because they don’t call me back. The movers seemed to be purposely taking longer to move items and lied about the number of furniture pieces we had when they reported their final report to their bosses. Will never use them again as they hold no accountability or respect for their customers.

Super rude. Lady just hung up the phone when she was doing my quote when I told her $200/hour is too much. Horrible!

I have made many moves, both local and long distance, but my experience with Two Men and a Truck tops all. I have never experienced such professionalism, follow-up and service from the front office, but the move experience was superb. Now, how many times can a person say that? My team, Vilnet, Casey and Luis, out of the Davie location, were pros. They couldnt do enough to assist me in the move. They worked quickly, efficiently, carefully and accomplished the task one hour in advance of the projected time. We hired the team to come help us move us from our 4 story town house to two story home. We were lucky to get what we consider the “A-Team” - Tony, Michael & Billy. They were wonderful. Not only where the extremely quick, professional and knowledgeable, but they were incredibly kind and personable. It was a treat to be around them most of the day. I moved out of my office this past weekend and the person who helped plan my move forgot the most critical part of the move...he forgot to book a moving truck! I received a call at 9pm on Friday night of him asking me if I can reserve a truck for my move?! I was stunned, as this person (a friend of mine) didn’t remember to reserve a U haul truck in advance. I literally spent all Friday night and Saturday morning trying to find an available rental moving truck. There wasn’t a single truck available within 50 miles of my location! I then went down the list of moving companies, calling them one by one, only to get news that each of these companies was solidly booked for Saturday.Finally, I found a reliable company, Two Men And A Truck, who were available to move me on Sunday. Everyone I dealt with at the company was professional, from Danny who booked my move to the outstanding crew of three men led by the wonderful Vilnet and his two partners, Josh and Tim. These gentlemen were the ultimate professionals, timely, hard working, paid meticulous attention to detail, and they worked efficiently and all had great chemistry. They made sure they took absolute care of me and my belongings, carrying and packing everything with the utmost care and concern.I HIGHLY recommend hiring Two Men And A Truck and specifically request for Vil, Josh and Tim! Ive never seen movers as good as these 2 guys. I told them I would pack the small stuff, and I would leave the furniture and artwork for them. But I ran out of time and didnt pack anything. So when they arrived, I told them the bad news, and they said, No problem. Well pack everything. So I imagined that would add to my cost, but they worked so fast, they that they actually took less time than what was allowed on the the estimate, not more. They ended up actually saving me $200 from the estimate. I was so pleased that I split the savings with them and have them a $100 tip. They were very impressive.

About a month ago, we hired Two Men and a Truck to move our entire house from Davie to Plantation. The move went smoothly and they were able to bust it out quickly, which I appreciated. We hired three movers and they seemed nice enough, or so I thought. Once I had completed unpacking, I started to realize that I was missing things...(mind you, I am a neat freak and VERY organized). Every single Christmas present we had purchased my 8 year old daughter was gone, along with a few other things. I called the company to see what could be done and was informed that because I signed that the truck was empty, there was nothing that could be done. Fast forward to today, and my husband is getting blown up by Miami police department stating that they had some of his belongings. We honestly thought it was a scam and couldn’t decide if we wanted to call them back or not. We were leaving to head to my daughters soccer practice, and there is a detective at our door stating that the specific man that was moving our stuff had stolen from MULTIPLE people and they found my husbands class ring at a pawn shop in Miami Gardens and had arrested this man. The worst part is that we don’t even know what he took from us besides the Christmas presents and class ring. And this company was not helpful at all. Sorry for the novel, but I don’t want anyone to have to experience this and end up losing something much more sentimental or important to them. Very disappointed to be experiencing this with such a reputable company.

The move was good overall but I wish they protected the furniture more because some of it got wet.

I scheduled my move the day before moving with the lady that takes your deposit. I was told there was going to be someone reaching out to me right away and received a call three hours later letting me know they didnt have availability for the morning, after I had already given my deposit and Im not without movers for tomorrow. Extremely disappointing

DONT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY. They quoted to move my 3 bedroom condo to storage for $1417. I was not able to be there due to covid travel restrictions. I moved the same furniture into the condo several years ago within 4 hours. They estimated 6.75 hours for move to storage. At 5pm I received my only call from movers to tell me they didnt finish loading truck,they would need to finish next day. They left 3 couches and their trash and food from lunch in the condo. Day 1- 9 hours. Sent a second truck in am to get couches and deliver to storage 10 miles away. No one ever contacted me to say move was complete. I just looked at my credit card and was charged $3537. Beware!!!

What an amazing team. Tony and Terence- utterly professional. It was the rainiest day of the year. Leaving a landlord from the fiery place who totally tried to sabotage the smooth move.... and yet this team persevered and got through a foot of water in the driveway and a glass “screen” door hung backwards to place my furniture as if they were staging a million dollar home. Truly a life changing experience. Don’t ever read a book by it’s cover -Fantabulous T/T and a Truck! Forever grateful.🙏🏻

Unfortunately the service these guys provided was of poor quality. They arrived 45 minutes late and blew past the estimate time frame by well over two hours. They did not follow instruction resulting in thing that i asked to be discarded being loaded into storage. Additionally they let parts of furniture outside of the storage space, luckily i found it and was able to load it into the storage unit myself.While the customer service and professionalism were outstanding, the overall value was not worth it. I would not use them a second time.

DO NOT USE, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR STUFF. My mother hired this company for her move a few days ago, she tipped the movers and provided water for them. Later that night she found that she has missing boxes and bags. She checked her new apartment and the old apartment and the missing items are still not located. When the company was contacted, all they said was “the truck was empty.” They couldn’t care less. Not to mention that the bags had luxury items. All these people care about is money and not at all about their customers. You’ll be better off getting friends and renting a uhaul than hiring this company.

First of all, they sent me 3 guys that’s look just release out of federal prison (full of tattoos, gold teeth and speaking English that we can hardly understand) the job was going to be from 8am to 5pm. My inventory supplied to her operator didn’t fit the hours they supposed to do my moving so, mister manager (one of the three individuals sent) decided to cut my moving AT 1pm (strategy for bill more hours) and went to the location #2. In location #2, they decided to dropped everything without even locate boxes accordingly, then they told me that sorry but we can pick up more staff from your apartment because we have another job to do LATER TODAY. In other worlds they left me with half apartment in my old place. Also, I got a enormous bill which included all kind of mickey mouse charges. I ended up with 1 computer broken, 1 chair and 1 box missed. I claimed the chair and they are trying to pay me $0.60 per pound, so my zgallery chair now cost $6.00. about computer and box miss. I didn’t even tried after trying to get the chair replaced.PLEASE, if you don’t want to have a bad day and argument with bunch of RUDE people. DO Not use this company. This company has only name because they spend in advertisement. In my old location this moving company has been banned for repeatedly complaints

We were very pleased with Two Men and a Truck. The crew had to maneuver furniture in a small, slow and hot elevator on the third floor and did it with a smile. They were on schedule and on budget. Definitely recommend them!

I was very please from Kenny who came to the house to take inventory and to explain the steps. It ended up that we were better to go by time which was discussed. The two man team of Jesus and Ramone came in the window time that was given. Also, they called 30 minutes before. They did a great job top to bottom. No stress. I would highly recommend them.

We hired Two Men and a Truck to move our 3 bedroom condo into a townhouse in January 2020. We had three movers that were professional but not very experienced moving items into a house with wooden floors. They scratched multiple areas by our front doors and into our living room/dining room areas by using a metal hand cart for boxes. We filed a claim the day of the move and had to chase their operations manager for any contact over a period of three weeks. They sent a technician out to repair our floor and he ended up removing the finish at one of the areas by our front door and then using a color marker on all of the other areas. Looks horrible. We gave up. Wouldnt recommend them and wont use them again.

I called and spoke to Bridget today when we thought our movers had bailed and they were going to step up with last-minute notice. We will never book with anyone again and we are two men and a truck fans for life!

I can’t in good conscience recommend this Two Men and a Truck location due to the sheer amount of stress and trouble they brought on to us. The management team really wasn’t up to the task.From the beginning, they bungled our order; showed up at the wrong time, with 2 trucks rather than 1, and (according to them) an inexperienced team of movers. Management’s solution was to reset the move until the next day, when they’d have more experienced movers. The very next day, we had the exact same movers as the day before (only now exhausted from moving the day prior). I understand if they have trouble shifting employees, however, managers should NEVER promise something they can’t deliver on—their lies only served to waste more time and money that we didn’t have.To their credit they discounted a small portion of our order, however, this didn’t help much...in the end we still paid significantly more than expected. We actually ended up having to complete the move by ourselves, which is unacceptable for how much we paid.Please, save yourself the hassle and schedule a move with a company that has a more competent management team. Moving is too stressful already to go with an unreliable leadership like this.The movers themselves, however, were nice and hardworking guys.

*will update when issue is resolved*I have had this move scheduled in advance in order to assure things could get done in a timely manner, as my husband and I are on a time crunch.I was told the movers would arrive between 8-9am, and here it is 10:45am and no one knows where the movers are or what their ETA is...i even received a confirmation call yesterday morning AND THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE TEN MINUTES AWAY OVER TWO HOURS AGO!!!!!!!!!!!i have been sitting at the storage unit since 8:15 this morning, and now its lunch time...Im not sure how a big local moving company can lack communication so much so that it ruins their clients entire moving day schedule.As you would assume, moving can be stressful and I have actually never hired movers before, but this being our 5th and final move, I decided to go with two men and a truck, thinking it would ease some of the stress and tasks to tackle in the 24 hours we have to move. Yet all this has done is create more stress, ruin schedules for the workers we had hired since were sitting here waiting around, etc.I absolutely do not recommend this moving company and wish we had decided to do this on our own because we would have been done by now, rather than literally wasting my time and money!!!

Upon reviewing different options for a moving company. I took the best route of all personal references. Each of the 3 individuals unknown to each other suggested Two Men and a Truck.The accommodation of scheduling my moving day and time was great.The movers arrived about 15 minutes delayed due to traffic. That did not deter the professionalism and as well time management escalated.I was presented with a crew that really showed great representation to the company and what they stand for.I was impressed beyond for a first time mover experience. The lead rep for the crew Leo was beyond militant. He had things organized and well instructed for a smooth move.I would also like to give recognition to Alex and Tim. They were as well a great asset onboard this crew. My entire move with Two Men and a Truck was amazing! From the over the phone estimate to the final move they were so nice and easy to work with. They even finished an hour early saving me money! I would highly recommend this company for your move!

Never ever ever EVER again!! This was the absolute worst experience we could have had with a move. After walking through my house and itemizing everything that would be moved we were given a price quote and time estimate. This is our 5th move in as many years and I understand fully the need to allow some (SOME) flexibility with the price and time given. The movers showed up smelling like marijuana. Immediately furniture was broken. Again let me reiterate the amount of times I have moved. We have expensive and heavy furniture. It is expected that the weight of the furniture would cause any man or woman to damage it some, however they broke the light stuff just being lazy in their actions. Our bed cost us over $3000. My husband ran outside once when we noticed that the headboard was standing in the middle of the road swaying in the wind. In my field of work doing something against the appropriate standard is not only ill advised, it is illegal. Without my husband holing our headboard up in the middle of the road it certainly would have fallen over and 60 cents per pound reimbursement was not going to get us a new bed. Our furniture was placed on their truck and removed from their truck at least three times in an attempt to arrange it. Our most recent move prior to this one had MORE furniture and the movers had no problem fitting it in the same size truck (just for certainty of my insight, it was the same company... it was the same size truck). The lead mover had no idea what he was doing. It took them 3 times the estimated length of time to move, and of course that means they charged us 3 times what they quoted us. TheY broke light fixtures at the house we moved into and lost pieces of our guest bed. ... we should have sent them away when they showed up smelling like marijuana maybe. Unfortunately the poor workmanship of their movers is not 2 men and a trucks only downfall. Their customer service is AWFUL. The week after the move my mother was scheduled to come down to meet our infant son for the first time. The bed they lost pieces to was our guest bed and where she was intended to stay. When the movers left and shrugged their shoulders that they couldn’t put the bed back together they said someone would call the next day and arrange for someone to fix the bed. I called three times the next day. No voicemail was returned. When my call was finally picked up I was told I should have called sooner because it was too late to speak to speak with who I needed to but they would call me back the next day. I expressed that someone was coming to sleep on that bed in a week and of course the woman on the phone assured me someone would be in touch the next morning. Several more calls unanswered and voicemails not returned and I never spoke to anyone before my mothers visit. That bed can still not be put back together. The company ignored this and did not reimburse us for the bed. They sent someone out to do cosmetic work to the broken furniture, but something like a baby changing table cannot be used when it’s structural integrity is compromised. We ended up paying SIGNIFICANTLY more than expected and ended up with broken furniture that wasn’t reimbursed.. although it looked pretty nice when we brought it to the curb for bulk trash. We were never compensated for the additional cost of the move, as a supervisor questioned his movers against my word. The lead mover said they never removed the furniture fully from the truck they just had to move it around (can you insert the emoji with the confused face?... is that simply semantics?). They told me they would investigate further to be sure I told them all the items that would be moved because my original call to schedule the move was recorded. I assume that was a threat. I was excited for them to review the call but despite me mentioning it the original quote given on the phone call was ignored. The long of it all.. this company USED to be good. We used them two other times, but never ever EVER again!!

The crew was professional and fast. They may work hourly, but they work quickly and efficiently. I was impressed with Two Men and will recommend to others.

I had an emergency situation, had one of those delivery storage units and had to be out of residence that day. The unit had leaked..They not only made it happen last minute, on a Saturday, unloading the unit, and moving the rest of boxes in house to a storage facility, but made it stress free and efficient.I cant begin to thank them enough. Couple weeks ago we decided to use this company to move from Davie FL to Coral Springs FL. All we can say is good things about the service received by every staff member. They were attentive, polite, and very efficient. Our Furniture was not damage, all crew members were hard workers and the supervisor keep the move on time without wasting any moments.They are Really GOOD. Two Men and a Truck was fantastic. They communicated very well and the movers were extremely professional and efficient. The estimated time for my move was 5 hours and they finished in 5 hours and 15 minutes. The extra 15 minutes was because I decided to move around furniture after theyd placed it where I originally wanted it! The pricing was reasonable and the entire process was stress free.

Will never use another company. I was blackmailed by a big name mover to get cash at my delivery destination or they would leave with my things!!! With this company I always feel safe! They are efficient, neat, and careful with your things. I have used them professionally and personally and always had a consistently great experience!!! Their men are very nice and trustworthy!!! I recently moved and used Two Men and a Truck and I was beyond impressed with the way in which Chris and Wes handled my move. They took great care in wrapping all of my furniture and even assisted me in wrapping and protecting my artwork that I originally was going to move myself for fear of getting damaged by movers. Not only did they wrap and protect my artwork they also transported it in their truck and not a single ding or scratch or tear! None of my fragile items were broken. They worked nonstop - didnt even stop to eat lunch! My move was multi-faceted - moved from a condo to condo and then to a storage facility. Chris and Wes were very professional and came up with very efficient ways when packing the truck with my items. They were very courteous, professional and extremely helpful. They made my move a more pleasant experience. I will definitely use Two Men and a Truck in the future!!

They were professional and efficient. They wrapped all my furniture to protect it and to keep the drawers from coming open. It allowed me to leave most of the contents in the drawers which saved me a great deal of time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to move.

It was a great experience. At least the first part- we still have the second move, from the storage to the new house. The guys were careful, respectful and fast, always conscious of the needs of the client. Excellent job.

We give Two Men and a Truck two thumbs up! The dispatch crew is courteous, helpful and quick to respond. The movers on-site were very helpful, respectful and kind. We have used the company two times and have been pleased with both moves.

DAY 13- NO RESPONSE We moved December 28, 2018 and used 2 Men in a Truck out of the Davie office.the 2 men were very nice and courteous. They were tipped generously for their hard work. Unfortunately, they had a couple of breaks and scratches with furniture. That was something we could deal with. What is totally unacceptable is - they broke our 1 year old, $1300 UHD 65 television! One of the men even said that they strapped it too tight and thats what caused the crack in the screen Now there is a 5 inch wide black band that interrupts the picture from top to bottom. We called the owner/manager, he said hed look into it,,,, My husband tried to contact them via phone and email for a resolution- ALL attempts went unacknowledged. WHO does business like this?? People with no integrity, no ethics and no concern for customer care. This T.V. sits in our living room, unusable, not replaced---BAD BUSINESS 2 Men and a Truck Once your move is done, they are done with you. regardless of mishaps and MAJOR F-ups. DAY 13 NO RESPONSE

This company was very professional, very helpful, and very timely in their service. The two men were friendly and very efficient. They were careful with my belongings and careful not to bang the doors or walls as they carried boxes and furniture in and out!
