I recently had to move away for a few months so I started looking around for Storage places. they had the best service and prices compared to all the other places I saw. They made it really easy to rent the place. the units were very clean. Great service and security. I left everything I felt was too important to travel with in an air conditioned 10x10. I have been a Mother for 24 years. Babys first blanket, art work from all of my children, my work supplies,(I am a soap and candle maker), and finally my deceased husbands keep sakes. Must be a shortage of storage space in South Florida, just like for housing, as I received a notice upping the rent by over 50%! Talked to Shakira at the local office, within an hour she got the increase reduced to a 31% increase. So, I wish the rent hadnt gone up so much, but at least the very polite and courteous Shakira was able to promptly get the reduction for me. Rating based on: Shakira, 5 Stars; rent increase, 1 Star; overall experience the last 2.5 years at this clean, well-kept location, 4.5 Stars.

Ive never rented a space for stored before but I am actually blown away by the quality of service here!I walked in and they were following protocol about spacing...They had shields up and face makss which was awesome!Personal note....when we walked to the space, I was going to rent, Will brought up conversations solely based on my presentation and my knowledge.We spoke about several different things including riding motorcycles which was a true art for him to figure that out in me but he nailed it right away.Will is definitely an asset to the company but if you are looking for someone talk to hes your guy.No disrespect to anybody else but my 1st experience at wrench in a warehouse was pretty cool, he explained everything showed everything detailed everything and made it so smooth I recommend this to all my friends or anybody that reads this post!Solid company that has a solid employee.Will rocks

Great customer service

I’ve been using this location for a year now. I curse the layout of their buildings every time I’m here. I always say it’s an accident waiting to happen. (I’m in the building to the left of the gate when you enter) It’s easy to access when you enter, but it’s impossible to get out of the gate in an easy way. About a month ago, one of their employees backed into my brand new SUV with the company’s golf cart & left damage that needed fixed. I never received a single phone call or email apologizing for the accident that happened on their property. Instead, the employee tried to twist the story & place the blame on me. I’m thankful the Davie Police Department was able to see what really happened. Highly disappointed in the lack of professionalism that this location possesses.

Been using this facility for 5 years. Had an issue with my auto pay and was contacted by Nina. She helped me clear up the issue with no pain. She provided excellent customer service.

Security in this facility is questionable old rusted latch, hallways dirty, rat infested, termite infested. Assistant manager barley speak English and hides behind his computer not to take care of customers and he is rude. Rent at your own risk !

Decent location, the facility is well maintained, but old and the door on the unit I had reserved was battered and didnt work well. Did not give me confidence that my stuff would be safe. Also quoted high admin. fee ($42 versus $24 elsewhere). Seemed expensive given the condition of the unit. I went elsewhere.

I love this place! Britt made my first storage unit experience fast and enjoyable. I run a landscaping business and needed a shop to store and work on my equipment. I reserved online just 30 minutes before I arrived and everything was ready to go...the storage space was already cleaned, paperwork was a breeze, and all of my questions were thoroughly answered. Brit was wonderful! Very friendly, professional, and has fantastic customer service skills. I stored at a different location Extra Space in the past and it was also a great experience. Cant say enough good things about this company! Thank you for treating your customers like they matter! A+++

The guys here (especially Stuart) are pretty knowledgeable. Stuart is definitely the man to see here, great attitude. He knows his stuff and he is very willing to help, plus hes just a nice guy. The storage spaces vary greatly in size and location. There are several separate buildings, some of which are climate controlled. The spaces are open at the top so just know anything (like little critters) some one brings into their unit is likely to venture into your unit. I have noticed bugs in my unit and I know for a fact there were none when I moved in my stuff. The apartment I moved my stuff from was brand new and pest controlled (NEVER) saw a bug. Now there are tiny roaches in most of my boxes and can be seen crawling in the roads. So be aware. My stuff has been safe, however. Never had a problem with feeling uneasy about the location.
