Patrick, the Service Associate, was very knowledgeable and provided information in order for me to make a decision. The unit I had reserved was one where a ladder was required; however, this information was not provided online at the time of reservation. He was able to provide other options in a clear, customer service friendly and patient manner. Patrick was most helpful and a pleasure to speak with.

Today I received help from Patrick. He was excellent. He was extremely patient with us gave us all the information he needed and was very detailed in his responses. I am glad I got someone that actually helpful because not every storage unit company really cares. The price is great and I’m happy with my decision.

I just rented a new unit and was so impressed with Tabitha. She made everything easy. She explained everything well and worked me through the substantial paperwork with a lot of patience and friendliness. There was one glitch as there is an automatic lock charge added, but Tabitha took the time to reverse this charge as I had my own lock. I had a LOT of boxes to move, and the available carts were very handy. There was plenty of space in the loading area and parking lot. I had arrived later in the day and unexpectedly ran up against closing time. Tabitha gave me plenty of notice was quite understanding when I didnt leave until maybe five minutes before closing, and was just as friendly and helpful when I returned two days later to finish up.Things, of course, are never perfect. Although the units are climate-controlled the A/C is set at a temperature higher than one would hope. Also, the initial sign-in requires that you purchase renters insurance - even though their insurance provider states on the provided policy that I understand that the insurance offered at this facility is not required in order to store my goods at this facility - so if renting you may wish to have proof of coverage under your home-owners policy with you. I also see from other reviews that you will be charged for an entire month regardless of when you move out, so be careful to do your move-out before the start of the new month - and remember that theres no difference in cost to stay till the end of the month.All in all I was very happy, largely due to the outstanding customer service. Kudos to Tabitha!

I came to clarify a few doubts about a reservation I made online, Francis was there. I have no words to express my gratitude to her. Very accommodating awesome place to rent.

The whole process to rent and then stop renting was very disorganized and made harder than it shouldve been. I even tried calling and calling but it always went to voice-mail. The only person who was helpful was Tabitha, she was an angel and explained everything to be clearly and made sure I was content with what was happening. Dont recommend unless you can physically go there whenever you need anything because phone calls and voice-mails get you no where :/Edit: Tabitha was a sweetheart and helped me throughout the entire process, she even called me to check and make sure that everything was okay and going according to plan (:

If I could give them a 1, I would. Got text saying payment late. Proof from bank that payment received a week early. Called. They cant help. Sent me to Billing. They cant help. Was called combative because I asked them where my payment went. Do yourself a favor - either find another place or get rid of it. Not worth the aggrevation.

Wonderful lady working in the office very helpful. The facility is clean, accessible, and they have plenty of supplies that you may need like dolly/carts for transporting items, boxes and damp raid. Unfortunately you have to add 15$ a month to your bill for insurance. And buying a lock, and other fees, it adds up quick.

Patrick was very patient, professional, and courteous despite us overwhelming him with our questions and concerns. Kudos to Patrick for pristine customer service.

I am very glad I stopped, as I met Linda at the office. Linda was so professional and very helpful. She assisted with what I needed and made other suggestions, in which I put to thought. I really appreciated Linda and I signed for a unit with Public Storage. If not for her professionalism and excellent demeanor, I may have rented at a competitor.
