I’ve had a storage unit here for 3 years and by far it’s been the cheapest and best location I could find to fit my needs!

This place is horrible poor customer service plus the Woman at the desk name Maria refuse to help me. I was shook of how she treated me I would never do business with them ever again.

Very nice and great with loving nice helpful people and convenient to go store your belongings safe and sound with no worrys because of camera safety and good people

I just call up there to get rates information never rented a storage before the guy that answered a phone very nasty rude hung up on me twice very Unprofessional would never rent from there

I have rented twice over the last 8 years or so and never had a problem. Wish they had longer hours. The mandatory insurance is bogus, it should be optional if you sign a waiver, but it seems to be a standard across the industry. Anyway if you are storing stuff that would normally be kept indoors, that you care about, then indoor storage with AC is the way to go.

Excellent service from a remarkably friendly staff. The facility is clean and very secure. I recommend this to any NOVA student looking to store their stuff over the summer. Easy online payment options and reasonable prices. Definitely 5 star.

For the amount of money that one pays for storages, they have broken garages And the staff is giving you attitude.

Ive been renting here for a few years now and hands down the manager, Alejandro is top notch. He is on top of things and looks after the customers. They need to get better folks at their front desk though. Apart from this renting here has been straightforward

I work in Davie and I needed a storage unit due to moving. After some goggle research I found A+ Mini Storage. The manager Alejandro Pages got me into the unit and saved me money doing it. He was very professional and took all my needs into consideration. This is a great place with a top notch staff. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a unit.

He is extremely professional and well organized.. I have recommended friends to A plus mini storage because of Alex’s professionalism. The environment is well kept and very clean. It hurts the managers poor customer service the way he treated me today by 5:35pm when going in to the storage to take out some stuff from my unit, unpolitely he said we are closing and you are no able to take out nothing otherwise I will call the police and cancel your contract when they close at 5:45pm It is unacceptable this attitud coming from someone who is suppose to help us as a costumers paying for their services. ASAP I will move from this storage and I dont think to come back.

Firstly I have to say, my experience here has been nothing but a disaster. I am a paying customer of this company, and it has been a crazy ride. I dont know the girl whose name begins with a K but she is very rude and obnoxious. She has no experience in customer service whatsoever. I have a balance with them because they informed me that I have charges because I wanted to change my due date, so they charged me. I never confirmed with them that I wanted to change my due date but they somehow said that I did. In any event, there should be a email confirming or mail confirming that my due date was changed, but that is not the case. The only thing they said they have is a note from a phone call saying that I wanted to change my due date.I have been a customer there for so long, and now with this I am thinking of going elsewhere with my business. I was not informed before hand about the charges that they were going to give me. I was treated with disrespect and especially on the phone, there was no customer service at all. I am not happy with the service they provide here at all, on top of not being opened until 6 everyday, which is not convenient for me at all, I have to wait for the weekend if I ever need access to my stuff.Its a shame that companies hire people with no experience in customer service, and give them the right to talk to people in whatever manner they want, when we are the reason that their business is up and running. What a shame on this company and all its higher ups. This is the end of the relationship I have woth this company. There is a God and, karma is real, what goes around, comes around. I am done with this company and their lousy people working there

THEY WERE AMAZINGThey give students a summer discount and I got a 5x10 for only $136 the entire summer. The units are inside and the entire building is airconditioned. Its more safe than other units because the the building itself is in a gated community complex.

This is a scam place - the old bait and switch. They show a low price on the website to hook you...then want to padd all kinds of charges on including taxes, service fee, lock you MUST buy from them, insurance which is required. This is fraud!

Horrible, horrible, horrible company! The terms they say in there are blasphemy. I see another person upset cause they got fees. All these people cate abput is their money they dont have any sympathy. I actually took my stuff put the next day and went somewhere where Im treated with respect. The girl on the phone is a nuisance she does not know any ettiquite at all and made my family and I feel shamed. I am from other country and she made us feel like we are not people or not human. The manager spoke with me and he didn not apologize or anything he just kept on arguing and being the biggest criminal. I hate this company and the standards they have. I am never going here again. If you want to be treated disrespectfully, go here. If you want to be treated with respect, go somewhere else. Thank you, have a blessed day. Horrible company

Ive used this facility for many years. I have always had excellent and polite service.

Staff barely speaks english, when i signed up for the storage got charged for this and that and it ended up costing me $50 instead of only 1 for the first month as advertised. oh and the following months you also have to pay +$10 for insurance, you have to pay, no way around it. after the first month i realized there is no charge on my cc, i called to check and am shocked that i have to pay a $25 fee for a late payment, which i authorized them to take of my cc to begin with!!! i specifically asked for it, so i dont have to worry and i signed an authorization form! now they are telling me i didnt, it is one word against the other....

Horrible experience as a renter. The manager there barely speaks English and he sounds like he doesnt know what hes talking about. He is rude. When i asked to speak to someone else, he tells me that he is theonly one in the whole storage that can talk to me. I will be moving my things out. He is trying to tell me i owe for 2 months when my next due date hasnt even come up yet.
