I have been using CubeSmart for about 3 years at this location. I could not find enough positive superlative adjectives for this crew, especially Gus, and Denise. They have made this business relationship so important and strong that we now have 3 units. Today, I suffered a bad ankle injury while moving boxes. Gus never hesitated to assist me to my car and move the boxes I could no longer carry. Thats not something you find easily today. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for storage space. After spending the day looking at different storage facilities and not feeling comfortable or safe if I had to be alone obtaining items, I found CubeSmart in Davie. I made a reservation and due to traffic and rain arrived at closing time. They didnt send me away, and even though they were packing to leave, they made me feel welcome, gave me a great unit, first floor by the entrance as requested.. Clean, like new facility, gated, very well lit, and with A/C... and great staff. Highly recommend.

Whatever promo rate you received has an expiration date. Huge rate increase after only 4 months of storage. Wasn’t made aware of this at the beginning nor when the rate change happened. Very disappointed. They said they will continue to increase the rate yearly when I called and asked.

Just left this location and I am amazed how wonderful, quick & easy the process was. Christian was great! Very professional and went over all the details. Christian even walked us to the unit and showed us how much to work the gate. My husband and I just moved from New York and unfortunately we have to stay with family for the next 2 months before we get back on our feet and we have been so stressed.
