Totally price gauging compared to other gas stations. Stay away. Don’t let these sharks rip you off! Go elsewhere….

Rude cashier when i used the shell reward card. I was told I have to tell him i wanted to use the loyalty card. All shells i go to asks 1st if Im a member and there is even an option when you use the credit card system. But this guy over rode the system so it didnt ask. Than he gave me attitude. Smh.

Stopped here at 5am. The bathroom was pretty good. 1 person restroom with a lock. Well stocked with toilet paper and I took a nice piss.

Good location to get some frozen food if it’s late at night. The guy inside working didn’t seem too welcoming. Asked him a question but he replied kind of stand off-ish.

I bought 4 drinks, payed card and then cash. When I got back into my truck I realized that the cashier over charged me. When I went to get my 5 dollars back she claimed she doesn’t speak English and kept asking me random questions. Anyone know where I can get the managers number?

The maintenance employee wanted to fight with me because I used the bathroom. I didnt know he was going to clean it. He started banging like crazy in my door and was yelling at me in front of my daughter. He wanted to fight and was calling me names. When I went to talk to the manager, he justified the employee behavior saying that he was like that.

Amazing service by the owner he when beyond to help very clean and organized one of the best gas stations I seen.

Great location and very easy to get in and out of. They have a large variety of beverage choices! I dont think Ive seen so many different teas at any other gas station.

Overpriced, lack customer service. U Gas on the same plaza is a way better option!

We stopped by to grab a coffee. The guys (who I guess are the owners/managers) that checked us out at the register rang up our stuff while engaged in a conversation with each other, they didnt even acknowledge us or tell us the total $ owed, we asked if the card was a chip reader no response. Luckily we figured it all out by ourselves. The coffee was good but gee wiz acknowledge your customers.

Everything in the convenience store is way over priced. Youre better off going to the Publix thats in the same shopping plaza. Save your money!!!

Awesome all around gas stationA lot of pumps, CLEAN restrooms and a little bit of everything!A hurricane came through several years ago and this place was up and running on generator hours after the all clear.Been going there ever since and NEVER had bad service.The automated car wash even takes my dually pickup truck which is rare for any drive through wash.They also have an onsite hand wash...So the 2 reviews that had issues... Cant really agree with them.Bad gas? really folks? I run my business through there and pump at least 400 gallons a week with no issues and the location is in and out.

Typical gas station. Did like the beverage choices, except didnt have much in the bottle water available. Clean & easy to access.

The bathroom was a disgrace, filthy. Soap dispenser missing as well as the doorknob. I would think Shell would have standards of cleanliness but this does not appear to be the case.

Prices are high for the area but has a good car wash and jam packed store.

I dont like giving bad reviews but the car wash service is mediocre and I did not get my moneys worth. Waxed my car with a wet and dirty applicator pad, didnt cover all the paint and the windows were left greasy and nasty. My jambs were cleaned with a old dirty wet towel. I wish I could give 0 stars

Realized after I filled up that this gas station was 40 cents more per gallon than others in the area. Cost me an extra $10 to fill up.

Horrible customer service. Went to get a car wash and the car wash did it work properly and the guy refused to give me my money back

I went to that gas station and I bought a pack of cigarette it said 6.49 and the guy charged me 7 I asked him for a receipt he came up with a receipt that says grocery none tax transaction number 1015918 i think hes doing that to alot of people
