Beware!!!! If you are planning on getting gas DO NOT get it from this gas station. I went for the first time and left feeling dirty and taken advantage of. INE of my vehicles is a 2016 Toyota Camry. I know my car well!!! My car takes 12 gallons of gas. It costs me around $ 30-33.00 to fill my tank. Not at this gas station the pictures will say it all. I talked to an attendant who just said there is nothing I can do. Well there is something I can do never go to this station again.

Came here because I know the drinks are $0.79. as I was looking for a lid for my cup, (which I dont think they had anyway) I saw a German roach. Im not an expert in pest control, but German roaches get into everything and theyre almost impossible to get rid of unless you exterminate.As soon as I saw that roach, I left my filled cup of soda right there on the counter and got a tea.I dont really come here too much as it is seeing how the location is a bit impossible, but this put the nail in the coffin. I wont be coming back to this location anymore. Not for any cooked items or fountain drinks at least. Its a shame since this one is close to my place of employment. The location on Sheridan is better

This is the third night I come here to find the employees talking inside and ignoring me at the door. The Google listing says it’s open 24 hours. I come at 11pm after a hard days work to find the door locked. This is horrible customer service. I am extremely displeased and will be taking my business and all of families and friends business elsewhere. We loved Cumberland farms but now I’m letting everyone on social media know about this terrible experience.

I went several times on the way to work it’s so difficult to get through to them since they’re not awkward location I have to go through a mobile home park park. They are supposed to be a 24 hour store and they were closed sometimes the lights were completely out. This last time I went everything was lit up guy behind the counter just looking straightahead and when he saw me he switched his neck like they’re closed and the door was locked. If you’re going to be at 24 hour store and advertise it on Google been 24 hours they shouldn’t waste peoples time especially when they have to go to work.

I received the best customer service from Wes today! So friendly, helpful and went out of his way to show me where an item was in the store. Such great manners, so rare these days.

2 stars because this location used to be a great convenience store for my evening stops. Over the last few weeks Ive visited this store 7 or 8 times and its only been open once. The door still claims 24 hour service and there has been no explanation as to why it is not, what the actual hours are, or if this is temporary. Rather inconvenient it would appear.

Was there last Tuesday. First time to try the coffee bar. Older gent there was above and beyond to help me out. Much better feeling than dunkin donuts where they cant get your order right, give you a hard time for ordering specifics and its a constant struggle. Great experience and price was one third of dunkin donutsSide note went to Wawa coffee bar a few days later and interestingly enough they have individual milk containers for the coffee just sitting there for everyone to touch and open. Disgusting... this place has an actual milk dispenser

I was stuck in the store for over an hour they couldnt figure out the register at the gas the lady that was being trained her name is Jennifer and she was awesome polite but the one training her and the cook was rude miserable attitudes give us disgusting looks messed up the entire order and then walked away and went out with her line and then she stayed at her register and just left us standing there while shes supposed to be training this girl Im standing there with 3 kids my girl and an $80 order finally I didnt get any emails they rang my stuff up separate I didnt get to pump my gas because they put it on the wrong time and somebody else pump my gas and I dont blame the trainee I blame the trainer

New employees do whatever they want... Rude is the order of the door. Did ask why has been closed, Answer, I quote, we open when We open update theres one Black male employer at the 3rd shift close doors at 3am. Post a note at the entrance until 4am. Be very careful dealing with the homeless that pan around the bridges. Walked to buy some cigarettes at this locale. found human poo on the sidewalk. When you think about helping people. They’ll just squat in the middle of the highway, and blame it on the system.

Staff is great here. Excellent customer service. So friendly and helpful.Always very clean. Sometimes there are some sketch people that hang out here due to a neighboring development.When you become a member with the app you get gas $.10 cheaper.They have tons of food items to choose from and a decent selection of hot food for breakfast and lunch if you need something quick.

I go to this store 2-3 times a week and I have not had a bad experience yet. Staff is always friendly and helpful and they have great coffee any size 99 cents. Great value for your money!

I have no problem with the gas or prices here. But in two occasions I had my debit card declined twice by the pump, then a day after I figured 2 unauthorized transactions in my bank account. Recently my wife got her card declined the same way, she didnt use the pump and left. A day after there is two unauthorized transactions. Beware when you get your card declined in this gas station, and check your bank accounts.

Went at 11 pm just to get mozzarella sticks. Side door wasn’t open for some reason. Went in and ordered mozzarella sticks on the screen- went to pay and the cashier said to pick up sticks - went there and another worker was yakking about her schedule to a customer for 3 minutes while I stood. Finally realized I was standing there and went to the freezer. “Sorry, no mozzarella sticks. What else you want instead”

Good food good prices and but staff is lackluster except for Eddie. who is the only reason I give this a four-star though because hes the only one that ever offer to heat up my food. Ive been buying food for a good while and eddie a newer employee asked to warm up two sandwiches that i would always buy. The only employee that CARES. Yall got that gear but dont use it. If u replaced your staff with eddies easy 5 star score. Thank you eddie for making kumberland great again 👏 👏 🎆 🎆

Never had a bad experience here. The staff is very friendly. The young woman working last night (Thurs 10/20/16) was by herself it was pretty busy. She didnt skip a beat. Cooking food, making pizzas, ringing up customers. She was so fast and super friendly. Thanks!

Poor management, stale expired food the pizzas even taste bad. Yuck! seems like they hire anybody cause the employees have draggy bad . They follow you around and harass you if you take long looking around. Overpriced items and gas, Mobil gas station across the street has better deals.**UPDATE!!**They have new management would give it a 5 stars but cant cause the day shift staff still have draggy additudes but the night shift crew from 12-6am are the best especially TODAY! 4/18/19 @4:30am **(i dont want to mistakenly miswrite their names) but the girl(short pretty black one) and guy(young hispanic one) are awesome, those two have to be the most honest best humble employees ever!! It may not be a high top job but they have the best additudes there. Always put me and my husband first and attends us fast and smooth with a smile everytime. Only them two make sure our sub is hot and toasty. Honestly love then they hold on conversations and the girl always asked for my kids which is rare in most quick stop gas stations. Love them two! Just as other reviews state, this is my neighborhood to go place, sadly not any more until they remove employee Shakeera, this associate has been an issue since day one, huge attitude, very disrespectful and to say the least very unprofessional. This is clearly not someone you want handling your customers cumberland, with the attitude Shakeera displays towards your loyal customers she should be either working in the back freezer stocking or cleaning up coffee spills or cleaning up the restrooms anywhere but at your front counters. If it were up to me I wouldve never hired her.

I just had the worst experience ever at this Cumberland and this is my neighborhood go to spot . Won’t be coming back because I feel so uncomfortable . The girl behind the counter ( or guy) not sure was talking with another person or customer ( not sure) and spoke about me in Spanish because I had originally ordered empanadas but didn’t want to wait because I was tired so I choose something that was ready.. said person was working with a gentleman that was ringing me up and I guess he couldn’t void off the empanadas so she walked over and which I felt she had an Attitude and was RUDE to the coworker taking care of me so I looked at her for a sec. Long story short I speak Spanish and heard everything the both people said About me also calling me stupid.....

Really nice Cumbys! Everything was clean, well lit and organized.A few of my friends back home in NY rave about the coffee from here, they love that its $1 for any size. Have to admit, when you compare that price to Dunkin Donuts, thats a substantial savings, especially if you are someone who buys it out each day! I only get DD about once a week, but my basic large hot coffee is about 2.5x more than coming here.Im not much of an iced coffee person, but I had one from here and it was GREAT! I love the coffee bar. They have a variety of flavored creamers, as well as the basics. I added two chocolate creamers and a sugar to my large iced coffee, so good!!! They also have the flavor station machine if you want to add french vanilla, coconut, caramel, butter pecan or others to your beverage.In addition to coffee, they sell fresh and healthy snacks like fruit cups, yogurts, mini veggie trays and more. Yes, you will pay a pretty penny, but I love having this type of more nutritious option when I am traveling.If you are looking for an inexpensive treat for the kids, they had hyper freeze slushes for a mere 69 cents!I see that they have a smart pay app that allows you to save 10 cents a gallon on gas, but I didnt try it out.They do sell items like beer and wine. One of my regular Rieslings was priced at $9.99, typically I pay $7-8 for that at Walmart or a liquor store.There is also an assortment of car car items like washer fluid or oil.Great store, but the parking lot is a little tight.
