I went to get a dozen Krispy creme donuts here today and I was incredibly disappointed and disgusted when I opened the case and found that there were an abundant amount of fruit flies inside the case. I mentioned something to the cashier behind the counter, but I was shrugged off and told too bad. I cant believe an establishment like Racetrack would advertise having a product so sub par to the high quality standards they say they uphold. Very dissatisfied and I cant say I will return to this location. Its too bad because I enjoyed coming by to grab a cup of fresh brewed coffee and a dozen donuts for my family.

Not friendly customer service. There talking and just standing around... Bathrooms were filthy. Womens toilet seat had blood fingerprints. Water everywhere.

I love this Race Trac for several reasons. Firstly, everyone that works there is amazing including Brina one of the shift managers. There is another individual, Jay, the general manager. I see him in the mornings. He is incredibly kind,helpful, thoughtful and extremely professional. Secondly, the selections. You can choose crushed vs cubed ice for your sodas of which there is an amazing variety. Their coffees come in so many varieties, as well. They even have Dr.Pepper slushies..not just coke and cherry..the bathroom even gives you the option for hand towels or a blow dryer to dry your hands.By the way the bathroom was very clean especially for a convenience store. The condiment selections are impeccable.Everything is so neatly stacked and stocked as my pictures show. I was so impressed with store I was compelled to review it. And it has extremely competitive rates on everything and their loyalty app is outstanding. Im getting free stuff all the time. I could go on but Ill the pictures to finish up the review

The man that Workes there is the rudest person i ve ever known, this gas station just lost me as a daily customer, and also my husband and 2 sons.

I wish I could give them no star, was denied service for not having a face mask, was told i couldnt be in heah wit out a mask, I asked Do you sell masks?, they said no. Racetrac it looks like if your going to require your customers to wear face masks then you should provide them or close your stores.

The only Place that A Licensed Roofing Company will trust to fill up all our fleet of diesel trucks. The only thing they could improve on is making sure the handles are cleaner, bring some rags or use the napkins they provide and you will be in good shape, other thanks Race Trac!

Liked Race Trac for a long time but decided on going elswhere for fuel due to the worst pumps Ive ever used. Have to go inside all of the time because they dont work properly which makes it frustrating. Get your act together Race Trac, Im sure that Im not the only one. Worst place ever.. I don’t expect a 5 star experience to pump my own gas. But I own a small business right next to this race trac, and I go out of my way to go to the gas station across the street because this place is so bad. The actual place and location is not bad, but the employees here are absolutely horrible. Every time I went in there it was just a worse and worse experience. Unless I was about to run out of gas I will never go there again. I’m surprised no one has stepped in or seen the bad behavior by employees

I never been here before, but some piece of scum stole my credit card number and bought $100 worth of stuff on me from this place. I live in Baltimore Md. What kind of employees do they hire that doesnt check for an I.D. And a card wasnt even present! unless its some towel heads that dont care!

This is my favorite place to stop other then wawa. The food is always fresh and the place is spotless. They always have what Im looking for and the staff always has a smile on their face.I love the discount card you get and earn points with. We have saved quiet a bit of money on gas as well as free drinks and other snacks.Bathroom is always clean to where you could eat off of it. I dont suggest this but its one of the cleanest I have been to 31st a race trac

I arrived at the store at 3:45pm. Upon entering store I heard vulgar rap music playing. I assumed it was a customer. Unfortunately it was a poorly trained associate that felt the need to be an illiterate dj. I am certain that RACETRAC policies do not sign off on such behavior. I visit Racetrac facilities all over FL and GA due to my senior management position with my company. The mere fact that I took to social media to document my concerns speaks to the ignorance is bliss mentality displayed by the associate. When asked why the music was playing the associate stated that he was trying to get the line down, There also was a young child present with headphones on watching a video. It is apparent this young man has no regard for your customers, protocol or level of service or execution. This an opportunity for RACETRAC to upgrade. I am certain if the GM was present this would not have been tolerated...just a note I reached out to the corporate office verbally to know avail. I am ascribing an email for them now.

Been going here for years, as others have said theres issues with a lot of the pumps as it cancels your transaction, most the protective strips are missing also which is sketchy for consumer, customer service is lacking, as others have said Ive witnessed employees on cellphones while working the register and dont even pay attention, let alone say hello, I really only buy coffee and occasionally gas but Wawa is nearby now so that may change
