Drop off the prescription at the pharmacy, the did not ask for any of my information. I came next day to pick it up, after waiting for a hour on the drive through she said that they did not have my insurance on file. I give it to she but she said the they did not accept my insurance. I had to paid $65 dollars. Just because they did not do the right thing in the first place .
Worst place ever and going downhill every minute. They refuse to answer phones there was hung up on several times. You have to call 7x a day and hold on the line 30 mins to 1 hour and disconnected. When you finally get a person, they are very rude staff. They arent helpful. They told me they do delivery for local. Never got my moms meds after I paid twice. They dont contact your doctors either. They make you do their jobs and yelled at me that they dont get paid to do a delivery. They cannot work gate codes and have wrong address given first time around. They dont do deliveries until 6pm and complained of a line in my community and wanted me to walk 5 blocks when I explained my car is in mechanic shop for several weeks and my mom is disabled. They didnt care. They are just quick to grab money and never call back for pharmacy manager. They should all be fired. Most quit anyway I was told few weeks ago. I wonder why! Unprofessional mostly. Get better staff and not college brats! Ive been coming to this location since 1995! Can any of your customers say that?! Dont go here at all. They dont even know what ends up and never got meds we paid for twice!
This place has the absolute worst pharmacy Ive ever been to. EVERYTIME I need something filled they always mess it up, make you wait 25 plus mins in the drive thru and aren’t friendly. Last time I went they said they were contacting my doctor, never did and lied and said the Dr. did not fill it when she did, they made me wait 5 days after requesting to pick it up because of their mistake, and on top of that, gave me the wrong brand like always and then gave me an attitude when I requested I get the medication I always take. I get a 3 month supply and they only had 1/3 months in stock. They tell me in a week pick it up the rest it’s been 4 and they still do not have it. Called 2 days ago they said it would be ready Thursday now it won’t be ready till Saturday. I don’t understand how as a pharmacy when dealing with peoples medications they can be so not on top of it.

Terrible pharmacy service on several occassions.Extremely Understaffed. No one will answer the phone. The pharmacy tech is never in the mood to work. Your only option is to switch to another CVS location or Walgreens.
I would agree with the other reviewers this is the worst CVS I have ever visited. Everyone working in the pharmacy department could careless about customer service. I can understand you working on something but at minimum greet the customer say you will be with them in a moment. Instead we have people looking at you and ignoring you. I would find another location.
Worst pharmacy on the face of the earth. I was on an auto refill and after two times of them not filling it and me having to go to a CVS 30 min away to get my prescription I was told they couldnt guarantee theyd have my medication every month because they didnt know what would be coming on the truck. SO after dealing with that I cancelled my prescription. I now find myself on hold waiting for someone to actually cancel my prescription so I can get it from Publix.... which actually makes sure theyll have your prescription each month.... the incompetence is astounding.
Absolutely the WORST!! Dropped script, told can pick up Saturday. Go back Saturday- dont even have it in stock (phenobarbital for seizures) said be in shipment Monday. Well guess what? Still not in..pitiful service all around.

I shop here frequently. Close to work and home. I always have coupons and want to use them.PayPal recently started touch-less pay option promo with CVS. I have been there 2x in last week to attempt to use it.The employees day 1 didnt know how to scan the QR code, kept instructing to hold phone close to card reader which kept activating apple which was not how I wanted to pay and also not how I was able to utilize the promo.I was told the manager was gone for the day and I needed to pay another way. Which ok fine I guess its not as if I was buying prescriptions or something vitally important! However still purchasing there than somewhere else lets face it! Convenience and coupons and prices do come into play. If it was more of a necessary purchase your trying to tell me that they have no one to contact to complete the purchase and I have to wait until the following day during certain hours do so?!When I returned the following day same employees..,,I said Hello and did you have a chance to figure what was happening with the scanning?The reply was what is there to figure out?We can try it again since your here, but no.Lack of care was evident and also small attitude makes me say fine I will and can shop elsewhere. Maybe even another CVS....maybe not.

There is a Very Nice Older Mature Latina Women who is always Very Nice Greets me when I Enter and is always so very very Helpful. I always come in around 4.30Am and She is always working Hard, but always acknowledges me and offers to help in what I need and always points out the Savings and Promos that CVS has . Conveniently located in the heart of Davies residential area. Great prices and great CVS quality brands. Open 24 hrs, but dont be misled - the pharmacy is not open 24 hrs. Nonetheless, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The selection of quality products is great and there are always sales. The rewards card offers great coupons and discounts and is well worth having.
Ion sunday, went in to pick up a prescription my doc sent a few days earlier. I was informed they were out but would be in on wednesday and that I would receive a text was it was filled. A week goes by so I try calling in. After being on hold for over an hour i gave up.
Pharmacy is busy and keep it moving, polite but under staff. I seriouly try not to have to purchase anything more than meds pick up. Your general floor staff seem not to like or appreciate their jobs which clearly is displaced in their response even to simplest question. Good job on the renovations of the inside structure. Now work on humanity.
Tina at the pharmacy was very helpful in filling my prescriptions and answering all of my confusing questions (I didn’t know really what I was doing) I appreciate her help, she had to do a lot of searching and back and forth but she did it with a smile and really relieved my pharmacy pickup anxiety.
My wife had a mistake to use this pharmacy for kids medications. Not only they messed up and didnt even billed our insurance (as a result one kid got his medications covered, and for another we had to pay full price) they forgot to tell us about prescription which they forgot to fill, until the time we came back to get our money.
This pharmacy is slow and rude. 0/10 recommendation

I placed an order for foto printing which was only supposed to take an hour. I stop by the next day and they were not ready. It took 15 minutes for the attendant to ask for assistance. After she guided him as to what needed to be done. I still didn’t get my pictures until another 20 minutes. I walked out because I could not wait any longer. Management must supervise their employees to make sure they are doing what they are suppose to be doing. It is unacceptable that I received a receipt which said the pictures would be ready in 1 hour. I came the next day and they were not ready. In the end my son could not complete his project that was due the next day. FYI I rated this place 1 star because 0 was not an option.

Always have to wait a very long time for prescriptions. Multiple times I have had to return as my 90 day refill was short 30 days. They are always rushing around and look harried. Perhaps extending hours and having additional staff would help.
This has to be one of the worst pharmacy Chains. I visited this particular store at 12:00 midnight. This was a huge mistake because it feels like a very unsafe neighborhood. This dirty and disorganized store was open but it was completely void of customers and employees except for one nasty guy hiding in the photo department. I called out anybody here and in a nasty tone he replied what do you want. I would never enter or shop in this rat hole store ever again.

The pharmacy makes you feel like you are a drug addict or criminal. I have a business that I have to drop off and pick up my clients medications, the pharmacy is aware of this. They are completley unprofessional. After calling and complaining to the corporate office of how unprofessional the pharmacy and pharmacist is they did absoultely nothing. Horrible customer service. Horrible service from the corporate office. I highly recommend not coming here.

If I could rate it zero I would. Their pharmacy is garbage. If you’re in a car then you get priority I guess. Those of us who actually went inside to the pharmacy waited over 15 mins before someone finally acknowledged us. Mind you it was 4 people workin in the pharmacy. They didn’t run my insurance after I asked her 4x if she did. I have Federal insurance so I never pay a high price. She rang up my ear drops and it was ridiculously high. Don’t waste your time going to this trashy pharmacy. Find a better location or company. Publix or someone else. They are all dumbfounded at this CVS location.
CVS makes a ton of money by keeping their stores understaffed, each store makes at least 30k every day yet their stores never have more than 2 people working. One cashier and the glorified manager/supervisor/customer service/cashier, which in case you didnt know is what a manager is in a CVS store. I try not to go there unless I absolutely have to, because due to the circumstances above there is always a long line of customers waiting to be cashed out. However I must clarify that people that work there always are in good spirits and have always a smile on them.

Terrible parking, but the service is quick. No one seems to be there but there are a lot of spaces always taken up and the way to get in is annoying. Wouldnt be surprised if there was an accident.

The pharmacy is extremely understaffed. I came here in the morning when the place was empty, and they took over 40 minutes to fill my prescription. Its not the current employees fault - this place is under staffed.
Called the pharmacy several times different days for different prescription put on hold until called got disconnected, they are not really helpful on top of that when you go you have to wait. Theres no customer service at all, they dont try to help you. Ill take my prescription somewhere else.

I went to the store today and the same thing happens to me that the ladies who work there and never want to receive the coupons that the machine gives us or those that print after the sale. They invent a thousand excuses for not receiving them. Or only pass one. And its not just one, its three oclock and one of them is the manager or supervising? .. but how badNice to go to a store of these and go through theUnaware of this. Last time it was the same as the machine they placed new for billing helps you to pass the coupons but when they help you they “tell you” not that does not happen to you and thats the same problem in the box. I know that all will not happen but they are promotions that gives you theShop for buying so much there and they dontIt matters As if the CVS is theirs or by not receiving the coupons they are happier. And in the university with griffin is almost similar. When they see that you have something to happen they get upset and start looking for excuses.
