I must say Peter is Amazing! Prompt Professional & Punctual!! Very honest and reliable. I’ve been to many places to get my vehicle serviced & at this location I was treated respectfully & he had over exceeded my expectations. I saw exactly what I needed to have repaired & replaced plus services were done quickly! I didn’t need to wait as long as expected. He gives you options & the place is clean!!! Peter has been my mechanic for well over 10 years. Theres no one I trust more with my vehicle repairs. Hes honest, does superior work and has fair prices. He will tell you what your car needs, but will not try to upsell you into repairs you dont need. I cant say enough wonderful things abut this shop. Peter gave me better advise and assessment than Mercedes Benz mechanic and advisor. I spend money on the issue and nothing more. There was no guessing or added cost with unnecessary parts. In fact I returned all parts to Mercedes Benz part department that they recommended my e550 needed... Peter helped me saved $400 in parts when he told me to return it, because those parts was not the issue... Glad I found an honest mechanic for my toy Mercedes Benz E550 have a new home.. Outstanding experience! I arrived a few minutes late for my B service appointment. Peter, the owner, greeted me and pulled my car right in. The waiting room is immaculate and wifi worked well. In about an hour, the service was explained and completed. And the price was excellent! I highly recommend this business and will definitely return.

Poor service, the master broke the part and began to lie that it was so !!!The master worked for a Mercedes dealer in Fort Lauderdale. After repairing the suspension, the alignment was done at the dealer. The Mercedes dealer said that the problem is with the suspension and this is a mistake of the master. The master said that this could not be, and the dealer broke everything. As it turned out, the master broke the stabilizer post and put it on from another car, while saying that everyone around was to blame, but not him. He refused to avenge the damage. Be careful. this service is good, but until you run into a real problem !! Good luck bad service!

Honest and trustworthy I have been taking my car to The Benz Shop for 5 years and will never consider consulting another mechanic. The service is fast and the meeting times are well respected. Peter, his father, and staff are wonderful!! My family trusts his shop and services for many years. Reasonable prices and timely service compared to the Mercedes Benz dealership. One time I considered using the dealership for repairs (if repair was under warranty) but they took three weeks to contact me back. I got my repair done same day I called Peter as he happened to have the availability and the parts were no problem to find ASAP. Three weeks later I had already forgot I even called the dealership when they got back to me turned out it wouldnt have been under warranty anyways. Highly recommend their shop :)

100% satisfied! My story began at the Mercedes dealership where I usually take my car in for service. I have a CLS with approx 50k miles. It is a second vehicle and is only driven occasionally. They quoted me almost $1200 for a service A. The service advisor started recommending changing spark plugs e.t.c based on my 50k mileage. I became desperate to find a quality, affordable service shop to maintain my Mercedes. My search lead me to The Benz Shop. I spoke with owner Peter on the telephone regarding my vehicle and within minutes I knew I had found my new home for the servicing of my Mercedes. He was very open, honest and knowledgeable about the needs of my car. I made an appointment, and the rest is history! The quality service and exceptional customer service experience exceeded my expectations. The professionalism of the staff and their attention to detail was impressive. More importantly, the cost was a FRACTION of what I had been paying at the Mercedes dealership! The minimal wait time and attentiveness of the staff was worth the 45 min drive from Palm Beach.
