I went to this dealership a couple of weeks ago to look at a 2017 Honda Accord sport they had I test drove the car and looked at it car was leaking oil dove like really bad the car needed all kinda work so me just trying to see if the manager will fix the car before selling it he set down and wanted to make us get the car just like that they wanted $19,000 for a car leaking oil and needing a bunch of work used sells manager was really mean after I showed him Rick case honda had the same car with less miles for the same price he set there and called me a liar and said I was wasting there time but he kept trying to make me run my credit. Thanks to him I’ll never go back to autonation all they care about is selling they don’t care about customer service. Go to Rick case if you need a car this people will try to rip you off literally make sure you look at the car you getting and make sure you take it to a shop if you don’t know much about cars because they don’t care if the car is leaking oil. I’ll post a picture of the car I got at Rick case Honda is literally like new.

This is a very large, clean, up to date facility. The staff appeared to all know and carry out their roles seamlessly. The staff are also all kind, courteous and respectful. The regular maintenance plus alignment was a reasonable wait time of only 1.5 hours. The waiting room has comfortable seating, vending, and business center for client use. I was out of town here and very impressed.
Our dealer was Scott Krohn. He was great, worked the details over the phone with my wife. I came in to the dealership and hardly waited, they were able to get me the payments I wanted with the APR I wanted, the finance manager Allen Godfrey was great also. Even on his day off or out of the office he was able to reply to my concerns. I love my vehicle, I would recommend to anybody who needs a great car for a great price. Best car buying experience Ive had so far.

Very bad experience, I had a appointment at 8:45 today to get oil changed. Told me it would be no more than 1hour to 1:15minutes. So, 1:30 min. later I went to service rep. Greg and asked if my car was done? It was parked out back in a line of cars. They didnt even start on it. I demanded my keys and left.
A good clean dealership with large waiting areas and attentive staff. My main gripe is that I made an appointment and arrived 30 minutes early, yet making a key copy took 3 hours because they had too many customers. What is the point of appointments if theyre just going to overload themselves, anyway?
Henry was great. Usually my experience at this dealership is par at best, but he exceeded my expectations with his knowledge and great attitude. I was in and out of there within an hour and the repairs to my engine cover were perfect.
Victor Llanos has been my service advisor for over 15 years. Always professional and knowledgeable. Takes care of both our Toyotas and always does an excellent job getting the service work done fast.
My Tacoma was in for the 15,000 mile service on Friday. Which includes tire rotation, air pressure, top off washer fluid, brake fluid, coolant levels and battery water. I noticed 2 days later that 2 valve stem covers were missing off of the right tires and the 2 on the left side were about to fall off, so I decided to look at all the fluid levels. The washer fluid was low and the battery water was low on 2 of the cells. It was lower than the lead plates. That in it self can cause a shorted cell and kill the battery. I called the service department on Monday, waited almost 1 hour to speak with the Service Director Hector. I told him what I found and also offered him photos of the work that was not done, which I took care of myself already. He wanted to see the vehicle, I told him again that I already topped off the fluids and replaced the valve caps. He defended his mechanic that didnt do the work. I have no proof that the tires were rotated so I assume that was done.We went on and on for 10 minutes getting nowhere so I asked to speak to the G.M. he asked me several times if that is what I wanted to do and I repeated let me speak to the G.M. Next thing I hear is a dial tone. He hung up on me. I called Toyota Corporate that evening and filed a complaint against the dealership. So I had paid (up front) for a service that they did not do and then lied about it. This morning I received a call from Lisa Robertson from the dealership, after we went thru the series of events she basically said “That if I had noticed the issues before I left the dealership they would have addressed it. So I guess you have to check on the repairs or service that an ASC certified mechanic does to your vehicle at the dealership!All I wanted was them to admit that the mechanic did not do the work and to apologize, after Hector hung up on me that changed my attitude. At this point I am still waiting for the G.M. to call me, I wonder if he will.
My Service Agent, Jose, was awesome as always. He checked my records and made the right recommendations. My service was fast and on point.Thank you Jose and Autonation for always making my experience there a good one.
The dealership is upfront and professional. I was treated fairly for my costly repairs. Jose Rivera was my service advisor and he took the time to answer all of my questions and put me at ease ensuring me that we would get my car back in the road as quickly as possible. Jamid Mendez is the service manager and he went above and beyond to assist with the best pricing possible due to the lightening strike that disabled my car. Anthony the senior technician explained the necessary repairs and even when we had to dig deeper to fully repair the car, he was knowledgeable and kept me abreast from start to finish. I will definitely continue to trust this ream and the dealership.

Servicing was fine. In and out within 2.5 hours.Prices however were 50% higher than anywhere around. Tire deal wouldve been $650 for 4 tires. Other places were starting at $450.Brake flush was $130. When I asked a competitor later, same service wouldve been $79.Fool me once, shame on me. But unlikely Ill be back for service anytime soon.

He doesnt pressure you or uses any gimmick tactics, and makes you feel you are a valued customer. Thank you Jorge, youre a true professional.The service cashiers is another story. No one knows how to process a check payment, forcing you to use a credit card. A customer service cashier needs to speak English well enough to extend good service. My husband does not speak Spanish so I have to turn in the cars for repairs.Management dropped the ball in the cashier section. My 1st time there, the people didnt want or show any desire to take care of me, they kept talking about other things. My apologies to the cashiers for needing service. Thank you Jorge for being the exception.
The only reason I’m giving them three stars is because Richard was so kind. We sold them our truck and purchased a used Corolla. The whole process took about 4 hours. When we left we noticed the Corolla smoking and promptly returned it. They told us to return in the morning and they would give us a check for the truck.They offered to have it looked at by service, but we declined. The fact that it was stamped inspected and safe, but it was most definitely not. I don’t trust any car inspected on this lot.When we returned in the morning we were greeted by a very rude man “Ceronni?” The used car manager. No one has any idea what was going on with our truck and treated us like we were bothering them. No apologies, no smiles, no eye contact, just annoyance radiating from the staff at the front. They kept our truck over night and then voided our file knowing we were coming back. So now we are going through the whole process of selling them our truck again. I’m sitting here at the table and I cannot wait to leave and never return. I wish I would have take my business elsewhere.Update: I called the GM per the owners suggestion. The GM didn’t answer or call me back, it’s been about two weeks now.To my dismay my husband purchased a car there. They knew the awful experience we had and still did nothing. He bought a newer Corolla, we asked for another key because we only received one. Thinking it’s a courtesy, we went in on a Thursday and they tried charging us. Absolutely mind blowing. Still only have one key. 🤯🤯🤯🤯
I came in with my two daughters to find out about possibly trading in my car for a 2021 rav4 and was immediately greeted by Sam. He was beyond helpful and attentive. He went above and beyond to ensure I found what I was looking for and even spoke with and entertained my children. Allen in finance was also so great and helpful and I was able to walk out with the car and price I wanted.
I got a nail in my back passenger side tire. I had to have the donut put on the car so I could drive home. I went to AutoNation Toyota of Weston to have the tire replaced as I had driven on the tire flat and the side wall was damaged. I had purchased the tire protection plan when I bought my car. While they didnt have the exact tire instock and had to order it for me, I thought the service advisor, Cesar and the technician, Ben, were very professional and did all they could to inform me of what was needed. When I returned once the tire came in, they were quick and efficient and did not have to wait long at all to get my car back. Very pleased.
The best service ever. Jose Rivera is my service advisor and he is so AWESOME, always taking such good care of me and advising me of exactly what is needed and necessary and the related costs and I dont feel like Im being taken advantage of or getting ripped off. My vehicle always feel in such excellent condition afterwards.
I bought my first car from them a 2015 mustang from the used department the sales person was by far one of the best I’ve worked unfortunately though a month with the car the battery out of nowhere stopped working I was told that the car had a full inspection prior to being on the sales website and everything checked out I had to get the car jumped 7 times I was told the manger of the department said the will not replace the battery since it’s been a month which I find very disappointing since I was supposedly sold a car with zero issues . Please make sure you guys check any used car from this dealership it seems that they just Overlook on inspections of they’re vehicle .

Yesterday I, brought a used 2017 Toyota Highlander SE and the condition of the truck was brand new. My Sales Rep. was Harold he was awesome. My wife and I took the vehicle for a test drive. We werent pressured into buying the vehicle at all. We also had a trade in (2008 lexus IS250) after some back and forth with the trade in value. It was $500.00 less then what I wanted and that wasnt a deal breaker for me. As some reviews said we wasnt stuck in financing for hours. Two hours max for the sale and were driving off in our new vehicle. After the sale Harlod knew I wasnt too happy with only getting one key fob for the truck. So this Thursday I will be picking up a second key fob for the vehicle no questions asked. My wife and I were greeted when we first walked in and felt very welcomed. The price we saw is what we paid and no hidden fees... We had a great experience here... I will recommend Toyota of Weston and ask for Harold.

AutoNation Toyota and Daniel N. always give me great service. Just brought my 4Runner in on a recall for the fuel pump, although my vehicle has never had an issue or mechanical problem. They told me 3 1/2 hours estimate and it would be done. I was out in a little less than 3 hrs, awesome!

Service very quick and professional but their car wash was broken. Was really looking forward to getting my cat washed. So had to pay out of my own pocket to get my car washed. I wish they would give our coupons or voulchers to local car wash to make up for it.
Excellent service. My 4Runner 2021 Five Thousand Miles Service left my car better than when I took it out for the first time with 5 miles. The Service Advisor that did the paper work for the 5000 miles service explained to me clearly the entire procedure to be done. He did a great work too. Looking forward to go back to AutoNation Toyota in Weston for future Warranty Service.

I was going to provide a better review until today. My overall experience at the dealership was great with Eddie. Just paid msrp for the car and we usually pay less. After receiving a call from Honda finance regarding my June payment I found out that the paperwork and check were never sent to them. The finance manager said this would be taken care of prior to the June payment due date. I called the dealership today and a manager just informed me a check was mailed to Honda July 5. Hoping all is good at this point.
The service was excellent. From the moment we arrived unti the valet brought our car back. I give it four stars because of the phone service. I called several times to make an appointment and was never able to talk to a person. The automated phone service asked me to leave my information and said that someone would call me back. I never received a call back. I decided to just drive over, and once we got there everyone was great. They need to do something regarding their phone answering service because often thats the first impression for customers.

We recently bought our daughter a new Toyota 86 here. Our first trip didn’t end well as we walked away upset over a bad experience but within days that was turned around. Our sales person Sam orchestrated the turn around completely. Sam had the GM Mohamed call us and the two of them made us an offer we couldn’t refuse. We were able to get the car at a great price and the finance guy, Fabio was super helpful. Fabio helped us get the best rates as well as the best warranties for our budget. Sam has continued to help us even after the purchase and between him and Fabio, we highly recommend doing business at this Toyota dealership. The GM Mohamed is doing a great job at making his business a much better customer service experience. Nice teamwork!

We recently moved to this area and bought a new car from this dealership last year. The sales associate was great, though the finance team was insistent on selling us their warranty program. He kept us in his office for at least an hour going over all of the ways he could work the plan into our payments. Terrible experience. I decided to try their service department with my Highlander and had a couple of poor experiences. One was regarding a recall on my car. In November last year I was contacted by a service associate to schedule a time to come in and replace my fuel pump. I came in on my scheduled day and they couldnt find my information. When I explained to the service associate that I was told to come in to replace the fuel pump, he told me that my car was not available for the recall yet. I explained that I was contacted by one of their sales associates, he asked me for the name. After providing the name, the associate went to speak with this person, came back and then insulted the other associate stating that he was a new guy and didnt know what he was doing. I asked him what I should do next and he proceeded to take me into the office of the new guy to speak with him. Before I left I requested to speak with the service manager. I explained to him the issues I had previously with their service department, including the experience that day with the recall. He took my name, my number, and said he would personally contact me when my recall was available and provide a free rental. Months later I was at another dealership who informed me that my car had been eligible for months for the recall and the fuel pumps were in ample supply. I called the Weston dealership to schedule my fuel pump replacement and to date, have not received any calls. I honestly believe they could care less. Its unfortunate to have such terrible experiences with the dealership as it is so close to my house, but will continue to drive 20 miles to visit another dealerships service department where i feel that they actually WANT to serve you.
I made an appointment online to get my car battery replaced. When I got there they took my car in and informed me that they will call me when the work is complete. After an hour, I received a call informing me that they do not have my battery in stock nor do they have an ETA on when one would be available. The dealer informed me that there is a battery shortage and they can’t locate a battery throughout the state of Florida. I did find the battery at another dealer. I guess they would rather have one of there customers go without a car then have to go to another place to purchase the battery. When I received my car back, not repaired, it smelled like oil or gas. This is the second time my car was returned with this strong smell that takes 2 days to dissipate. I will not be purchasing a car or bringing my car in for service at this dealership again.Sincerely,Lost customer

Jose Rivera is a really nice guy, always willing to help you with your cars issues, the bad side are the persons in charge to repair or fix your car, (I know that is out of Joses hand). I leased a 2019 Tacoma, the tires have been wearing out on the outside, they recommended me to do wheel alignment, so I did it twice, one at the dealer and one in another place, the problem is still there and nobody at the dealer has an answer. Last week I took my truck because I was noticing something like a misfire, the asked me if I can leave my truck overnight to check it early in the morning I agreed, supposedly they didnt the problem but the problem is still there

I had a coupon for $20 off any service. No restrictions. The service advisor made up some story about the coupon being valid for only a $100 oil change using Penzoil. I did not feel like arguing but the fine print does NOT reflect the service advisors words. I do not like being lied to or manipulated.
This place was great. Sam was 100% the best salesman I have ever worked with. His charisma and overall knowledge helps make everything easier whilst looking for a car. Overall, the experience was great.
The washer fluid resiwar wasnt filled up., also the radiator fluid was added and the over spill not cleaned up. The vehicle was taken there for an oil change at $39.99 due to a coupon and drove out with a $300. bill. The dealers at times sells you things that the car doesnt need done to them but then yet thats how they make their commissions. Based on the sticker that they place on the windshield oil was due on 01/21 at 45,400 miles and I took it on 8/21 with 44,600. Which means as you can see I hardly drive the car. Then they sent me an email that read that the car needed a tire rotation but then yet I wasnt advised by the service advisor, but then yet its all good because it was done by me. On 05/06/2021; Worst experience I ever had @ that location... looks like for this guys, a simple oil change and break inspection it took more than 3 hours if not at least 4 hours???!!! and looks like no matter what Assistant Service Manager announced to me at the beginning... it would take no more than 1Hr20Min, at much 1Hr30Min asked for my phone number and said he would let me know about brakes need or dont need service/change... 3 hours after and no communication from Him or any body, 2 calls from me, to his office number whit no answer I walked there 2 times and no one there, at 3rd time walk He just arrived and states just arrived from lunch... and everything is ok, your car breaks are still good, your car will be ready in 30Min or less; if you want you to go for lunch we have rental car available for at least 3Hr Obviously I said no and stated my disappointment whit this service and guess what... after another 1Hr15Min I had to go again to his office to ask for my car again and he said the Technician just arrived with everything to proceed finishing and produce final invoice... and for any inconvenience theyll give me a regular price on a full synthetic oil change... Honestly, A LOW PRICE, DOESNT EXCUSE A BAD SERVICE!!! I received a Bonus for $20 OFF which I went to redeem and now I dont know if this was a bonus to loyalty clients or a punishment to me... and further than this... right now I dont know if they really did the break check and use the full synthetic oil in my car... what a bad experience I had there this time.
I had new tires installed on my car. You wouldnt think a dealer would offer a better price than a local Discount tire dealer but they do. Plus, they didnt try to up sell me with BS warranty or extended front end alignment services. Service was fast and courteous.

I got in and got out pretty quickly for my standard 12k maintenance visit. They were so meticulous that they found a nail in my tire. They charged $29 to patch which is 3x the price at a gas station but I didnt want to go to another place for a patch. The problem is today I opened my hood to add windshield wiper solution and realized my radiator fluid is almost empty. What kind of inspection is that? Very disappointed. I wonder what they really did for the 1 hour they had it.
Couple of things... I had a flat tire on my car, unrelated to Toyota, I just happen to be near this place when it happened. The service department was closed. You would think that being a dealership with so many vehicles to test, someone would have a device to put air on any of the vehicles for testing should there be a need, right?... Nope, nobody was able to help or better nobody attempted to care to ask. Everyone was a sales person, but customer service was on the floor. I will definitely NOT BUYING a car from this place even if it was the last dealership on earth. I ended up taking an Uber to Walmart, buying a power pump, putting air on the tire enough to drive to Tire Kingdom and fix my flat.

Was not a smooth purchase at all though, took 3 hours...very surprised that had to ask multiple times for new windshield wipers, and only time i have ever bought a car without a full tank of gas....and seats had not been detailed. we didnt really notice the cigarette smell until the next day

I have to say that I normally despise having to go to the dealer and/or get service but Toyota of Weston never ceases to amaze me. I waited less than an hour and they were very helpful.
Went to get a recall done on my Toyota and service manager Rashan was really nice and helpful. Got my repair done and Rashan recommended a few things but was not pushy which I appreciated. Friendly and pleasant experience
My service advisor, Daniel, was awesome. Kept me completely informed and was very personable. I was able to drop my car off for early bird and it was ready faster than I thought. My issue is with the pricing. I was told I needed new wiper blades, all 3 were just replaced a month or so ago. I was told I needed an oil change, I still had 2,000mi left and it was clearly on the window sticker. The price they quoted me was outrageous. I’ve been a customer there for years and really like them. I would just advise knowing before hand what maintenance you are “actually” due for.Jamid is still the best, even though he got promoted and isn’t my service advisor anymore.
I’ll keep coming back for the warm welcomes and pleasant conversations from every service rep I’ve worked with. Jonathan, Mike, and most recently Jorge have all made it a smooth and quick process whenever I needed to get my Camry taken cared of. Professionalism, soft skills and always a wealth of knowledge if I have any questions.
I had a great experience at AutoNation Toyota Weston. Carol Mansour was incredible throughout the entire process. I contacted her via email and she was extremely responsive and helpful. We communicated mostly through email and she made the process seamless. She had the car detailed and ready to go when we arrived for our appointment. I could not ask for better service from her. We also had a great experience with Fabio in the finance area. I am completely satisfied and thrilled with the experience and my car.
Excellent service. We were kept informed of the progress throughout the service. We could not pick up the same day and Jorge made ever effort to ensure that our request was managed because our pick up day was a Sunday when servicing was closed.

I brought my van to Auto Nation Toyota in Weston and I was taken care by Al Corrales. From the beginning to the end, Mr Corrales took care of my van very professionally. There were a few important things needed to be replaced and in 4 days I got my van back working just right! It’s been a blessing of an experience. From the time you arrive to your appointment to the time you are done it’s very pleasant to witness how all the employees work as a team. I recommend Alberto Corrales. The LORD bless you all!
Good Service experience. However, I purchased a tire insurance against road hazards. I took my car in for service twice to have the tire replaced with a new one but there always seems to be a justification for not doing so. Therefore, I learned my lesson to never buy tire insurance again. I may also purchase a vehicle from another dealer the next time around!
Great service from Alvaro - I had to wait for the vehicle to be services and was able to walk into a cubicle and continue to work for the time being.Wifi was strong, the desk was a little dirty from I suppose someone eating there but overall a great experience.

Ask for Natalie. She’s super straight up during the negotiation phase, which basically doesn’t exist at AutoNation anymore and she made me aware of that. But she does try to help in ways like getting you the exact bottom dollar amount from her manager. She is the most fun saleswoman I’ve ever worked with! This dealership has high dealer fees, but I guess when u put brand new tires on most of your cars and spend hours and hours getting the information to the public, you can do that! I DID not like the idea of paying ANY fees at first. Thought the price was the price right?! Just wait until you get there, you will understand. They literally price the car as low as they can and simply make money from the fees. Their showroom is beautiful but not overly done up. They detail the crappppp out of the car before u buy it. Natalie even had mine washed a second time because their was a few days between deposit and purchase. Left with a half tank of gas. Drove 200 miles home in a perfectly certified pre owned 2016 Hyundai Tucson. The ride home was as smooth as a baby’s butt.
My husband and I had the most stress free new car sale experience in our lifetime. The salesman Scott Krohn and Finance Manager Eddie Grigorian were very professional and super helpful. Took my new 4Runner in for the first factory service. Was greeted promptly by Jose, who explained the process (as this was my first visit). The work was completed in under an hour. All in all a pleasant experience.
