Beware, I was sold this truck as clean title from University Mitsubishi. Listed for 25k then tried to change the price, then when purchased they added services and a protection plan I did not want or had the option to decline which set the price thousands over what was listed. Terrible upper management, terrible service and dishonest. Worst part is that I drove the truck cross country only to find out that the truck part of the chassi sawed off. I did not know this because before I purchased the truck they show me a fake inspection certification by trueframe stating the truck had been inspected and was in good condition. I can go on and on, but if you want a bad experience shop here.

I bought a 2016 Tesla for $65,0000 in March, had my own financing, but the salesperson Greg said that the price of the car was only the price if they financed it. Then the finance manager Jose or “Joe” called and asked if he could try and do better, they came back with an option that was a better interest rate. Then I had them meet me to deliver the car because I live far away. They did I signed the docs, then took delivery of the car, it had a 12v battery alert (that can only be fixed at Tesla Service) and the wall charger for the home did not work. I told the salesman and he said they will get me a charger and pay for the repair. Then the finance guy “Joe” called me and said “The finance company said your car price was too low and they want you to put $500 down and raise the interest rate.I said I would sign if I got a check back for the $500 repair and they shipped me the wall charger for a normal outlet. It’s now the month of May, I have paid my first car payment, still no check from them or wall charger, on top of that I have no plates and my temporary tag is a few days from expiring.I have called them about 10 plus times, I’ve received no callback. The customer service here is the worst I’ve ever seen after the sale. They get your money but won’t follow through after the sale. Don’t even take the chance. Now I have to file a small claims for the money they owe, plus waste a ton of my time when I could have bought from Tesla direct with less problem and disrespect.

These guys wasted a week of my time negotiating on an RS5 before they decided to add $4000 because it was a cash deal, despite having been told it was a cash deal at least 10 times before. Then the salesman literally called me 10 times in a row from 2 different phone numbers.

Dealing with Miguel he was amazing when I purchased the BMW .... BUT when it came to buying my Honda from me ... it was such a stressful & awful experience. I did everything & signed everything. I was told the check would be expedited to the bank from which I financed the Honda from ...... I had to still make 3 payments on that Honda because they took so long to send the bank the check ... I would call & Miguel would never answer. I would leave voicemails & never got any calls returned . I even spoke to the manager & nothing got resolved 😭 very much unprofessional. When I told them I still had money being taken out my check for the Honda they had not a care in the world . Very unprofessional & highly disappointing. I will never do buissness with them again . Part of customer service is communication!

Purchased a car more than a month ago, June 04, 2021, paid for a new Tag and registration....still havent received it, spent days calling and talking to different people without luck, very disappointed with the way this has been handled. Inventory is nice but the post sales experience has been a total deception. Finally I got to the Finance Director, Edward Camejo, he hung up the phone on me...if thats the way he treats paying customers...cant imagine how he treats staff.
