My cars battery died around 8PM and no one was able to help me except Edward and his mechanic guy. They were super friendly and professional. When they found out that my car needed the batterys terminal cable, Edward drove to AutoZone to help me buy the parts even though it was late and he didnt need to do it. Anyway, both Edward and the mechanic guy put their hearts into the works and paid attention to details. The greatest thing was that their price was reasonable!

My only regret is that these guys aren’t down in WI by me! The service was great and the gentleman were all very helpful! I was stranded in Iowa, 3 1/2 hours from home and they were able to show up within an hour of me contacting them, they picked up my part for me, and Jeff was great! Come to WI please!!

Knowledgeable, punctual and friendly. These guys are great had a situation with my car cranking over and not starting, Rich the mechanic came out and diagnosed the problem and it happened to be a fuel pump relay fuse thing, swapped with a spare relay and was back on the road- saved me a tow and a big shop overhead bill I’ll tell you that. I called because my car wasnt starting and it was making a weird clicking noise while the lights flickered. I think the person I spoke to was Edward. He did some digging around and was able to point me in the direction of a corroded negative terminal on the battery. We took the battery off and tested it for good measure and it was bad. We went and got a new battery, cleaned off the terminal ports, and the car starts up like new.He advised that although he is in the business to make money, he didnt think I would have an issue with this myself and that there was no reason to pay for him to come out.I just wanted to leave a review because you pointed me towards the problem and a solution, and saved me money in the process. I will happily contact you back if I have any issues and will gladly pay for your services if they are needed. Thank you!
