Modern technology sometimes is beyond us & he was great at explaining everything. The length of time to make the purchase was longer than usual due to our missteps, but we looked at the vehicle, test drove it, had our trade-in evaluated, went over financing & had questions answered. Arty was very responsive, knowledgable, and even picked me up locally when my ride fell through. I wish there was more room for negotiation as I paid full asking price, but the car is very nice. Finance was friendly and found a better rate than my local bank had. Overall great experience and Id come back for another vehicle. I do wish the dealership was a little nicer and had a better lounge.

Brought my car for service. They broke the windshield and blamed the heat when it rained all week while they had it at the shop. The Service message on the car never went away as well. Paid 2000$ for having the radio not working and all the other media stuff disconnected for two weeks before they fixed it. They also missed a schedule pick up and then show up a week later at my door without a message or anything. Very bad. Not coming back for service anymore.

I was 100% satisfied with the service I received from Patrick Grijalva. Patrick did a great job keeping me informed as to when my Z4 would arrive from Germany over the 15 week time period. He handled the closing professionally in a timely manner. I will highly recommend Patrick to friends looking for a new or used BMW in the future. Patrick always responded quickly to my text when I had a question about my Z4 and I am sure it will continue in the future.The finance manager, Laurence Nemec did a great job explaining all the ins and outs of what my options were as to financing and additional coverages to consider before actually buying my new BMW. He did all he could to save me money. Laurence was very professional and personable going over all the options before signing on the dotted line. I had a very good experience dealing with him.Patrick went home sick, so David Wagner went over all the functions of my Z4 before I drove it off the lot. We spent at least a half hour going through all the ins and outs of the Z4. He did a great explaining all I needed to know to get me off to a great start with my new BMW. He was easy to work with and very knowledgeable about all the features of the Z4.Kimberly BMW have a great staff to work with in my opinion.

I ordered a 2012 335i BMW, my first one from Kimberly. I drove that car for 7 years. This has been the only car I have ever had that I can honestly say 7 years later and 100K miles, everything works and it has been a great car. The sales department has good guys, they work hard to help you. The service department has always been one of the best I have ever dealt with.I had them do every bit of service to this car, down to the wiper blades. Probably one of the reasons it has been such a good car this long.I even know many of their names after working with them this long.Go there and give them a try, I think you will be happy you did.

This Happy Thanksgiving Week, The folks at Kimberly BMW Lifted Up my 16 328d M Sport Wagon and completed a warranty replacement of a NO 1 fwd Sensor, and a Check Up..The Transplant Procedure required close communications with BMW USA and some extra diagnostic analysis, to achieve the successful No Cost Operation.. Worst dealership experience ever. I never review anything but this was such a bad experience I am going to list a few of the many reasons I will not go back.1. They refused to provide me my car maintenance report, they said my name was not on it (I fully own the vehicle). They told me I had to call the 800 number for BMW to figure it out on my own. I did call them and BMW said it was fine and there was no reason to not share it with me. I brought the call into the service managers office with the call on speaker, and they finally agreed to give me the report. A different service person said my name was on it the whole time when they gave it to me.2. I brought my vehicle in for airbag recalls, drove 30 minutes home, and found out that they did not clip in the pillar trim. As can be seen from the photo, it was not installed correctly and there is no way it should have been missed.3. I requested that my side mirror get inspected since it was vibrating a bit at full highway speeds. I come to pick up the vehicle and they said they found no issues. I pulled ten feet out of the parking stall into the parking lot and the mirror fell off onto the concrete of their parking lot. A service driver watched it happen. I went back inside and asked them about it and they could not reply with whether they actually inspected the mirror or not (either they did, and broke it further) or they did not, and told me it was fine so that when I was still in their lot it literally just fell off.4. When I had brought the vehicle in for a check engine light, they ended up replacing some component related to the emissions. When I picked up the vehicle for this instance, while still in their lot, the Wiper Fluid is Low light came on and my tank was entirely empty. I went to the store and put two jugs of good fluid into the tank. It all spilled out onto my garage floor Kimberly had clearly damaged my wiper fluid supply lines/tank in some matter. A service guy ended up telling me that the hosing that goes to the back wiper got damaged during their working on the car but it would cost me $1,000 to fix.5. I opened my engine hood when I got home after item #4, and found DEF fluid all over my engine bay. They had spilled it everywhere and didnt even bother to wipe it up. It clearly says in the manual to avoid this since it is corrosive and I have never been so careless when I do my own work. Further, they did not clip in many of the wires along the radiator and other components. The wires were there, but they just didnt bother finishing the job.Since this experience I have told other people and a few have had similar experiences and got out of BMWs due to the poor service in the QC.Instead of staying with BMWs and upgrading soon, I am shopping other dealerships and brands.

Well if you just so happen to drop off your car for repairs and a hail storm happens...It will not be put in a covered location and perhaps it will total your car out but only after they graciously replace the part for which it was there for. Hail damage + repairs which I paid = total loss and shopping for a new car during a pandemic. Cool...take your car here but check the weather....

We received a recall notice regarding our cars airbag. After setting up the appointment, we also asked if they could change the oil and they fit us in. Knowing we were from out of town, we were fortunate enough they made our car a priority we felt. While going in for an airbag and oil change, they also found a leaky air stem on the tire which gives me confidence of their thoughoness of their work.

OMG where do I begin? This is the second X5 that my husband and I have purchased from Kimberly. The first acquisition was the result of me totaling my convertible...and a buck and a doe. Go big or go home. The staff at Kimberly took what was a very traumatic situation for me and flipped it into an amazing experience. Fast forward to present time; we loved that vehicle so much we knew that I needed the exact same ride; only brand new with all the bells and whistles. A little hiccup that couldn’t be corrected because of the age of the car moved up our timeframe. Brandon DeWitte in service put a little bug into Patrick Grijalva’s ear that he might just want to order a new X5 for Team Erickson; placing that order had to be seamless because they paid such close attention to what I loved about the old car; they ABSOLUTELY nailed it and took it to the next level. I just want to say thank you very much to Paul Christensen of Kimberly BMW of Davenport, for going well out of his way to help me to where I didn’t even have to leave my vehicle, that was amazing.Upon arriving, after a long trip from Fort Madison to Davenport, I called the dealership and let them know that I was outside in a tan Mercury Marquis, that I have A.L.S, a.k.a. Lou Gehrig’s disease, that I can barely walk, that I needed info on where I needed to go to have a new set of keys made for my 1999 BMW 528i, and I stressed that I needed to walk as little as possible, cause I can barely walk.Paul was very courteous, told me where to go, then he came out, introduced himself, told me I could remain in the car, which was of great relief to me, and everything was taken care of, while he did all the leg work, of going back and forth, and I must say, I’ve never been more impressed with customer service at a dealership in my entire life!! Came to the store from two hours away to speak with a guy named Arti. He was well aware of this and told me no test drives because it was 5:58 and they close at 6. Just his arrogant attitude shows that he didn’t care to get two sales. I would give 0 stars if I could.
