We could not be more impressed with the service and customer service of this Dealership! We had broken down in the middle of the night 1000 miles away from home and had 1300 more miles to go. We had to be towed to the dealership.As soon as the service department was open they pushed us in to the front of their busy day and got right to work to try and figure out and diagnose what our issue was. The entire staff was so supportive, gracious and understanding of our predicament And did everything possible to get us back on the road. The part that was needed ti fix our sprinter van had to be overnighted from Florida to Iowa and we all, including the staff prayed it would arrive!The part did arrive the next morning, the entire staff went to work putting us again in the forefront of their day full of service jobs to take care of us and get us on our wayLessah, Oscar, Allen and the entire staff deserve as we say back home, a Huge “atta boy”. Best customer service we have ever experienced!If we were living anywhere near this dealership, I would buy my next vehicle here, knowing how much they care about their customers and how well you are treated! Worth a little bit of an extra drive for such amazing service!!!
It was a last minute decision to look at cars & possibly but one. Zina came over, listened to what we needed & we test drove 3 cars with no stress or pushing from her. The one we fell in love with was actually leaving the lot as it had been sitting there too long, but she worked with the manager & us to hold the vehicle back until we could get the financing situated with our bank & we went home so very happy 3 days later. She even called me yesterday to check in and see if there was anything we needed or of we had any questions on the vehicle. She was great to work with & our vehicle is a dream!

Do not buy here! Buyer Beware!!!!!! My husband and I needed a car ( I had no credit, and he didn’t have the best credit) we dealt with a salesman Named Micheal . Long story short, he sold us a GMC Envoy that had major mechanical issues in December 2015 after constantly telling us during our test drive, that the weird noise we heard, was the wheel barring. 6 days after buying, while On my way to Chicago, my rear differentials gave out while I was on I-80 near mininooka. After fighting with them about getting it towed back to Davenport, they finally let us use a loaner van for a week until they could find us another vehicle because they said that the repair cost, wasn’t worth fixing on the envoy. They eventually found us a Ford Explorer the first week of Jan 2016. Unfortunately for us, in august of 2016 the Ford started exhibiting bad undercarriage issues and the take off was ruff. We took the vehicle to Dahl Ford who advised us that we couldn’t legally drive the car off the lot because the car was unsafe. We had suspension issues, engine, trans you name it! We talked with this dealer who At the time went by “drivers choice” and they shrugged us off! After exhausting all options and being told our repair cost out of pocket, with insurance would cost more than the vehicle, We scheduled a voluntary repo with the financing company “Credit Acceptance”. Fast forward to 2021 as we’re rebuilding our credit we realize that the predatory financing company that came so “highly recommended” claimed they never repoed the vehicle because when they called the lot where we initially bought the vehicle, the manager told them that we didn’t have an expensive repair cost which was a lie because we didn’t even have the vehicle serviced there! So that lie prompted credit acceptance to cancel the scheduled repo. Credit acceptance has reported on my husband’s credit as a current delinquent installment for over 5 years. They won’t close the account without paying the full balance or a settlement account. We are waiting for our original SIGNED contract to come in the mail, that stated that we agreed to pay 9000 something for a 3600 dollar vehicle. Credit acceptance says our contract stated that we agreed to that exorbitant amount an We our a million percent sure that that is not what we signed. Under the guise of smiles and assurance that we’d build our credit and that they wanted to help us, we were used as pawns to pay someone a 1000 down payment for a vehicle that they sold responsibility off to another company for. If I had the knowledge that I possess now, I would not look once at this place. Run fast and don’t look back.
Buying cars is no fun. Having said that, Angela Wilson at Drivers Choice made my experience painless!! She was great to work with, not pushy and understood everything I did and didnt want. She was able to get me into a great car at the price point I needed. I will definitely go back to her once Im ready to buy again.
Came here with my aunt and grandfather. We drove a few hours to get there but it was well worth the drive. Amazing customer services. Wanted to recognize Harold Smith for excellent service during my car buying experience. Flew in from Austin, Texas to pick up a low-mileage certified Mercedes. Harold went above and beyond and made the process very easy for me. He was very patient with me and made sure I got all the answers I needed.Also want to recognize the finance manager, Noland Kropf, who handled all the paperwork during the transaction. He provided clear and concise answers, and when some last minute changes were made to the paperwork, he made sure it all happened so we could close the deal and I could drive off in a wonderful new-used Mercedes.

I was given immediate service upon my arrival for car servicing. Tony P. quickly reviewed the car servicing planned and gave opportunities to ask any questions. He told me the time it would take to complete the process and asked I wish to wait for the car servicing or it I would prefer company provided transportation home and a later pick up. He gave me a time period when the car would be ready. I received a call when the car was ready which was well inside the time promised.

Buyer BEWARE! Make sure you check everything and I mean EVERYTHING electrical before you buy. Just informed that the only thing they check on as is vehicles are engine and transmission. They do not check anything electrical and you are responsible for paying to fix it after purchase. They are not willing to work with you at all. They just try to jerk you around to get more money out of you.

A lot of the cars on the lot are over NADA value. got lied to our faces multiple times about multiple different things. changed their stories day by day. where not honest or truthful about the information they were giving. had a YO-YO car sale and had a straw loan. refused to refund money. also the loan requested amounts was way more than what was going to be the settled price.
After my husband and I were in an accident that left our car totaled, we had been looking for a car for about 2 weeks with no luck. We had seen a few cars online from Drivers Choice that we liked so we decided to go check it out in person. George Satuito helped us find the perfect car for us. He gave us his honest opinion on a few different cars and really cared about what we were looking for. The first day we were there my husband and I found a car but I was not 100% sure about it (I was being extremely picky!) so we decided to sleep on it. We returned the next day and George had picked out another car for us to test drive and we immediately fell in love! There were minor problems with the paint and the brakes, but they told us to bring it back a couple days later to get it fixed at no charge to us. Picked it up from being serviced and looks good as new!! We are now proud owners of a beautiful 2012 Hyundai Sonata! Beware! We purchased a used SUV at Lujacks with the condition that the electrical problem was fixed by Lujacks. We also had the extended warranty purchased. We took it in for the scheduled appointment 2 days later. 1 week later after repeated calls to find out about our SUV we were told by the MANAGER that it would be 3500 dollars so they were not going to fix it nor let us have the vehicle. We were told to pick something else but every vehicle had issues and did not pass inspection. I called to cancel the loan since I do NOT have a vehicle 3 weeks later and was told we could not cancel it because we signed a contract. A contract that we were guaranteed the vehicle would be fixed. We were refused the fix, refused the SUV by the manager. We have been there multiple times and the last time waited almost 3 hours and never even drove a car. Plan on going through this and having to retain a attorney to get your rights. I know now why it is called screw Jacks.

Pleasant experience, especially for someone like me who doesn’t like to spend large amounts of money—even for things he really wants. Our salesperson, Linda Hopkins, was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. She also was patient, which ultimately was what sealed the deal. The finance manager, Noland Kropf, was terrific! If you ever find yourself wanting a clear and concise explanation of the various considerations of an extended warranty, Noland’s your guy. He had a backlog of several customers on what appeared to be a very busy day, but he kept everyone moving and got all of the financial stuff cleared out quickly and, for the most part (see above), painlessly. I got a great price on a great car with minimal fuss and pleasant interactions with highly professional staff. Couldn’t ask for more.

This place sucks, I mean, never bring your Porsche here! NEVER!I had a Cayenne S with a bad alternator and starter, and I payed them to fix it, what they all had done was simply changed the battery and they said it would be fine.What happened then was I payed 6k but I cant start my car.They tried 5 times, and they failed 5 times.Dont bring your Porsche here to fix.
I recently bought a used car from Lujack, I had some initial problems though the manager reached out to me and worked very hard to right the issues. I would say he was willing to really talk through the problem and he worked hard to fix the issue. Based on that ending experience I would return in the future when I need another vehicle. I purchased my teenage son a vehicle in Jan 2016 and was very pleased with the salesman- although the finance dept. was not the best. I had a question and I left 3 voicemails and have yet to hear from there dept. I also called my salesman and he was going to have the finance dept. call me and still have not received that call. I also had to pay to have another set of keys which I feel like a vehicle whether it is new or 3 years old should come with 2 sets of keys. Salesman was great but other services not so great!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! 1 week after buying my car there, the engine light went on. Took it in and they said I had to pay for the repairs!!! I havent even made my first payment on my car loan!!! I went ahead and paid for the repairs, since it had to be fixed, and I was there for over 4 hours!! I am from out of town so I had no where else to go. NO apologies from them, just poor customer service!! Please do yourself a favor, and do not buy a vehicle from them! They do NOT stand behind what they sell!

The car they sold my mom has needed a power steering pump go out within the first week then a month later her transmission 2 months later the motor went they fixed all that stuff it took way longer then it should have then a month later we take it back and the motor they installed was miss firing so they put another motor in and it took a month to get it back they didnt offer her a rental car so we didnt have transportation this new motor needs to be tuned its sucking down fuel like not tomorrow it has less than half the power it had with the original motor I believe it needs to be tuned I feel like all they did was get the motor running and get it out the door they never test drove it cause its acting weird again like its running really rich my mom wants to trade it in for something else but it feels like shes stuck with it until its paid off

Went in to look at a car. Went for the test drive and everything went fine. Got back and sat down with a rep. They offered me less than half what KBB said the lowest my truck was worth for a trade in. While inspecting my truck truck for trade in they ripped off my bumper.

Had nothing but bad experiences since Ive bought my car . Find out I have a engine issue but paid for my car to have a warranty and engine is suppose to be covered. Of course they still find a way to charge me for the repairs but of course what can you expect from Screwjacks . I can say the guy at the service desk was extremely nice . After I pay for my car I will never buy another car from them .

No customer first attitude at all.. The sales guy we dealt with here was awesome, no problems with him. The Manager and the credit manager were complete jerks, they talked down to me for asking questions, and I am pretty sure they didnt try every possible option to help me. The manager I spoke to was some sort of Jesus freak trying to preach the bible to me on how god was going to somehow get me a car, but insisted I go and ask everyone I know to co sign on my loan. Its like they think everyone that walks in the door either needs to be rich, or have someone in mind that is rich. This is my second time attempting to get a vehicle from here, also my last time. I went to Kunes in Sterling and got an amazing deal, half the payment, and all of the features I wanted. You want a decent vehicle for a good price drive to Sterling and talk to Scott, he will hook you up with something great. Scujacks is not worth your time!!
Please be cautious when considering vehicles here. Apparently vehicles for around the $20k price point are sold without being inspected. Vehicles are only inspected if they are both under 90,000 miles and 2010 or newer, but must meet both conditions. Otherwise, you could end up buying a car that wont start less than a week after purchase or a replacement option that mysteriously has brake lights come on and burns oil within a week. Thanks.

Drivers Choice was a very low-pressure experience. We came with several cars in mind in advance and were given plenty of time to drive them and try different vehicles. We didnt have a lot of questions, so I cant speak to how the salespeople would inform or guide someone to cars; all I can say is that we were given free rein and no pressure to figure out what we needed. We ended up finding a van in very good condition priced within KBB fair value. There was no need to haggle. The finance people quickly assessed the trade-in value of our old car and walked us carefully through the loan process. We got a great rate and drove away with the van that day. It was a very good experience.

Dont you guys get tired of screwing your customers over? First you sell my daughter a crime scene, car had someone elses blood splattered all over it on the inside. It had blood splatter on the inside roof of the car, the front passenger seat covered in blood, under the head rest, inside the back pocket of the front passenger seat where it had obviously dripped in from the blood under the head rest. She had checked the car facts and there was no accident report even though it was quite obvious the car had been hit or it had backed into something on the drivers side. Trunk leaked bad because of it. She purchased the car at night so we didnt notice all the blood until she went to detail the car in the daylight. It took weeks of us basically living at drivers choice before they decided that they needed to get her out of that car. The car was going to auction we were told. They were not putting it back on the lot. Then when you finally decide you should make it right, you sell her a ten thousand dollar car with a truck that doesnt open, a back seat that wont lay down and you want her to pay an ungodly amount of money for a key to the trunk. You would think you would want to go a little out of your way to at least give her a car with no issues since we didnt take the crime scene car and spray it down with luminol and watch it light up like a Christmas tree on all the news stations in the quad cities. Shawn, you should be ashamed of yourself. As a manager, you should be able to make your crew accountable for not doing their job when these vehicles are put out on the lot for the public and not inspected at all. How youre still a manager just goes to show the poor job on the owner to not follow up on his employees. I hope someone returns the favor to one of your family members. Dont by from Lujacks or Drivers Choice! Very disappointed! I trusted you and you failed!
I came in to get a used car, and they had only recently got it in so it wasnt 100% known where the car was in its pre-lot inspections. Instead of leaving me in a lobby for an hour, Zina literally drove me around with her to the handful of lots tracking down this car. Her job definitely isnt as easy as I wouldve thought. Very personable and everyone else is on point as well. Will definitely be returning to Lujacks and Zina the next time I need a car.
My car buying experience was absolutely amazing!! Zina is a true gem, she took the time to explain everything with no pressure. Michael Lagrone, the finance manager was also very helpful and helped to closeout the process. I would rate this experience as an A+ and will definaltely return for my next car buying experience. Zina Rios what can I say about her she very nice very beautiful and knows her cars she showed me car that I thought I like but didnt at the end and I said late me see another she said like what I said that one and she got it for me and I was happy and she stayed late so I can be happy with to car I picked she did a good this is my number 2 I got from lujack and Im happy again thank you Tina and your fine team GOD is good. 😎
