Shamika went above and beyond to help me. This is definitely the Sprint/T-mobile store to visit!

Tymesia at the Sprint inside Danville Mall was on point. She answered all of my questions and saved me some money on my bill. Dacha, the manager, should be proud to have her.

Christina is awesome!! Very helpful and so sweet!! She took a lot of time with me, helped me find the best upgrade, and helped with my Apple Watch.

They were as useful as a tick on a dog. Asked about area coverage and was told just look online. So what’s the purpose of the store!

I was charged twice and it took over a month to fix. Then when I got my phone bill, I was overcharged as if I was still making payments on my phone when I bought it straight out. I do not recommend sprint at the Danville mall unless you feel like having nothing but problems

I have really enjoyed my Sprint Samsung galaxy S9, it takes great pictures and Shamika,, Dacha and Tymesia are always so very nice to help me with questions when I come in. Thank you all😁
