I had the best visit at this place today. I am so sorry but I don’t know her name who checked us out (green & blue hair) she is AMAZING. Extremely friendly, great conversation and huge smile. She literally made our afternoon “PICK ME UP” coffee 100x better. There should be more employees like her.

LOVE THIS COFFEE PLACE! There’s only 2 in dallas that I know of, so I don’t go often. But whenever I’m in the area I always come here! I tried a new drink this time, the iced Adam bomb. It was super delicious, kind of tasted like a Starbucks pumpkin spice latte. My sister got the iced white rocker, and my mom got the iced white chocolate mocha. We all loved our drinks and 100% recommend you to go!

Next to Better Buzz in San Diego, this is my favorite hand crafted coffee house. My favorite is iced oatmilk SF caramel add English toffee latte. There quick bites and food are divine too. But anyway, if you are looking for perfect Expresso drinks, go!!!

Absolutely wonderful service and amazing coffee!!! Everyone was extreme kind and welcoming even while dealing with a long drive thru line! Im not exaggerating when I say this is the smoothest coffee and the best crumbly coffee cake muffin Ive ever had. 100% coming back asap!

I appreciate the follow up - sign of a business that cares! I’ve driven by numerous times always hoping the coffee will be better than the last time but I’m consistently underwhelmed. Just never had a latte or americano I’ve enjoyed - I never get a smooth taste. Just seems very average 😬 sorry

Unfortunately today my drink wasnt made correctly..Although customer service wise this business has that down.I actually need decaffeinated drinks because I have sensitivity to caffeine. I get soy in my drinks because I cant drink milk much anymore.I gave my drink to my husband and he couldnt even drink it 😭I know yalls drinks can be greatness!Ill give a better review whenever I get my drink re-made. 💞

Just stopped by here for the first time for a white mocha. I received 3/4 foam in my cup and what is there doesn’t taste like coffee! Save yourself $5 in the future!

Coffee is good, but ever since the price hike two or three months ago I noticed they stop filling the cups all the way up. Last two or three times I went the cup was about 75-80% full. I dont mind the hike of a few cents, but do mind not getting a full cup. Ill probably stop going if this happens again.

Just discovered this little gem after moving into a place nearby and it’s so good! They have more sugar free flavor options than Starbucks which I love and they gave my dog a little treat too. Will definitely be back soon.

The coffee and pastries have been great every time Ive stopped by.Edit #2:I did the weborder. It was slick and I skipped the line. Updated the review to 5 stars. So do what the owners said in the comment below and skip the long line of cars when you visit!Unfortunately there is often a line wrapping around the building and through the parking lot. This means it is usually a long wait so this isnt your quick coffee stop on the road. However, there is usually a small group of people waiting out front for their walk-up order. This might be the strategy to skip the line, but I havent tried it yet to be sure.Edit:Great reply from the owners below. Will update when I try out the weborder!

My favorite items are the Adam Bomb and Breakfast Strata. Ive tried their smoothies as well. Those pretty good but this is definitely my go-to for coffee.

Usually busy and therefore a bit to slow for service, but considering the amount of people driving through it makes sense, coffee is decent for the area, room for improvement as the latte wasnt as strong as I would have liked, needed another shot

I have been to this location a few times over the past 2 years and the quick service among other places however a few months ago I came and order Two large atomic bombs and two muffins for $17 and even tipped $1. When o pod at the window I ended up running my card twice as there seemed to be issue with the iPad they were using. Later that day I realized I had been charged twice. I called and spoke with a gentlemen who was able to check their system but said he only showed one charge, because it was pending I advised I would call back. The next day once the second charge officially went through I called back and advised that a manger was not there to view the transactions like last time and that I could email the screenshot of my account to their email and it would be responded to in about 48 hours. So I emailed and a week later had received no response. I called and emailed the following week with no responses and a few weeks later I went there and advised the trouble I had gone through for almost 60 days. I understand it was only $18 and some change but it’s the principle and now with reduced hours and pay during these times it feels just disrespectful. So the guy at the window advised that yet again there was no manager and apologized and gave me my small coffee for free but did not ask for any of my information nor provide any options for resolution. I am very disappointed to say the least.

Love, love, love this local coffee shop! We usually hit the big one on Northwest Highway, and always get great service and a great cup of coffee! They roast most if not all of their varieties in-house at their roasting house so the coffee always tastes fresh. They also have a great selection of different kinds of tea for the tea drinkers out there... my favorite is the strawberry-hibiscus! It IS tart unless you order it sweetened, but the unsweetened option gives you the freedom to use whatever sweeteners you like, and do it just to your liking. Their Brew of the Day always changes, so its a great chance to try something new. Plus, they offer coffee classes so that you can learn how to brew the perfect cup at home to share with family and friends, or spend some time learning about the history of coffee. Shopping for a gift or something for yourself? This place offers all kinds of coffees from around the world, including fair-trade and organic varieties... and even brewing machines and pots! They take coffee seriously here, and no doubt, you can count on getting a good cup from good folks. Five stars!

The latte was amazing. And the coffee cake muffin... woah. So good. The employee that helped us was gracious enough to take the time to explain a few things too. We didnt feel rushed. This kindness alone led to more money being spent than intended lol I cannot even remembef all of the items we ordered, but they were all delish!

I’m on a mission to find the best London Fogs our there. I recently moved to the area and have tried a few without great success. I stopped by WRE and was pleasantly surprised that they knew what a London Fog was. Starting strong. They confidently asked if I wanted lavender or vanilla and we’re happy to substitute soy milk (the best milk in a LF). However, when I asked for it iced, they said they could only do a pour over... I lost some confidence. I decided to get it hot to avoid any watering down. The color was nice and I could taste the lavender. They even left the bags in (3 of them so WOW, but in a good way!) Good first impression for sure.I went back the next day and got the exact same drink. However, they used vanilla instead of lavender and only used two bags. It wasn’t as strong as the first tea, but definitely on the weaker side. WRE has LF potential, so I’ll keep trying!

I am not supposed to be having caffeinated coffee. They have decaffeinated available later in the day, and I can find decaffeinated iced coffee there. And their decaffeinated coffee tastes good.Plus the small White Rock Lake coffee on Abrams has an excellent key lime smoothie.

One of the great imponderables of the ages is why doesnt coffee taste as good as it smells. At this White Rock Coffee Express that age old quest is answered. Its the closest you will get to having the perfect cup of java. Even my coffee snob friends have experienced a smile across their face when they taste the nectar from this mecca of coffee perfection. They have never let me down, always consistent with their product and the friendliness of their staff.

This is My Go to Coffee House! Everyone I bring here Loves it as much as me. Its so cute & cozy. The coffee drinks are yummy & everyone here is super friendly, and helpful.

The White Rock coffee shop is a great place to stop in and grab a delicious local cup of coffee. The staff is fast and courteous. I also purchase their coffee beans to take home and brew my own and have not had a bad blend yet.Id give this place five stars easily except they seem to be participating in the same trend as every other coffee shop and overfilling the cup every single time. That seems like a small thing but they are a drive-thru so everybody grabbing a cup is taking it in a car and then spilling hot coffee on themselves or in their cup holder. If this train changes Ill amend in this review.I have been asking for a little room on top of every order of coffee since I received a reply to my review and even though I think its silly to have to ask, I can respect that there are idiots out there who would penalize a drive through shop for not filling there beverage until is spills on them . So, I dont see any reason to lower my rating of an otherwise excellent experience.

Excellent customer service. Little did I realize we were in the drive thru 5 minutes after they closed. They still served us and went out of their way to do so. They were extremely hospitable and took care of us. I already love WRC but this takes it to a new level.

Wow! I used to love this place. What happened? Today I ordered a 20 oz mocha. My credit card was charged for a 20 oz mocha.After paying I left a cash tip as I handed back signed receipt. No smile, no thank you. And the girl definitely was watching me do it.Then she rudely handed a 16oz mocha. No “here you go” nor a “thank you come again”.Back to happy Starbucks it is. It’s a shame that a small local business doesn’t take pride in their service and product.

This tiny coffee shack used to be a T-mobile kiosk, but now the little building sells delicious coffee. The coffee come in multiple sizes and temperatures. They also serve snacks and pastries. I recommend the coffee.

Ive had both hot and iced white rocker. I prefer the ice over hot but thats just me. Its more refreshing to drink a cold beverage on a Texas hot day than a hot drink. I dont know whats in the white rocker but it reminds me of a better version of the white chocolate mocha at Starbucks. The drink itself is not super sweet, its just right. Sizes vary from small or large. Their small is a medium in my opinion.

Small, drive-through version of the perennial Lake Highlands coffee stop located on the NE corner of Mockingbird and Abrams. Dual windows offer the usual hot, cold, and frozen coffee treats and a small number of muffins and other jentacular delights. Good coffee and excellent service makes this a welcome stop for newbies and a comforting and consistent place for regulars.

Coffee is outstanding, its a coffee shop people who cares about muffins.Updated review because they are now the slowest place to get coffee. Its absolutely insane that they think a 20 minute wait for a cup of coffee is something sustainable I love the coffee its the best spot in town but come on its worth it just to got to the Northwest location just to get served within 5 minutes. Ive spent thousands of dollars here over the years get it together very dissapointing.

I’m confused as to why the general manager of this chain would consider it appropriate to come into the coffee shop I work at and hand out his business card to my coworkers. On top of an unbelievably subpar product that’s served by them it’s obvious that they also fail to understand good business practices or acceptable etiquette when visiting a competitors location

The first one never makes it home.It is kind of a bummer their locations are all so close together. Branch out! You would do well in Plano/Frisco/Addison. I’d keep you in business single-handedly lol.

I walked up to the window and stood there for 5 mins with no one coming to the window or even acknowledging that I was there. Both guys just kept doing other things even after they cleared one side of the line. So I finally got tired of waiting for someone to take my order and left.

Coffee was good. Took 3 times for the staff to get my order of a medium latte and a toasted bagel down, and they sill almost gave me the wrong order. Wait was long. They were out of sandwiches. Not a good experience.

Coffee is a little astringent but the staff does make up for it. The food is alright... not perfect but you can eat it.

Coffee is just as good as the main White Rock, and the dual drive throughs are convenient. Not really much space for lines, though...so it can get a little hairy if they back up.

New to the area. Tried this cute place last night & couldnt make a decision regarding what to order with so many drinks sounding amazing... so my daughter & I both tried 2 different drinks (each). haha Yesterday we tried an Adam Bomb (omg!!), a White Rocker (also omg!!), a black tea & a tangerine ginger tea. All great!! We went back today to try more! I had a blueberry tea & it is by far the best herbal tea I have ever had!!! We are determined to try every drink on the menu. lol. Awesome place. Love it!!

Edit: after a year in dallas, i realize that no one knows what good coffee is, everything is overpriced and underwhelming. Stumptown had me spoiled I guess.I really tried to like this place, its so close to my house and I drive by every morning, but the coffee is terrible. Just go anywhere else. I worked in coffee shops for over 5 years when in college in Portland, I know what espresso should taste like ( I worked at stumptown for 3 of those ). Their regular coffee ( I drink black ) tastes like it was in the roaster for 30 seconds too long combined with the water being too hot and destroying the terpene profile of the coffee beans. I tried to order a mocha since the coffee sucks, and even that was the worst mocha I have ever had. They didnt mix in the chocolate very well, the chocolate was not very sweet, and they dont pay attention to special requests. I shouldnt drink milk as I had my thyroid removed very recently (low iodine diet), and they used normal milk in a mocha when I paid for almond milk. I couldnt even drink my $6 cup of coffee (which cost $4 back home in pdx and is always dank af). So much for a friday morning treat.
