Every time I go to the Dallas farmers market I make sure to stop by the Palmieri Cafe and get my coffee fix. After the coffee I’m ready to stroll the many booths at the farmers market. This place is always busy, and for good reason, they have a large selection of coffee drinks, along with sandwiches, and pastries to have with your coffee. This time I had an Americano coffee black with no sugar. The coffee they serve is very strong, and smooth at the same time. I highly recommend Palmieri cafe, so if you’re at the farmers market give them a try!
Great place!!! I was greeted by the owner just walking by and invited to try the gelato. Outstanding, authentic gelato just like in Italy! I also bought a couple of pastries which were also excellent. What a great little cafe! The staff were very nice also. You owe it to yourself to stop here and try it if you are anywhere near downtown Dallas.
My son picked up a bag of their Ethiopian blend coffee when he visited a Dallas Farmers Market, and it is so rich and flavorful that I ordered monthly shipments! I also tried the Peru blend, it is awesome as well.
There are not enough positive culinary adjectives to describe how wonderful Palmieri’s pastries are. They take such care and pride on their food, coffee and service and it shows! I am not doing them justice with my photos. You simply must taste them. You will feel as if you have been transported to Italy. Enjoy!I also highly recommend their delivery/catering service if you have an event downtown. Corrado worked with us on some very important events and all our clients were so impressed!! His service was above and beyond!!
Exceptional. The pastries are absolutely the best around.
What is not good here, thats what you need to ask yourself. The Latte, Cappuccino, pastries and all others are authentic Italian (almost). Its hard to find these kinds of almost authentic Italian Pastries in US. So I am glad this Palmieri Cafe is here in Dallas. I have to drive 45 minutes to come here and its worth it.
I Absolutely Love the Richness of the Aroma and Heaviness of the Body of Palmieri’s Coffee - A Perfect Cup It Is Anytime, Any-day - During these hot summer months, I’ve purposefully come here at least once a week for their “Iced Latte” and if I’m lucky, there would be one of their amazing “Cannoncino filled with Lemon & Vanilla Cream” left just for me! :)))))
We have been all over Italy and to as many gelato places as we could fit in… this cafe has some of the best gelato I have ever had in the US. The owner makes all of this gelato in house, the lemon and pistachio flavors are to die for.
We ate here on our way out of Dallas. I was unaware this was located inside of a Farmers Market and come the weekend this area is the happening place. We drove around for about 15 mins trying to find a parking spot, but it was well worth it. The restaurant was tasty and reasonable in price. The other stores around this area are also worth checking out. You could easily spend 2 hours here on a weekend.
Best espresso in DFW area! And lots of other goodies affogato (served in ice cream cup, unlike others that restrict it to a demitasse or small espresso cup) etc etc
Great coffee, pastries, and snacks. The service is good too. 👍🏼
Situated inside the Farmer’s Market was Palmieri Cafe. It gets really hot in Texas so we went in and got ourselves affogato with good recommendation from the cheerful staff. Had the croissant too and that was pleasant. Seats indoor are quite hard to come by in the Sunday we went (an open sitting area with tons of other shops around) and there is a outdoor seating if you may as well! Recommend~
Have been here before and enjoyed a cup of coffee. I had a friend visiting and we decided to get some lattes from here while we were in the area. I recommended this because the lavender latte I had before was good. Got the exact same drink and it did not taste the same. Neither my latte nor my friends latte tasted right. Unsure if this was the barista or something changed with how they make their drinks. Won’t write this place off since I have enjoyed coffee here before. Just a little hesitant to go back since this last experience.

The BEST espresso, hands down!!!!This is also the only place I can find in DFW that has traditional amareno gelato, tasting just like the good stuff from Italy!
Great coffee pastries and service
Pastries are the bomb, and very filling. Kind of a double-edged sword since theyre delicious but you cant eat too many without detriment... Coffee isnt anything exceptional, but still a good cup. I would return only for the pastries.
WOW...Great variety of different coffee drinks. Their pastries are to die for seriously.

I loved this cute coffee place, Im a big fan of iced coffee so getting to try the one from here was the best decision I made. What also caught my attention was the dynamic both Linda and Sindy have while working together. I always love coming in while theyre both here because theyre just so kind to the customers and caring. Im definitely coming back.

Visited on Sat I believe. I will be back with my coworkers. The place has a good feel to it. Food is similar to a cafe in Portland I loved.

Good coffee and good place.
Great for a quick breakfast or lunch at the Farmers Market. Its also one of my go-to places for coffee.
Only complaint is siZe of drinks for the price but they are always friendly and food is tasty
Service treated us so nice. The place has a nice feel to it.
We ordered from here off Uber Wats at the end of their work day and they sent us Extra pastries!!! So generous and they have a great texture and flavor. Not too sweet 💕

Visited near twelve, it was not full. The staff was very helpful and observant. Prices are fair.
I know that a coffee shop should be rated first and foremost on the quality of the coffee, menu items, and service, but I would be wholly remiss to neglect the incredible atmosphere that the Farmers Market at large provides. Its wonderful for anyone, and you can go at different times of the day and week to get the kind of environment you like. If you go to Palmieri between 10am and 2pm on a non-Friday weekday, youll get that kinda-but-not-too-quiet feel that you might go to a regular coffee shop for, but its so much better because theres a much more diverse activities going on here. I go pretty often, and I cannot recommend it highly enough for the atmosphere alone. As for the coffee itself, its pretty good. Not fantastic (especially for the price; expect a 16 oz. latte for $6.50), but good. Much lighter than, say, Starbucks, but bolder than a Panera coffee. Somewhere in the middle, there. Theyve got some (equally exorbitantly priced) Italian pastries which are actually fantastic, and you have to try them at least once. Plus, the service there is pretty great, especially considering that there really arent that may people working there at any given moment. All in all, its worth it to visit at least once. And hey, if you dont like it, youve got the rest of the Farmers Market right there to go and try. What have you got to lose?
One of my favorite cappuccinos in Dallas! And the croissant sandwiches are addicting. Friendly service and products well worth the cost!

Sindy & Linda helped me and let me know about what was tasty and not so much.Thank You
Best Dark chocolate roll!
Local guide here, ready to blab about the many shops in the Farmers Market.Remember to look for the red umbrellas if youre looking for it from outside.First off, authentic pastries from the passionate Italian owners recipes. There are both savory and sweet options. Plenty of Italian and American coffee options and several options of alternative milks like almond, soy, coconut and oat. They also serve gelato.Regarding the pastries, it is first come first serve. Theyre baked every morning, fresh, as they proudly state if you ask about it. If you come waltzing in around 5 PM hoping for their house special pasticciotto, they might be sold out. Come in a little early for a taste of elegant sweetness. It isnt too busy on the weekdays. Fair warning, the weekends are a different story. The Farmers Market is always hosting several vendors out in The Shed, the open air pavilion, and people come out to see it. Lots of tourists and local shoppers to buy artisan crafts and fresh produce - and they also want a nice hot latte or a cappuccino for a pep in their step. All around a great coffee shop for a cup of coffee and a quick bite.
Honestly it’s really good. It’s got plenty of coffee. What more can I say? Happy New Year.
I highly recommend the chocolate croissant! So delicious!Theyre also on ubereats!
We love this shop! Fresh, hot coffee and pastries 😍
Im a huge coffee drinker and I really love their house drip. Ive gone here to study a few times. Its super chill during the week but I will say it gets very crowded on weekends. Regardless, Ive always found a spot to sit. I really enjoy the relaxed, cozy vibe of the place and have recommended it to several people!
This is the spot to come too for the best Italian coffee and pastry. Living in NY a few years has really made me feel like I was back there with this little shop. Recommendation try everything
Great cappuccino! Very small location (a window really), but plenty of space in the market around it. And good pastries too!
There are absolutely not enough compliments to give them the proper review it deserves! Thank you for bringing a piece of Italy to Dallas! If you havent tried this place put it in your must try list and believe me you will become a regular.
This little gem is huge on character and even RICHER in flavor! Corrado is the incredibly talented and devoted owner who provides an AUTHENTIC taste of warm and beautiful Leece, Italy to Dallas, and every bite of my FAVORITE Calzone throws me RIGHT BACK into my days in Italy, some of the most precious memories I have. So thankful that my friend and neighbor Ruth Vaughn introduced me to this amazing Cafe!! A MUST TRY is the tomato Calzone and Vanilla Pasticcioto!!
Some of the best staff ever, they are very prompt and friendly I have been visiting every sunday for years now, would recommend
The staff are so nice & the food + coffee are SO GOOD! Corrado has put his whole heart into this incredible little place! Go see them!
Coffee was great and the dark chocolate croissant-style pastry was fresh and delicious! Service was friendly and helpful. Line was a little long (on a Saturday morning) but we figured that meant locals thought it was worth the wait. It definitely was!
Im a huge fan of Palmieri Cafe in the Food Hall at Farmers Market. I am admittedly very particular about my coffee, especially espresso. Natalie does a phenomenal job every time I stop in! Iced or original, it is always spot on. I highly recommend!
One of the best spots in the area. Looking forward to coming back with my coworkers. This place has a good atmosphere. Food is like a restaurant in Louisville I loved.
Visited Fri evening I think. I look forward to going back again. Prices were appropriate. I can see why they have a lot of great reviews.
I grew up in Brooklyn/Queens NY and I have an Italian ancestry. There is no shortage of good Italian pastry in NY. I have been in Dallas since 2002 waiting for an authentic Italian coffee/pastry shop. I finally discovered Palmieri Cafe. This shop reminds me of the many cafes in Puglia and Rome that I have visited. The coffee is excellent, the medium is very close if not better than Illy. I recommend this place to everyone. Pastries are outstanding. I would love to see traditional Italian cookies added. There is no place in the DFW area for Italian cookies and dont tell me Carlos Bake shop.
Pastries are delicious! Staff is very friendly and very attentive. I highly recommend their bags of coffee also!
There was quick and friendly service. Prices that wont shock you. Food is like a restaurant in Louisville I loved.
Great customer service and delicious coffee‼ Ill be back and bringing my family.

I love this place, great food & service. Really nothing but enjoyable experiences here, Ill be back. The place has a good atmosphere. Food is like a place in Baltimore I loved.
Great service, great coffee, and the chocolate filled croissant was the star.
Perfection every time we visit. Yummy pastries and delicious cold brew and espresso.
This is a must-try if you are living in or visiting the Dallas area. There are not enough positive culinary adjectives to describe how wonderful Palmieris pastries are. They take such care and pride in their food, coffee and service and it shows! You simply must try for yourself. You will feel as if you have been transported to Italy. Enjoy! I also highly recommend their delivery/catering service if you have an event downtown. Corrado worked with us on some very important events and all our clients were so impressed!! Entered near eleven, it wasnt packed. Service treated us so nice. Feels like a place in Los Angeles I liked.
Days begin beautifully here. Serving pour over coffee, espresso drinks, tea, and fresh baked pastries still warm from the oven are delicious as they are beautiful. The perfect place for a downtown breakfast meeting, with indoor or patio seating and ample self parking in the adjacent lot.
There was quick and friendly service. Prices that wont shock you. Food is delicious.
Such a cute place to grab a cup of coffee! Great ambiance and amazing people!
Clean space, super friendly baristas, and delicious drinks! they have a good selection of non-dairy milk too. i highly recommend the matcha latte!
Came here on a Friday I think. I will be back with my friends. It has a nice interior. Feels like a cafe in Phoenix that I enjoyed visiting.
Coffee the way it should be. Try ANY pastry and you wont be disappointed.
Impeccable quick and friendly service. Excellent espresso and sandwiches.
Outside sitting and farmers market right here. Roadside and garage parking available.
Excellent americano, pastries and service.
Not bad Cappuccino. Pastries is ok. Location is not my type.3 stars for customer service
I will be bringing friends next time. prices were good for how much you get. food is like a place in baltimore i loved.
I also highly recommend their delivery/catering service if you have an event downtown. Corrado worked with us on some very important events and all our clients were so impressed!! His service was above and beyond!!
Cant believe I havent reviewed this place yet...its certainly not because Ive only gone once. I remember looking for an authentic Italian cafe after coming back from Rome in May 2016. I am SO happy to have found this little spot with authentic cafe machines, the same as the ones found in Italy. Whats more, the pastries are freshhhh and the coffee creations are absolutely heavenly. I have brought so many friends & recommended to people out of town & I have never been disappointed in the quality or the cheery attitude of the owner, Corrado. I still remember striking a conversation with him about Rome & coffee when I first returned from my trip!
By far the best cappuccino (+ pistachio gelato) in Dallas. Highly recommend!
A friend bought me some beans from here and they were amazing! Beautifully roasted very delicious.
Best choclate gelato its so creamy, rich, and melts in your mouth cant wait to come again!
Excellent coffee, ambient and staff! Very knowledgeable and ready to impress you with great coffee, pastries and conversation!
It was so savory. Ill return friends next time. The bill was fair for the quality of the food.
This place deserves 6 stars! Its even better than what you can find in Italy (I lived there more than 20years... I know what Im talking about).Try every pastry, sandwich... Excellent
Great food, wonderful service. Then again, it was really disappointing to endure a grown man making a young girl cry because of a stupid review. Keep personnel business inside where its private we could hear you!!
The only place in Dallas where you can taste actual, authentic, Italian pastry. Awesome food, and wonderful service.
Authentic Italian pastries and great coffee.
Amazing local roastery...and their pastries are unreal! Make sure you get one fresh
Great service and great location. They even have a fantastic matcha latte! Perfect place to spend a Saturday afternoon.
