Had one of the best car shopping experiences at this location. Upon walking into the dealership, I was greeted by Jesus, whom also assisted me throughout the purchasing process of my vehicle. He was very professional and attentive to any questions I had.On the day I went to go pick up my car, we unfortunately had to wait on my bank for almost 2 hours to have them transfer the funds over to the dealership. During that time, we were able to chit-chat while we waited. Turns out we have similar tastes in music and hobbies, which was a nice surprise.I would definitely come back here in the future and would recommend this place to my friends and family. Thank you for providing me with my dream car.

Had a great appointment getting the annual service on my Grand Cherokee. I was able to make the appointment online and the drop off and service was fast and easy. Their service area is very clean and has lots of seating (with plenty of distancing from other customers.) I will definitely take my Jeep back the next time it needs service.

Purchased a new truck this week at Forest Lane. The sales experience was not great. Traditional cheesy sales management process. Nothing horrific, but I was lied to at least 4 times in the process and had to track down their service manager and external contractor myself to get some straight answers on finishing the bed liner. Price was competitive and I took delivery, but definitely didnt walk away impressed. Im pretty sure I will never go back for service or anything. The only reason I purchased here was due to the current new truck inventory situation

Came here to get my Jeep radio looked at after another dealership in town would not do the work. The screen had melted at the top (common issue for the make and model) and the entire entertainment system was out of commission. I worked with Jesse in the service department and he was great. He kept me updated on what they could do for me, got the part ordered, and was able to do a radio swap with the manufacturer at no charge to me.Their service was top of the line and they did a quick turn when I brought in my car to have the replacement done so I would not miss any work.Greatly appreciate what they did for me and will definitely come back for any other issues I have with my Jeep.

Was looking to order a 2020 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon online and have it built the way I wanted, and looked at two other dealerships closer to my house before finally coming to Forest Lane. The other dealerships said it could be 4 months to get my order through, and made up excuses to make me buy something on the lot instead, so we walked out.When I came to Forest Lane, I was greeted by Cary who sat down with us and helped us get everything together. We said we wanted to order a Wrangler, in a certain color(Sarge Green, hard to find!), with certain additions. We made it clear if we were spending that kind of money, we wanted it EXACTLY how we desired, and Cary was totally on board with us. It was such a great feeling to finally have a dealer who had our interests in mind. They ordered it, said it would be about 8 weeks, but it arrived closer to 6.On top of the great deal on the new Wrangler, I also got a great deal on the one I was trading in, which allowed us to upgrade to a better warranty option. It’s these little things that go a long way in making a happy customer. The new Jeep looked gorgeous, and we took it on a test drive with Mario who showed us all the new bells and whistles, and how to make the most of our new sound system.Thank you to Cary and Mario for making sure we got exactly what we wanted, and making the entire deal go easy as possible! We were in and out in maybe 1 1/2-2 hours, paperwork done, keys in hand. Definitely recommend to anyone needing a new vehicle!

Nice dealership with good inventory, but be careful before visiting. First of all, the actual vehicle price is NOT what is advertised on their website. When I arrived and decided that I wanted to purchase, the dealer added a $4K Market Conditions markup on the price, even though there was obviously no lack of inventory. Very pushy Finance Dept that all of a sudden found 0.5% better interest rate if you purchase some of the extended warranty options. Also refused to do a license plate transfer (move my current personalized plates to the new vehicle). Was originally told they dont do it, then told they will do it for Military, Veterans and First Responders (good on them...they deserve it), and then told again they arent setup to do this transfer. Which is it? Can you do it or not? What it means to me was 2 hours and $200 at Dallas County Tax Assessor. The Service Dept has been great, but I would not consider purchasing another vehicle from this dealership and somewhat regret ever going in the first place as I now just have an overall poor experience.

Have used them for service and repairs since they opened at the Forest Ln location, and I have always received great service. On a particular occasion the service techs there were able to solve an ES ABS operation and warning light problem that three other auto repair shops and one other Jeep dealer was unable to fix. Im very happy with this location and their experienced techs.

Came 2 years ago for a recall and when I got my car back my heater was not working. I let them know and was told they werent responsible and couldnt help me. I got online to do some research and found out if you unhook the battery there is a procedure to put it back or else the electrical system wouldnt function correctly. I did what the instructions told me and boom the car was fixed and Im not even a mechanic! Thought Id give them another chance since this was 2 years ago. So i took it in for another recall and explained what happened the last time I took it here and again was told by Juan that while my car was there they werent responsible for anything that happens to my car while they are doing the recall repairs in their shop. Told me to find somewhere else to take it and escorted me out. WOW! Dont bring your car here! Trust!

I wont be too detailed in sharing my experience. It took us 7 Days to finally get our Truck. 7 days going back and forth, either they didnt know how to communicate as a team or the customer service was not good. No one stood up to take responsibility, there was blame amongst them while the other was not there to hear. We went from the salesman all the way up to the main manager of the store, Cesar. So because he wasnt able to help me finalize my sale we located the owner of this dealership. Luis, we approached him regarding the situation with our Truck and he got mad and kicked me out of his office and tried to physically threatened me. My overall experience here was top notch. The sales people, managers, and finance were not pushy and were accommodating. The vehicle I purchased is pre-owned and in great shape.Reminders about buying cars: always ask about the buying price vs the advertised price. This is important because most dealers add options to the advertised price which raises the buying price. Also, even when you are enamored, take a moment to chill and look for small damages, like paint chips or damaged tint.Ok, back to the review. I saw the vehicle online and was already in love. With my bias in full swing I went to buy and managed to pull myself back into psuedo-reality. I found some small damages, easy to overlook, but Im a guy who will overlook something small until after seeing it daily drives me insane. So, I told them I walking away. They immediately asked to see the vehicle with me and joined later by the owner as we examined the vehicle together. Someone had tried to tint and wrap some parts of the vehicle themselves and had done a terrible job. So, they found a person to fix the wrapping and put a plan in place to fix the tint. They also put the discrepancies and fix dates on a typed We Owe document. I did miss a few paint chips so I will set upon figuring out how to fix those.Later I realized I had let my biases drive the signing experience and had purchased the vehicle without a full understanding of the purchases. Yes, full on idiot mode. Anyway, I called the dealer and they set upon finding a way to make the experience better, even with me admitting to my mistake. They resolved the issue. My main dissatisfaction was the discrepancies between the advertised price and purchase price. I also purchased a full coverage super-warranty without reviewing the cost.

I had a really bad experience here, I won’t get into the nitty gritty, but the way they handled it was nothing short of amazing. The first words out of Craig’s mouth when he called me were “how do we make this right?” I had timely and honest responses to my questions, they heard my concerns, I never once felt the need to escalate my issue past the dealership, and in the end I walked away feeling like the resolution was fair. I’m positive I won’t have issues like I did again, and will not hesitate to return. And their detailer is fire.

I worked here- they are crooks. The cars are marked up with a non negotiable add ons not listed on the ads. It’s about a 2k add on - windshield serial etching, tires filled nitrogen & a few other things. But right off the bat your 2k in the hole. The price online/advertised is cheaper than the cars on the lot so bring your online quote or ad because they won’t mention it & charge you the higher price on the lot. Even when they pull up the car on their computer to see the inventory they don’t want you to see the price because the online price is lower.

My husband and I have bought many car in our lifetimes. I have never ever experienced the quality of service that we received from Forest Lane. We had an awesome salesman named Ivan!!!! Ivan made the whole process so easy. We still can’t believe that we were in and out of there within a couple of hours and we actually drove away with a new car. We had our basset hound Charlie with us and Ivan even invited Charlie inside as well. What other car dealerships or salesman would do that? Best car buying experience ever!!!! Thank you Ivan and everyone else at Forest Lane for such a great buying experience. We will see you again when it’s time for another new car. Keep up the awesome service. It hurts me to give this bad review but the damage has been done and I must write this and share my bad experience. Today I was told that my Jeep is ready for pick up after being serviced. Well I showed up around 7 and was told that service is closed and that they changed their hours. I was never told by my advisor that they changed their hours and now I’m left with no vehicle. I basically showed up and wasted my time. I work an hour away and can’t make it before closing due to my work schedule. Next time change y’all’s hours on google and let future customers know the hours of operation. Now I’m left with no vehicle to get to work in and have to miss a day at work to go pick up my vehicle.

Jesse A. in the service department was awesome! Very helpful and knowledgeable. Looked for the best deal on the services my Jeep needed. Communicated throughout the process. I got a courtesy ride home while my vehicle was being serviced and the young man who dropped me off and again picked me up was very nice and promptly picked me up after my Jeep was done. I felt safe in his hands on the ride back and forth. The young lady that checked me out at the end was friendly and patient, as I used a couple different cards to pay for my services.So all in all, I give them all and the dealership 5+ stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+. I took my truck in for an oil change and a leak check after getting an extensive service overhaul in December. The initial visit did not go as planned but once I was able to connect with my service advisor - Jesse- things got straightened out . It would have been nice to have the issue resolved the first time but I’m thankful for the follow up and correction that was made. Going forward I will only make my appointments with Jesse and not relay on the check-in process.

Where to even begin as soon as I dropped off my vehicle for a repair the nightmare begins- first Jessie is the worst associate his customer service is nonexistent he’s rude he’s unprofessional I would never recommend getting a vehicle or any repairs here especially not with that representative. I was charged out of pocked expenses for something that could of been taken care of by my warranty but because they’re not really smart and can’t properly do their job I had to pay. My car was worked on for MONTHS for a slight repair that can be done in 3 hours max. Also was never provided a loaner car in the meantime as this was a factory repair on my vehicle. If you want to save yourself the money and headache please never purchase a vehicle from Dodge/Jeep - occurred on 07/12/2021

Jesse A. in the service department is one of the best people you will ever come across! He keeps you updated during the entire process, is extremely helpful and such a nice person. He even took the time to wash and vacuum my Jeep! I actually just happened to stumble across this dealership while in the area and I’m so glad I did. I purchased a brand new 2021 Jeep gladiator back in April of 2021. On 07/26/21 I brought my vehicle in to get serviced due to a foul fuel (cinnamon like) smell coming from my air vents anytime I turned on the AC/heater. auto start/stop not working& for my first oil change. The smell got worse as I continued to operate the vehicle in fear of having any further problems I contacted my vehicle salesman a few days prior to coming in for service. He gave me a date and time to come in. I showed up at the time my salesman told me to come in at (9am).Jesse assisted me in the service department. Upon checking in the vehicle and Jesse not finding me in the system he became very rude not believing me that I had made an appointment. I explained I had spoken to my vehicle salesman I believed he had related the info to service. Jesse (with an attitude) stated your salesman has nothing to do with this. When he asked me what the problem was with my vehicle, and I explained the smell coming from my air vent he stated that it was normal and his technicians couldnt do anything about that based on past experience. Mind you he had not even attempted to go look at my vehicle yet and was already stating he couldnt do anything. I explained the smell was not normal because it smelled like chemicals and told him my vehicle should be covered under factory warranty and I shouldnt be having problems with my vehicle since Ive only had it for three months and its never been serviced or anything yet . He then got up from behind the desk and stated okay, common show me what the problem is in a very sarcastic rude way as if I was lying about the problem and wasting his time. We proceeded to walking to my vehicle I explained that he would be able to smell the foul odor as soon as I turned the vehicle on and the smell would stay consistent throughout the time the vehicle was on. He did state he smelled it and stated in his past experience there was nothing they could do about the smell due to it being “common”. But will take a look at the vehicle when they are able to. Three hours later, Jesse stated the technician did find the odor to be problematic and was going to take more than a day to take the vehicle apart and fix the problem, however they would not help me with obtaining a rental car after I told them this was my only vehicle. Even though I was covered under factory warranty and my warranty stated that if the vehicle needed repair a rental car would be provided at no cost. Jesse told me to call another dealership and see if they could help me. I asked Jesse to call the nearest dealership to my residence to set up an appointment for me and relate the diagnosis problem they found with my vehicle to the new dealership since they would be better at explaining the problem since they are the professionals and had already ran some test on my vehicle. He stated no, I cant do that. I had to call a different dealership In hope that they wouldnt be too busy to assist me since half a day had already been wasted and mind you I had taken off work to get my vehicle serviced. Dodge Chrysler Jeep in Rockwall took me in Right away after calling them. As I pulled the vehicle into the sallyport and opened my door several workers standing outside stated they were able to smell that chemical and stated it was a coolant leakage And due to the strong chemical odor they believe more damage was made to the engine area. Christina with rockwall assisted me and was very nice answered my questions and she herself called enterprise and set up a vehicle rental for me without me asking her. This process took 20minutes! No out of pocket cost Since in fact I was covered under factory warranty. She told me it would take about a week for my vehicle to be ready for pick up. I was very disappointed with forest lane dealership as this was the place I purchased my vehicle from. I do not recommend this place. They made the vehicle sale and after customer service went out the door and dont care about any problems you experience with the vehicle you purchased from them.

Tiffani did a great job of coordinating our visit to the showroom and the sales manager Paul Polito was very informative, professional, and down-to-earth, really taking a hands on approach to helping us figure out the car for us and helping us drive off the lot with the perfect match. Called on a truck. Spoke to salesperson. Already have financing. Salesperson had sales manager call me back to let me know they charge 5,000 on top of price listed on website just purchase from them. Was told if I financed through them I might be able to get some money knocked off $5K. When I asked why it was not listed at that price he stated they havent updated website but will soon to call for quote. Beware of their bait and switch methods at this dealership. Total mark up from list was 59K to 67K just to allow us to purchase from them. Do not recommend this dealership at all!!

Imagine a business where service was actually better during the pandemic year of 2020 rather than after. I don’t know what happened to this place but the quality of service has tanked. I was trying to order the smallest of parts for my vehicle - clips that belonged to the molding over the wheel.First, order was incomplete, not all the clips came in. Then when I call to find out the status of the rest of the order nobody in the Parts department picks up.When I was transferred to the Parts manager, the mailbox was full, no message could be left.I had to call 5 times to finally speak to someone and then when I ask for a tracking number I’m given an INVALID number and the guy on the phone insists it’s the right number when I read it back to him. Aggravating beyond belief.If they can’t manage the smallest customer request, how can they handle a much larger one? I would not take my vehicle here.

Forrest Lane sold me a car and then they said the bank rejected it. Now they will not return my down payment. The sales manager Ceaser was very rude and called me a criminal because of the way I looked. I am hard working family man whose feels discriminated upon. Even now we call the office and they wont return my down payment or phone calls. Which obviously I need to get more transportation to support my family. The most unpleasant experience ever. I dont like the fact that Credit Karma suggested this company to me. I felt as though they were trying to peer pressure me into a sale that they knew wasnt going to happen! Granted I may have Bad Credit but I dont appreciate how I was peer pressured into getting a cosigner. The young lady over the phone lied to me for 1. Then once I was reached out by Glenda or Karla whatever the lady name was she tried to even out sale me herself and share a story of how her husband is a cosigner for her. I dont appreciate that Greg even tried to share pointless stories knowing that he probably didnt go through 1/2 of the situations that he tried to get sympathy for. I will not recommend this to anyone that comes to Dallas. I just know from here the things I have to do! But this was one of the most uncomfortable and tasteless experiences I have ever dealt with. I really didnt appreciate them having me call my mother to try and make her a co signer which I shared with them I was uncomfortable to do! Never again.

I tried going to a different Jeep dealership on Mockingbird who told me they only had a Wrangler Rubicon in stock before giving me a business card and saying to check their website and come back if they get new lower trim stock in. I pulled out of their lot and came to Forest Lane CDJR where Fernando took my interest seriously. Thanks to Fernando and the awesome staff at Forest Lane CDJR I left the dealership a couple hours later in a brand new Wrangler 80th anniversary edition. Your loss Uptown. I received 5 star treatment by Linda Hammond and her service team. I have been a consumer for over 40 years and NEVER received this type of service. I brought her my car on May 15, 2021. I actually went to, a Chevy dealership for service for my vehicle. TheChevy servicee member recommend me to Forest Lane. He told me to ask for Linda Hammond, she will take great care of me and my vehicle. I walked into the service center at Forest Lane ask for Linda and told her I was referred to her for service. She asked me about the issue I was having with my vehicle. She looked me directly in my eye as a though I was her only customer in the service department. She made me feel like a customer and not another car to be repaired. Truthfully I was shockefd that she was so knowledgeable about cars. I truly felt like she could fix the car after going to several business prior to coming there for service. Every thing she said was the issue she gave me the reason why it was a issue. She told me how the vehicle was supposed to perform and was very detailed in the process to isolating the issue. I never had someone go step by step with me and tell me the truth on the possibleoutcome of service. I feltcomfortable in allowing her and her team to fix my car. She called over a service to look at the car while I was there in the bay. Her and two other people huddle together and started to to diagnose the possibleproblem with the wiring. I felt special and valued by Linda and the service technician. Linda kept in contact with me and let me know every step of the process while she had my car in the service department. I felt so special because my car was not a new car it was a older 2013 Dodge Ram. But she gave me service as though it was a high valued new vehicle. I was not just a car I was a valued customer that they wanted to service and get me back on the road. I will definitely recommend anyone that needs service repair to Forest Lane. I would recommend them to see Linda Hammond and her service team. You will be valued and get great customer service and your car repaired right. Two weeks ago I had a very sudden incident with my car, and it turned out to be a throttle body failure. I brought my care to Forest Lane Chrysler Dodge and was introduced to Jesse, who was nothing but courteous, prompt and professional throughout working together. I liked how up front and transparent they are here and to make them even better, Jesse quickly got me set up in a complimentary loaner car while mine was getting fixed. After reaching out to an add online for a Scatpack Charger I was referred to Alex. The customer service here was amazing. When I came in he had the car already out front waiting. Awesome experience, never been in anything like it before in my life! We ran into a minor hiccup and I ended up not being able to take the car home that day. While I was setting up my Uber Alex told I didn’t need to waste my money and offered to take me home. They EVEN let me get 2-toned leather seats on the house and gave the car an awesome detail and topped off the gas! This car buying experience was unmatched hands down! I had an amazing experience everybody was truly friendly helpful and knowledgeable its because of their staff that I was able to get the car of my dreams. Although my monthly price did go up a little bit its not a issue as Im going to refinance it after a year and a half it didnt go up by that much maybe like $16. The only thing that was a little disappointing was that they could not accept my trade-in. So thats going to force me to surrender the car back to the bank which will hit my credit for a little bit but Im okay with that since I dont have any major purchases I plan on anytime soon it was well worth it for the car they got me into and the monthly price/interest rate they were able to get me approved under. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anybody who has any issues with credit and feels like theres no option but to take a standard car this team really works hard and goes through the absolutely beyond customer service to get you approved and make sure youre happy. I have bought several cars from here and love this place. The sales department is amazing and recommend it to anyone ! My negative review is because I took my truck for service and they left my truck outside and unlocked. They left my truck unlocked and my check book was stolen. I went to the service manager MR.Campbell and explained to him my problem that someone from there had left my truck unlocked overnight and someone broke into my truck and stole my check book and was trying to cash those checks. I told MR.Campbell my Issue and he didn’t seem to care about my concern. He said it’s not the service department problem what happens to our personal belongings. I get that but the service department is responsible for LOCKING our Cars doors aren’t they ? The police was called for a report but he seemed to not care what’s so ever about the UNLOCKED door that one of his team members left and that with that someone stole my checkbook that was inside my UNLOCKED Truck. His lack of interest about my problem makes me not want to take my other vehicles to service with them anymore.

The service department is very friendly and does there best to make sure my vehicle concerns are handled quickly and efficiently. 1st Ill say the customer service on the sales side was good. Our sales person knew his stuff was professional and showed us the jeep we wanted to look at even though it was raining pretty hard. Wasnt a lot of pressure and wasnt pushy. Thats where the good ends.We liked a new Wrangler Rubicon and were set to buy it. A finance guy comes out and has a $5000.00 dealer mark up over the the listed online price in addition to almost $1700.00 in dealer add ons like nitrogen in the tires, tint on 2 of the windows, and an alarm. Almost an additional 12% over MSRP.I took a look at that and said thank you but no thanks. I recognize that the car market is tough right now and supply and demand is how prices are set but if other dealers are offering dealer discounts not sure how some are marking things up.My real complaint here is that we drove all the way out there to look at the car based on the advertised price and the options it had. If they were up front about the actual costs we would never have come out in the 1st place. Honesty and being up front go along way I went to Huffins Jeep in Lewisville they were upfront about what they had in stock and said for us an order was going to be the best option. Hamed our sales guy there was great and said they dont do mark ups or add ons and ordered us a new Rubicon that were are excited to get. Unless value isnt important to you steer clear of Forest lane.

Had a great experience with Fred Polito and the guys at this dealership. Since they didn’t have what I wanted on the lot they helped me order my Jeep exactly the way I wanted. This was amazing bc out of the 4 dealerships in the Dallas metro that I visited Forest Lane was the only one that even offered/agreed to ordering for me vs. forcing me into something they already had on the lot. They also were just super chill and not pushy at all. Once we placed the order Fred did weekly check ins which I really appreciated so I knew what and when to expect. Picking up was a breeze and I truly feel like I chose the best place to do business. So I have purchased a brand new renegade almost 2 months now maybe three the sales person no longer works there from when I went to go pick up the spare key and the rest of the items that goes with the renegade I do love my car but I did not have a good customer sales experience at all the man that was there no longer works there something else happen but I’m not sure what could be the reason that he no longer works there so I did not have a very good experience purchasing my new vehicle and the second time that I went to pick up more things for my car they didn’t know what to do what to say they kept sending me to the back of the building then come toThe front and it’s just very unprofessional it’s like they didn’t know how to work there I don’t know how to explain more of this but my experience there was not very good I actually don’t even want to take my car there for any services but at the same time I chose that place to purchase a vehicle but after experiencing that it was not good I told the sales person not to check my credit I went to the dealership prepared with everything and they still went behind my back and checked everything. I went on a Saturday to get my whole paperwork fixed the person that walked up to me when I arrive I told him who I wanna just spoke with and he told me to wait the person that I was needing to speak with was not aware that I was there but I was sitting outside of his office I had to literally stop him walking for where he was going and asked if he knew I was here waiting for him and he said he didn’t so I waited to speak with the finance person for two hours and he was not aware so I also wrote a bad review for the person that checked me in and supposedly said he told the person even report it to their manager

My car buying experience was great! I had two main things I was looking for, a 4 door sedan and I wanted it to be blue. Fred found me a great car! A 2019 Dodge Charger, and of course it was Blue!
