Looked at a 2010 Honda Odyssey that we really liked. Unfortunately we misunderstood (totally our fault) the price, so it wasnt in our budget. They seem honest and they have a huge selection of cars. If your in the market for a cash car I would totally recommend checking them out

Saw a vehicle on their website that I was interested in buying. I emailed and explained that I was interested in the vehicle but would like some pictures of the interior other than the one picture they posted. Granted they showed about 5 pictures of the exterior which is a red flag. One of their sales guys Karr emailed back and said we already posted pictures, come see the vehicle. These are games dealers play when they are trying to hide things. RED FLAG 🚩 🚩 🚩 🚩

Descent car for the price but had fix alot with it since it had been in an accident but I knew that due to the carfax report. Couldnt find a car that didnt have some issues with it even not being in an accident. Gave it 4 stars as owner was willing to work with me on the cost due to issues. All in all not bad but if you are buying a car here make sure you really test drive it and look at carfax report as there vehicles may have been sitting a awhile so have to take that in consideration. Customer service was excellent and car salesmen are very nice and understanding.

Great place to buy without haggling. They have set prices so you do your own due diligence to make sure what you’re buying is in good working order. It’s how they keep their prices low. Yes, some people buy lemons and others no. And that’s also how they make money. But they are clear up front about all this. Don’t shop here if you don’t know anything about cars and don’t bring a mechanic with you. I’m a DIY mechanic and know enough to know a good or bad car when I drive it. Some we passed on without even starting it. Others we bought. Second car buying here and love the straight forward approach. Took a total of 10 minutes to buy a car. Easy, but do your homework!

Auto Express is a great place to buy a car. Just make sure you have it checked out by a mechanic. They have many car types to choose from. They will treat you fair. Bought a 2005 Toyota Camry here after extensive research on car models and having the car inspected. I took it for a test drive and came back and bought it the next day. Due to the inspection and the test drive I knew the issues and knew what I was looking at in terms of extra cost which they reiterated several times that the cars were as is. It is a good place to go to test drive cars but make sure that you either take a mechanic with your or have a mechanic inspect it before you purchase, also get the fluids and filters checked within the first week and plan on either changing them out or paying someone else to do it, dont expect to get a car in mint condition here but you can find some rough diamonds and dont have to pay the dealership prices. The staff is very friendly and attentive when they arent too busy but they are a little understaffed like many places these days. Also, any car you buy will need maintenance, some will need more than others so research different car models before you buy and dont just fall in love with how a car looks or how cheap it appears to be. I love the way my Toyota rides, the roominess inside, and the big trunk it has and for a mid size sedan it gets really good gas mileage on the highway.

Do NOT Listen to these FAKE reviews! This is literally the worst place to purchase a car from in Dallas! They get the cars from auction, do touch them, and then resale them to you at 5x the price! I’m not mad because that’s business, but they tell you that the cars are in good condition and they’re not!! I was promised my car had no issues and it broke down on my way home! I bought a 2015 dodge dart from here back in January I was about 10 to 12 hours from there when I showed up and the pictures looked nothing like the car it had a lot of front end damage zip ties were used to hold everything up. They also put the car under excellent condition which is a 4,000 difference from the condition of the car. Ive finally calculated the total costs and itll cost me well over 2,000 to fix. The front bumper, headlights, and bottom will all need to be fixed.

I just bought a 2008 Nissan Versa and all of my mechanics are telling me they will not do any work on it because of how rusted out the bottom of the car is and told me the car is basically a POS and that i needed to sell it ASAP before it started giving me major problems…1 day after buying this car the muffler rusted completely off as well as other pipes underneath the car. I would not recommend buying any of these used cars.

Go with a mechanic. That would be my only advice. They are polite but their sales ethic is poor. They will sale you lemons at double the worth price. They rely on the hopes you know nothing about cars to make sales. Hopefully that will change in their future. I love supporting small businesses but I cant support dishonest sales.

Went to test out a car and after got back to dealer the car shut off and did not want to turn on. I try another vehicle and car shakes and makes noises under the hood. Real disappointed those cars are not even inspected they just come straight from auction. Dont waste youre time or money .

I went in on a Monday after researching and emailing with a salesman on the weekend. They wouldnt work with me on price but no one wasted any of my time. Its a crowded lot which is why I was surprised they wouldnt work with me. Other than those 2 things, it was ok.

Car caught fire after 4000 miles(6 months). I wanted to wait to write my review, i guess im glad i did. Initially I realized they dont fix even the cheapest things to make the cars good to look at. For example, My car had broken door knobs, it was a simple $30 for replacement knobs. What caused the fire, no idea I drove this car minimally and only for errands. Had no tell tell signs but this couldve been masked to begin with. I wouldnt recommend because theres no trust in their work

Lots to choose from! Just know before you go here, they are not sales pushy, also meaning they will not negotiate on price! You can checkout the car and bring your own mechanic but these are primarily bought at auction so be sure to check everything before you buy!

They sold my 17 yr old son a car with mechanical defects. The steering rack had to be replaced. The steering could have locked up on him as he was driving home. I dont understand what kind of shadey people would sell an unsafe car to a child. Unethical...and wrong

The photos you see on their website do not reflect the condition of vehicles you see in person. Horrible customer service as well because you almost have to beg for someone to show you a vehicle (that’s if you can find anyone). The one star rating is for a great job they do at taking photos of their vehicles.

There were a lot of vehicles on this lot, but what u see is what u get. They make no repairs or requested fixes to the vehicles. They gave off the impression that theyre not forthcoming on the vehicles. Either theyre dishonest about whats wrong with their cars or they dont check them out before listing for sale. Either option isnt good for the buyer. The staff were friendly & gave us the time to test drive as well as letting us take a car to our mechanic. But too many red flags had my husband & I take our business elsewhere.

I just bought a car from here for my son a little over a week ago and I will say dont go on a weekend (Saturday) as they are super busy and not enough staff to help you... however with that said Barron is a Rockstar the car I was searching for came to be that it was not on the lot after me walking around for awhile looking for it due to it being at the inspection center at first Barron told me it wouldnt be back in time for me to see it. I was super bummed so I continued to look at other vechiles as I was doing so to my surprise the vechile I wanted showed up on the lot. I just bought a 2005 Nissan Murano on Saturday 4/3/2021. The car only had 1 owner,130,000 miles, great and clean interior, needs a light paint job, very little external damage and paid $5,700 but still owe just above $300 for TT&L. The employees are so great and helpful. Every question we asked ed they answered. If you see a vehicle you like on their website I promise you itll be worth your time to give them a call, you wont be disappointed.

Bought a car about a month ago still waiting for my plates. I call and they say it takes 60 days blah blah blah. They use Covid as the excuse, yet Covid restrictions have been lifted for 2 months now. What the real read is, is that they put your paperwork in a stack and wait until they have like 10 to 20 before they go to get the plates. They don’t really care how long they make you wait, and the vehicle I bought has issues that were purposely hidden from me. The vehicle supposedly only had 93,495 miles, and after trying to figure out why my instrument cluster kept saying driver 2 I took it to Hall Chevrolet only to be told the instrument cluster has been changed so no telling what the real mileage is.

Me and husband purchased a black 2012 Kia Optima for our daughter from this company Tuesday. The entire staff was amazingly great except for Michael. Michael was very unprofessional and rude when it came to purchasing the vehicle we picked out. He did not keep his word and from that point he lost a customer! We were about to leave without purchasing the vehicle we wanted until Carlos stepped in and saved the day! Carlos was very respectful, and He communicated well listening to our auto needs! Carlos took excellent care of us and we will be back to purchase from him. I would highly not recommend doing business with Michael on purchasing a vehicle! Cash lot with really good deals but the cars go faster than you can buy them so if you see something you like go for it dont hesitate because theres someone else out there who has seen it too and they wont and like me twice now youl arrive and see an empty spot where your next car shouldve been had you just went for it like you knew you should have lol. Like 24hours is too long to wait and make a decision youl moss out .

My experience was amazing. Barron, Cc and Robbie all were patient and kind. But most importantly they were moral. When one car had an issue at the last minute, they took it to the shop and although I had purchased it advised me to pick another. This was a process over a few days. I knew the whole staff once we were finished. Even the mechanic on site helped me. I finally found the one with them and the leadership of the Holy Spirit. It’s been about two months since purchase and yes I had to replace the battery due to an incorrect one being placed in by the previous owner but that’s more on the previous owner Rather than them. Thank you so much guys. You rock!

Spent 3000 plus on a 2006 nissa murano and two months in i t needed a alternator and battery and now it needs a new motor already bevause it just went out on me.

My mother and I came in and bought a 2007 Toyota Camry and everyone was so helpful and really paid attention to the need of the buyers if you are looking for a great cash car this is the place don’t think about it just go!!!!!!

This dealership is very misleading. They posted pics of a car that made the outside and inside of the vehicle look like it is in great condition. Prior to making a 45 minute drive, I called the dealership to make sure the car was still available. I also asked if there was anything wrong with the car and they told me it was available and there was nothing wrong with it. The 2005 Nissan Altima that is advertised, looks nothing like the picture they have posted. Up close and live the car looks horrible. The paint is faded, chipped and oxidized all over. The seats had several rips that were covered with black duct tape. The man that showed us the car actually giggled and said the pictures were taken from a good angle. This was a waste of my time and gas. I would not recommend buying from a company that is deceiving the customer before they even walk in the door.

Buying a car here was a breeze, they have many cars and many choices. This is a good place to come purchase a car for first time car owners, especially teens. I would also recommend people to purchase cars here if you just need a stable, trustworthy cash car. I’m very satisfied with the car I have it’s beautiful, and I will be bringing my sister here to purchase her first car as well.

I was very pleased with all the guys here, but especially Baron. I had a bit of a unique situation as I just moved to TX and am on a mandatory 2 week quarantine. Try buying a car when you cant even leave the house! They were able to work everything out over the phone and helped make this potential nightmare a dream. Very nice and very helpful to say the least. The car I got for what I feel is a STEAL. $4,950 for a 2015 Mirage with only 23k miles and runs like new. The catch was hail damage on the roof and hood, and no warranty. A guy like me cares not for looks, only function. I dont feel like I could have found a better car for a better price anywhere around here, so I just want to say thank you to you all! Definitely recommend at least looking here first.

A car dealership that cant be bothered to sell a car??Ive been trying to purchase a Ford Mustang from this dealership for about a week now. The financing is ready to go, just needed some paperwork from the dealership. Baron never bothered calling me back nor anyone else for that matter. I called numerous times for help but apparently theres only one employee on site at any given time as I was always told no ones in... Really had my heart set on this car!! Too bad the owner isnt aware of his (or her) staff being so incredibly lazy.

I was helping my sister searching for a car and she is one of the most pickiest persons i know.She was looking for something with the BBB initials, which in Spanish means: Good, Nice and Cheap.I knew we were looking for something almost impossible and we had look in many places for a month with no luck at all. During our search for a car we stop by Auto Express. and find better prices than all the other places, but we didnt find a car that can fulfill my sisters needs...We keep searching for a week and we decided to go back to Auto Express hoping that we could find something different in inventory and we did. We finally find a car and decided to go for a drive and I was so surprised that the car not only looked all nice inside and out, but it also feels like new while driving it.I would definitely go back to Auto Express next time I need a car, they have around 200 hundred cars in inventory and I know they will have the best prices and they all have CarFax...

Dont do it!!!! I thought I was getting a deal because they offer car fax with the vehicle. I havent even gotten my title & the car is dead. I spent all the money I saved on this car on 6/22. Today I gotta replace the transmission for 5k. I spent 5k on the car itself. Dont do it!

I went in to buy a car for my mom. It was priced within my range and appeared to be a good condition. We experience no hassles and the paperwork was completed very quickly. We drove away and got away from the lot when the car began to overheat. We had to leave the car and go back to the dealership. Carlos went out of his way to be courteous and make things right. He hand picked cars that were in excellent condition that were priced even higher than the one we had paid for and gave us the replacement of our choice at the same price. These guys are unicorns. Honest car dealers that actually care about their customers. I will be sending anyone I know who needs a cash car to them in the future and will get my next car from them as well. They sell cars as is with no warranty. The CARFAX on any given car that it was not in an accident, but many have damage with dents, broken bumpers...not worth it.

Only thing express about this place is you buying a car from them. Ironic they have bowls of candy in the office. I told them it should be filled with free suckers for all the new customer. Frankly I dont like that the cars have so many miles and the prices of the cars are ridiculous. But someone got to make a living huh. We wont be back. Oh my daughter bought a car there. She paid way too much for the car engine light on and she had to pay over 1,000 just to get the car fixed. Oh just found out she need a transmission. This is all in two weeks of having the car. She paid cash for an old 2004 car. It should have been $500 instead of $2500.

Good prices, Super friendly staff, not like all the other car dealers who seem fake and try to rip you off as much as they can, these guys are straightforward and real. Michael was awesome. I bought a car drove a mile or so away and car started trying to cut out on me so took it back and he did me right and let me trade for a different vehicle which I found and drove up to Oklahoma with no problems. Try and pick 5 or 6 vehicles out before you go and snap shot the stock numbers so it will be easy for them to grab you the keys for a test drive. Also super fast in and out with the paper work less than 7 minutes, good guys there hope they stay the same throughout the years.

Customer service before purchasing a vehicle is great, once you purchase a vehicle customer service is out the door. Problems with the car 2 days later, and they said its your problem now, so much for referring anyone else here, if you like bait and switch this is the place. Shop around somewhere else.

Needed a car for my son. They had the widest selection that we had seen and we looked at probably 6-7 cars, test drove two of them. They pulled codes on two mechanic specials for us and were available and helpful all the time we were there. Ive seen other negative reviews, but I spoke to 5 different employees while I was there and they were all very respectful, polite, helpful and up front. On the topic of being up front - they sell cars as cash cars or mechanic specials. Most of the time that means that if there is an engine light on, they can confirm that its on and pull a code. After that, its on the buyer. I would expect that rather than expect them to fix the cars and then sell them to you. They are a reseller, not a mechanics shop. The prices for those specials were adjusted and I felt like if I wanted to take the risk, it was affordable enough to do so. In my case, we ended up buying a cash car, works great, son loves it, drives well, a few minor dings and surface issues that I can take care of. This dealership was great as far as my experience goes. Thanks!

They sell lemon cars. As is how they got them. Its a no pressure buying experience and the staff are all very friendly but know that you wont be finding a top notch ride here. I bought knowing there would be some repairs and not to my surprise theres even more than I thought. Just be conscious of what youre getting

They dont check the vehicles to see whats wrong or if it needs to be cleaned or anything. Sold us a car that seemed fine at first, but after a short while, its been causing nothing but problems.If you want to drain your money on fixing a car over buying one, this is the place to go to.

The people that work here are GREEDY RATS!!!!! I inquired on a truck and made my offer. They said come on in and we can negotiate then. When my husband showed up the salesman said WE NEVER NEGOTIATE THE PRICE THESE ARE SET PRICES!! My husband had to drive over an hour to get to the dealership based on their confirmation that they were open to negotiating. They lied!! They wasted our time! He and I had plans that we broke to go buy this truck. HAD THEY BEEN HONEST ABOUT THE PRICE BEING SET WE WOULDNT HAVE WASTED OUR TIME!!!!!! Dont do business with these snakes! They have zero integrity!

Cars didnt work

Large selection of cars, but sales personnel didnt seem very knowledgeable about the inventory and they refused to let us take any vehicle to an outside mechanic, so we chose to shop elsewhere.

No pressure in buying my car. The whole process after deciding what car I wanted was under 30 minutes. Everyone I encountered there was professional and kind. No BS no annoying sales man following you around, and nothing to hide. They encourage you to test drive so you can really see what you’re getting yourself into. You get what you pay for, anywhere you go.

The man that helped upon arrival from test drive was rude and unhelpful. The description said that it had not been in any accidents but it had been in a rear accident. Somebody had hit it from the back the trunk wouldn’t open something was knocking when you applied the brakes. Price was not negotiable, period. Definitely won’t be buying car from this dealership.

I got really unlucky with the first car I bought there. Even though they sell as is, they were very accommodating when I told them what happened. They helped me tow the car and accepted a very very fair trade in. During the whole process they were very customer oriented and supportive in trying to find the best solution for me. I am very happy with the car I have now.

Rude sales people, completely waste of time because they don’t negotiate at all. Went to look at a car, it was missing a piece of the front bumper, rear ended and damage front bumper, hail damage, broken parts in the interior, ac wasn’t working properly, they do no maintenance whatsoever. it needed a new battery cause it wouldn’t start and they wanted to sell it for 6,000. They also had the audacity to say “go down the street to another dealership cause they sail bootleg cars. They said on offer up to come look at the car, then we can do an offer, well they didn’t. Just hoping they get in what I need when time!Have tried 2 other dealers since both were crooks! (Danged Covid-19 limits travel)Waiting on covid 19 to slack off, as you need to look at their cars. They do not spend $ detailing car etc. Check Fluids Tires Road worthy etc. If you need to take a mechanic do so.
