Good selection in store and was asked twice if I needed assisted.

Got a chance to visit this store. It has a good variety of household stuff from pottery to small furniture. Decoratives and lot more. Place is nice but little pricey.

Very Nice Store first time to visit one. The prices are abit more than Im used to. But overall I was impressed.

I love their products and displays!!!! Its perfect place to buy Christmas gifts! Only problem was that wait line wasnt long but had to wait for 15 mins to purchase :( Still I would visit again to buy more decos!

The store manager at this location, Carrie Bender, is extremely nice and very helpful. Exactly what you would expect a store manager to be. She assisted me with a few items I purchased, and I also was assisted by several of her staff covering the sales floor assisting customers. This store was extremely busy helping tons of customers, and Carrie and her staff made it seem easy, multi-tasking phones, cash registers, and customer service, all with ease and with professionalism. I don’t usually write reviews, unless the service very bad or excellent. Carrie deserves 5 stars out of 5, and I was impressed with how fast she was assisting customers and preventing the line from backing up, all while she and her staff were all keeping smiles on their faces! I wonderful shopping experience.

Great employees, classic furnishings. This Pottery Barn is smaller than the one Im used to but thats nice in a way. I like the way Pottery Barn goods seem to hold up well and they are neutral enough to mix in with other furnishings.

This is a very nice store with an entrance from the mall side and outside.

Brandon was very helpful and insightful! Enjoyed my time here! Excited to smoke!

I have had excellent customer service at this location with both the assistant manager as well as the store manager. All floor personnel have been friendly and helpful. I will always driver farther to come to this location.

A must to visit. A little pricey but not by much. Worth the trip on all levels. Pretty things you dont need but cant live without now that youve seen them.

This company is Horrible people need to stay away I ordered a sofa from them 6 months ago and it i still dont have it and every time I call they keep pushing it back a month and they wont refund my money these people are nothing but scam artists

I hate to write bad reviews but I cant say Ive ever been impressed by this location. I received a furniture quote once and it was WAY higher than the exact same piece on their website. Ultimately, with the lost confidence, we purchased our pieces from the Nebraska Furniture Mart who also has the ability to produce custom furniture. There are a few helpful associates here which is where the two additional stars are coming from.

I must first say that, I had always regarded Pottery Barn as the premiere shop to purchase furniture and home goods, and for many years. That is SO not true anymore. We purchased a couch and leather chair from the Galleria location on 09/29, only to then spend weeks trying to cancel everything because of dishonest sales tactics from the store associates regarding the financing. It took weeks of me calling customer service and sitting on hold at least 30 minutes at a time, every time. I am also in the process of trying to return a $150 piece of fake garland and a $150 Christmas wreath that looks like the bargain sale bin at Michaels (not even exaggerating). I am still in utter disbelief at the poor quality. Upon opening the box, the garland was falling apart and made of the cheapest looking plastic. To add to things, they shipped these 2 items separately in 2 boxes, however they will only give me 1 shipping label to return 1 box. Not even after 3 phones calls totaling over an hour on with customer service can they get me an additional shipping label to return the wreath. Lol - they had the nerve to ask me if I had a box large enough to fix these 2 very large boxes into, and Im like, oh like the big box you guys did not ship these 2 pieces in? I am not buying a $50 box to ship these pieces of trash back to you! And finally, the fireplace screen that was just delivered today (made in India) has a small hole in it and the legs wont install as per the instructions due to shoddy construction. $200 I paid for this fireplace screen. Again - I am just in shock at what has happened with PB. I will *NEVER* shop at pottery barn again, and that makes me so sad. What happened to the high quality products that once was PB? I cant see them staying in business another 5 years.

What the heck! Looked online first and the item I wanted was only at a store an hour from me. Drive up there, begged someone to help me and they had the item but wouldn’t match the pricing shown online- I was told “it was a different company.” After just about begging them to take my money and a manager who couldn’t have been less interested in customer service I left empty handed. This is why stores like this are suffering- no interest in a good customer experience.

Clean and decent selection of items but seems overpriced for what it is. Also couldnt find a single sales person the entire time I was in the store.

Promised they would have shipment here with all in one piece. Bits and pieces are coming in piece meal. Terrible logistics and management. Since we cant even open what has been shipped I would recommend to stay away from this company. A company for idiots. Become their customer and youre one!

Nebraska furniture Mart was better and cheaper. The staff here are all the same demographic: middle aged ladies who are hard to approach for help, speaking to one another most of the time. I was told I was rude by a brunette for interrupting a 3 minute long conversation to ask for help.

We were looking for a wedding gift and Kate was fantastic! super helpful and patient and had a lot of great ideas.

Great people, great merchandise and great experience.
