I enjoyed working with Tim, very helpful getting me what I needed. Mattress Firm had everything I wanted. I looked around several other places but he was the only that showed me what I needed for my husband that had had three strokes.

The Mattress Firm on NW HWY is the absolute best place to go when shopping for a mattress. We werent really sure what we wanted even though we had read quite a bit on assorted brands. Lisa was super knowledgeable and answered every question we had. She was very patient in letting us try out quite a few. Our experience was fantastic and we left feeling confident about our choice. Went in yesterday, Ahmed was awesome. He showed us a few options, explained everything thorughly and was extremely helpful. We ended up purchasing a new mattress and adjustable base. It is being delivered next weekend due to my schedule, i cant wait to sleep on it!

It has been well over 10 years since I bought a mattress, and I have to first say I was shocked by the prices nowadays. After I got past that, I have to share how impressed I was with the service at Mattress Firm. In the showroom, Greg H. was super: he provided very helpful and timely information with no pressure. I returned the next day and purchased the Purple 3. It was delivered in less than 2 days and exactly at the beginning of the 2-hour time slot. The delivery team were very courteous and professional. They went way beyond what they had to do according to the expectation set for what the free delivery service included. That was a Godsend for me, because there is no way I could have gotten the heavy mattress upstairs, onto my bed frame, and opened by myself. And even with all their fantastic help, they were still finished and gone in 10 minutes! I couldnt ask for a better purchase and delivery experience. Im also delighted that I can switch out the mattress within 120 days if it doesnt work for me.

Adam was our sales person and he was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He answered all of our questions and despite being busy took the time to make sure we were 100% satisfied with our decision. We never felt rushed or like we were just another sale.

My entire visit went well until I was helped by Adam Nimer. He was initially really kind and helped us determine which bed we would like to purchase. My husband and I had another appointment (something unrelated to our mattress purchase), and told him we would need to leave and come back in a few hours. We would think it over and make a decision. We were interested in purchasing the mattress same day. He got angry with us for leaving, rushed off and mumbled in a snarky way “yeah, you won’t be back”. Look I get it, you’re in sales… your livelihood depends on purchases, but you missed out on your blessing because your attitude ruined the purchase.Long story short, I won’t be shopping at Mattress Firm every again and I found the sleeper online for a better price. Matress Firm had a fantastic selection of mattresses Ahmed, our sales rep was amazing, he made us feel at home and didnt pressure us into buying anything. He was also super knowledgeable on all the products. Overall it was a pleasant shopping experience.

Guess what I saw a bed bug on their display mattress. The staff is horrible. He kept asking me and my bf like “why don’t you buy it today?” Or “what are you guys still waiting for?” More and more like that. We felt really uncomfortable when he keep pushing us to buy the mattress on that day. I mean it’s not cheap and we have to think and reconsider every option so what’s the point to push your customer?After that place, we were planning to go to another place with our friend. I told the staff that we had to go with our friend to one last place and if it not good then we will come back. He suddenly leave us, went back to his station and sat down while we’re still standing there.Then he told his co-worker about that. They laughed and kept saying things about us like “well alright go with your friend then” and laughed again. We were kind of mad and walked out right away because of their attitude.We’ll never come back to that place.

I went to mattress firm looking for the Nectar mattress the first stop the lady that was working was not helpful at all so I walked out went to the mattress firm next door ( Knox / Henderson) gentleman by the name of John was so helpful he told us they did have any nectar in store but knew one location that did so he called your other location ( northwest high ) so my friend & I drove to that location meet with Ahmed ( Adam) and he was so pleasant & very helpful. He showed me the nectar mattress I was very satisfied that I ordered that night. I really appreciate him & John going above & beyond to make sure I left the store satisfied. Just a few pointers that lady that was working the first location she needs to get some pointers on how to treat a customer & not rush them even though the store closed at 8 she still had 50 mins.. So again Thank you John & Ahmed for making my visit worth it I can’t wait to get my nectar mattress. Great store. I had been looking at a mattress at a steep discount online and called them to ask if they had it available for pick up. Ahmed (Adam) told me that they did not have it, but he could get me a near identical one for the same price. I drove in and had my mattress paid for and ready to go within 5 minutes.

Adam was very helpful and patient in helping my elderly mother and I find a good mattress for her back issues. He went out of his way to make sure we had a good experience, including checking on additional discounts for us. I would highly recommend this store and also Adam.

I headed home, realized I had forgotten to ask an important question about my order, and called the store. Tyrone (sp?) picked up and was also super helpful, answering my questions helpfully and knowledgeably, revising my order to better fit my needs, and still getting me off the phone within 5 minutes. Tywron Beard was absolutely amazing! I purchased a king size bed frame from him over the phone, he located one at a different location and helped me all the way through to processing and paying for the order. I was putting it together today, didn’t have a good conversation with the sales rep from the store I picked the bed frame up from so I called Tywron and explained my situation and how I was confused about putting it together and he came to my house within 30 minutes, put the bed frame together and also offered to take the box it came in out to the dumpster for me! He is hands down the BEST person I’ve ever met in my entire life and he truly enjoys helping people and I could see that! I have been needing a new mattress for a while due to serious back issues. I had been dreading mattress shopping. My husband and I went into mattress firm. As soon as we went in David was very helpful. He listened to all our needs. He explained and was very knowledgeable about all of the mattresses. I would definitely recommend and he made the experience much easier than I expected.

Greg helped me buyer two mattresses for my son. I told him what I needed and within 30 minutes he was helping me load up the car. I never felt pressured, just informed and he was able to get me exactly what I needed in the time frame I requested.

First off, I’m so Disappointed in myself for not remembering the gentlemen’s name. The guy was literally the best. My wife and I got lucky enough to be greeted by The Salesman on Northwest highway. He was so passionate about his job and making sure we were taken care of and happy/satisfied and also made sure we understood and kept up with every step that was taken, all the way to showing us a piece of paper he was throwing away just to show it wasn’t anything important. We were in and out in 35 minutes. Got us a great deal on a mattress that was better than what we thought we wanted. Flawless

Was sold on a mattress that was said to be a floor model and discounted for that reason only to find out after i paid it was a pre owned that had been returned in the 120 day period.Honestly will never do business with a mattress firm again.Just had the best customer service of my life, must say my opinion of mattress firm has changed, the store manager dexter call and listened to my complaints about my purchase, and without hesitation went above and beyond correcting it, wasn’t expecting that at all. Dexter was wonderful. Very attentive and friendly. We ordered an entire set up including a bundle of pillows and sheets. The problem we encountered was receiving the accessories. We were told 5-7 business days and it would come in one package. We received the first one with the sheets only. We called and Dexter assured us that the next shipment will include the pillows and protectors. We got the second box today and we were missing the protectors. I called the store and spoke with Adam who stated that he was the shift manager. This turned my positive experience into a negative one. He was rude and argumentative with me when I explained what was going on. He showed that he could care less about the issue. He wouldnt provide any store information or contact info so I can speak with a manager.We had a tragedy occur in our home a few weeks ago and we are in the process of having to replace everything which is costly. We spent over $2k with Mattress Firm to replace our entire bed and all the accessories we lost. Initially, we had a great experience, but this phone call has made it a negative one. Employees go on and on about their products being an investment. This one was for us and what should of been a great experience to bring us back for future purchases has now turned into bad experience.

I ordered a mattress online and needed to add mattress removal to my order. Now with everything going on, I found it hard to get ahold of mattress firm. Mike was awesome. We went in after signing a lease on our new place to get the most important piece of furniture that you need. Mike spent two hours with us working to find something that worked and was comfortable to both of us. He was pleasant to work with, and very knowledgeable. We were able to come to a deal that we both thought was fair, and we left as happy customers. Even after the sale, Mike continued to visit with us which was so nice. So many salespeople completely lose interest in you as soon as the papers are signed. He was great! Big shoutout to Mike and the team here for making this experience a good one.

Weve been suffering from some kind of back pain for quite sometime and we were searching for the ideal mattress in the market that perfectly suits our pressing need.
