I was surprised that no one greeted us when we arrived. Upon finding 3 pieces we wanted to purchase, we went to the front desk and shared we had 3 pieces wed like to purchase. When the salesperson finally came out the stated that they had to finish a quote before their next client came in and were unable to help us. Very disappointed in the lack of service and inability to purchase our items.

The salesperson only has more patience with you when you make your purchases. Poor Communications, not returning text messages and not calling back. The furnitures take too long to get it that no one tells you when you make the purchases. No way to find out when the furniture will be ready.Service is terrible! I am screwed purchasing two dinning room sets,bedroom set and bar stools.

Ethan Allen was just one of many furniture stores we visited trying to find a particular sized love seat for a smallish area, and it was the only store that offered just what we wanted. The help we received, including an in-home visit, was terrific. We were guided from our idea to reality with choices and guidance every step of the way. The quality of offerings was superior to anything else we had seen. All in all, it was a great experience.

Very pleasant experience to shop at this store. Our designer, Luisa, was quite helpful to key in on our particular need. She gave us some great Power Point layouts so we could see how our finished room would look, depending on which option we chose. Very happy with the end result!

After waiting 3 months for the 6 dining chairs ( Covid ) I was disappointed that Ethan Allen would deliver the chairs in the obviously inferior condition . The seat covers were puckered and wrinkled and cheap looking. If a company is concerned about its reputation why deliver a product in that condition ? It disappoints the customer . I had to follow up with several phone calls just to get on their schedule for the repair person to come by to look at them. Still waiting . I’m a first time customer and not at all impressed.

Bought chairs we ended up not liking and Thomas worked magic to find us newly released chairs that we absolutely love. Thomas made the replacement process a breeze and made the whole shopping experience superb. Always nice to work with a company with such a high level of premium service.

We had a wonderful experience with picking out our table and chairs. Diane Mallory was very helpful and we enjoyed working with her. They all bent over backwards with letting us borrow a table for Thanksgiving, due to our table being delivered one week after Thanksgiving. Plus, we have steep stairs and the delivery crew did a great job at handling them. We will definitely be recommending Diane and Ethan Allen.

The quality of the product is outstanding. The designer was responsive, kind, and helpful. We purchased a couch, two chairs, and an ottoman. She worked with out house plan, design tastes, and coordinated with other pieces not purchased from Ethan Allen. Very pleased!

For the price of their furniture the customer service is appalling. 4-6 weeks delivery actually means 12-14 weeks which I can sort of understand as the pieces are hand crafted but then the designers need to be more accurate when selling you their pieces. We ordered 4 pieces of furniture all of which were ready at different times and the warehouse wouldn’t hold onto them until the last piece arrived which meant 3 days had to be taken off work to accommodate an 8 hour delivery window. 2 days before they confirm a 4 hour window but they confirmed at the end of the day (4:55pm) and when I called back at 5:03pm to reschedule the delivery they were closed for the day. When they called me back the next morning, they wanted to charge me $100 for rescheduling outside the 24 hr window. Love the furniture, the experience on the other hand was undesirable.

Wonderful store with vibrant pieces, Cody is our sale person, great services, we came 25 minutes before the store close,he is willing and helping us out 30 minutes after hour . Prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Modani has beautiful modern furnitures. But what made our shopping experience special compared to other places was that Thomas helped us with designing the space!

We bought a dining room table and chairs from them for several thousands dollars and had to wait months for it, when the guys arrived to deliver it they dropped it and chipped the table. I then called my design consultant and she would not even take my call saying Call the service center, do not use this place, its over priced and their service is terrible.

45 minutes in the store and not a Hello or Can I help you? from anyone. We rearranged a dining set trying to get the right chair combination. Took wood and fabric samples off the wall and placed them around the rearranged set. One salesperson walked through with an older couple but did not acknowledge us. Took a couple of laps around the store ... nothing but tumbleweeds ... Went to Thomasville down the street and got wonderful service, advice, product info, and a tour of their website. Dont bother with Ethan Allen.

Only 3 stars because the furniture is super expensive, but their Disney collection is as good as the furniture at Disney world resorts.

My experience with Ethan Allen was horrible I bought a marble table from them and it had shadows and marks all across the middle. I asked them if I could take it back and they said that I had to pay a re stocking fee. A month ago I also got a faulty mirror and they didnt make me pay a re stocking fee. Then they said that they would pick it up for me and see if actually had marks or if it was the pattern but IT HAD MARKS. They never even came on which they said they would. This was the third chance I have gave them. Now I will never ever buy ANYTHING from them again. I also encourage you not to buy from Ethan Allen either because everything there has something wrong with it.

Good quality furniture can be had here. The prices are a little high, but its worth it.
