This was my first time in a Tempur-Pedic store and it was a great experience. Aaron greeted me and helped me find the right adjustable base for my TP hybrid mattress by educating me on the various models. Aaron was friendly, knowledgeable, and fun to work with. The store was clean, sanitary and safe… which is much more than I can say about the various other mattress stores around town. I will ship here again the next time I need a new mattress. We stopped in to try out a Tempurpedic split breeze mattress. We were well take care of, the sales manager Aaron took the time to explain the technology, our options, and the costs. There was no immediate pressure to buy. Aaron recommended a great spot for lunch while my wife and I took the sales brochure to discuss the purchase. We returned after lunch and the sales process was quick and easy. A week later our new mattress was delivered and setup by a professional delivery team. They took the time to show us the adjustable base operation, and cleaned up all packing materials. We are very happy so far with the purchase and would recommend this store to our family and friends.

I would never buy a mattress again from this store. The salesman wasnt knowledgeable and the delivery people did not assemble the bed correctly. I should have been told about a headboard attachment when I ordered the bed. Then, the delivery people could have assembled the bed correctly. They placed the bed on my old frame (a no, no when I called the store) and I had to pay a mover to re-do the bed. I am not happy with the store. Go to Mattress Firm or one of the other stores that carry Tempurpedic instead.

The only reason I am giving 2 stars is to acknowledge Aaron and his customer service when I went into the store to place my mattress order. After that, its all down hill. If you pride yourself as a high end mattress company, get a delivery service that is an equivalent. We ended up cancelling and demanding a refund for the mattress after the delivery company failed to delivery our mattress 3 times (without calling to explain that they werent coming each time). Because of the incompetent delivery service, Tempur-pedic lost a customer. Also placed an order with sleep experts the same day we cancelled our order for the same mattress and exact price and got our bed 2 days later without any hiccups.

I had to go to a Tempurpedic store to test-rest the mattresses in order to exchange my recent Tempurpedic purchase, and Aaron was AMAZING!! Not only did he lead me in the right direction to find the store, but he was awesome when it came to his knowledge of the models that I was interested in. He wasnt just trying to make a sell or have me buy up, but actually wanted for me to have what it was I DESIRED in a mattress. I did a lot of research when deciding on a new bed. We finally settled on a Tempur-Pedic and called the flagship store. They were super helpful and informative. We went in the next day to test them out. The environment was Covid friendly limiting the number of clients allowed inside at one time, and had disposable sheets to place on each bed as we made our choice. The new bed was delivered within 10 days and as my husband says its a game changer!

As current owners of an older Tempur-Pedic bed, it was an easy decision to get another Tempur-Pedic mattress when the time came to upgrade. I chose to find an actual Tempur-Pedic store this time versus a generic mattress store. We had questions on the king split and type of mattress that would fit my needs and also my husband’s needs with his bad back. I am so glad we went to the Preston Center Dallas Tempur-Pedic store. Beautiful display of all of their different models of mattresses and bases. Our sales representative, Aaron Verigan, was very knowledgeable of the product both from his extensive knowledge of the different bases and mattresses as well as his personal experiences of his at home.We tried different mattresses and I could have taken a nap right then on that Luxe Breeze soft mattress! We currently have a king cloud mattress and we’re upgrading to a split “king” so my husband can adjust his sleeping position with the head higher while I can be more flat on my side. I can’t wait for the white glove arrival of our new bed!!

Great buying experience. Jerrell was patient and well-educated on the product he was selling. Tempur-Pedic customer service was also friendly and helpful when I called for a price adjustment since my mattress went on sale a week after I purchased it. So far, Im liking the mattress. Ive noticed that my back isnt as tight as it used to be. Cant wait to see further progress.

Today is the 13th day.2/25/2021 :Can you believe!!!I bought my new Mattress and Base worth more than 5k on Feb 9th and still not received my items yet. I didnt even receive any call or update from the shipping company about the delay. I know there was a bad weather in Texas, but as a customer I was expecting at least a phone call regarding the delay. They said it will arrive in within 7 - 10 business day but today is the 12th day.I am planning to buy 2 pillows once the mattress arrived, but now I dont know how long its going to take.

I bought a mattress topper and there was a weird issue with my purchase that the management team went above and beyond to solve; the customer service is otherworldly. It started out with Aaron being really great. The service after the sale was nothing short of amazing. It started with emails from the delivery function that were clear and concise. Phone calls followed and they were friendly with clear information about delivery. This all started on Tuesday with a 7 to 10 day delivery commitment. The mattress arrived on Friday morning exactly when promised. The men making the delivery were great also. Sleeping on the bed is like a reward. Im sleeping better and waking up with less pain. What a blessing!

It was time for us to buy a new mattress and we knew where to go. I Googled Tempur-Pedic and was thrilled to find the new flagship store so close to our home. Due to COVID, I called to make an appointment for Friday. Aaron told me that the extended Labor Day sale would be ending that night and that we could save up to $1600.00 on our purchase if we came to the store that day. Aaron was willing to meet with us after we got off from work so we could take advantage of these savings. When we arrived at the store, we were happy to see the precautions that Aaron had in place to keep us safe while we shopped. We were AMAZED at how far the technology has come for Tempur-Pedic beds. Impressed was an understatement. We learned that Aaron is NOT on commission, so he was not pushing us to buy anything. What a novel concept! We bought it all - the mattress that keeps us cool all night, the split King base that has lighting, massage, with up and down motion that fits our own preferences, the split King sheets, the varying level pillows that conform to each of us, and a lumbar back cushion for sitting in chairs. True to Aarons word, we did indeed save $1600.00 on our purchase! The sales process was seamless and the delivery of our little piece of heaven was flawless. The delivery team was professional and ensured we knew how to work our new bed, but the very best part of this whole process was that we woke the first morning feeling like we actually slept and had ZERO pain...and this is coming from someone who has had back surgery. Go see Aaron so you too can start feeling what it is like to get restful sleep!
