This review is long overdue! My husband and I wanted to upgrade from a queen to king mattress, and we stopped into the Henderson location a while back. In all honesty, we weren’t planning to buy a mattress that particular day, and we had visited other stores over prior weeks to price compare. George was incredibly helpful, and the best part was that we never felt pressured. I cannot stand when someone makes me feel like I need to purchase something on the spot. It’s the quickest was to lose my business! George was very informative - and patient. He worked with us to get us exactly what we were looking for, and he gave us time to shop and think without breathing down our necks. We ended up purchasing our new mattress and frame that day, and we could not be happier with it! I feel like we got a really fair price, and George made our experience great. George was great to work with at the Knox location in Dallas. Took the time to run us through a sleep diagnostics and didn’t rush us through the selection process, giving us a multiple of options in various price ranges. Our mattress was a high demand product that wasn’t in stock and George came through in the timeline he laid out for delivery. Grateful for the service and quick turnaround on delivery, we’ve never slept better.

Daniel really knows his facts when it comes to the differences between all of the mattresses (and much more)! He bent over backwards to make sure that we got the deal that we wanted, at the price we wanted, and then he sweetened the deal with more discounts. Although parking isn’t the easiest to find the place is pretty awesome. Super helpful staff!! I got assessed on their test mattress for 2 min and after that they helped me narrow it down based on the recommendation test. I went back and forth, laid down for minutes, almost fell asleep at one point lol I was really trying them out and the staff was very patient. Never felt rushed at all. They let me do my thing. Got all my questions answered and went home with a mattress matched for me.

The salesman was excellent, very helpful and didnt try to force the most expensive item in the store on me. We had gone to Macys before, where there wasnt a single sales person to be found and we werent allowed to even sit on any mattress because of the pandemic. I was afraid we couldnt even buy anything anywhere if one cannot test the mattresses. Sleep Experts was the exact opposite. I could lay down, compare prices and the salesman was very very knowledgeable explaining the difference in construction between the options I was considering. Plus, the prices were better and my choice was on sale. Delivery was right on time and the men even helped me with the mattress protector. Top marks for Sleep Experts!
