My partner and I came into the store and were immediately greeted with a smile by Mike. He was amazing to work with and asked a ton of clarifying questions to really help us determine which mattress is best. We tried out quite a few and he laid out the pros and cons of each based on our needs. In addition to Mike, the staff there was very helpful and welcoming which made our experience so much better.

I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I found the mattress I loved and even at a great price. My mattress was delivered the next day! The salesman was also great and helped me decide what was the best fit for me.

I purchased my mattress back in feb I was still in my 190 days retuning period. So I wasn’t happy with my current mattress went to see him & he made sure I left the store with the right mattress and gave me the best deal. Bought a queen beautyrest pillow top 1 yr ago on Aug 23rd. Within 4 months no longer able to sleep on mattress. Felt like a 2×4 board going down middle of bed. Hassle free return, no, not at all. Had to beg the sales person to swap out for a new mattress. Wanted me to fill out form. Measure mattress all different angles, and I am retired Sr. Citizen. Fixed income, mattress was1299.00 on sake for 999.00. Moving forward, the sales guy finally had another new one sent out next day. Now we are at almost to the day 1 yr. Mattress, the 2nd one is caving down on 1 side. Talked to another salesman & told same scenario, have to measure. If cant do, independent person comes out and photographs bed, measure too. I have to pay to request this. I used part of my stimulus ck to pay for this, yet told 10 yr warranty. I feel mislead into believing this. Still waiting on Store Mgr to return call now, 10 days. Think Ill go to the store tomorrow 21st Aug, and hope Zachary Mgr is there at Knox Park store. Dallas, Tx. Feel like taken advantage because being a woman. Senior citizen. BEWARE.

We buy a bunk beds for the girls and we need it some mattress. We went to the location on Knox Henderson and we find what we need and a good price the guy who help us was really nice and he got us a really good deal in the mattress and we even got some pillows too I loved when people like him help you getting what you need and a good affordable price.. we definitely be back . Don’t order anything from this store unless you want to throw away your money. I recently order a mattress frame and was told I would be notified once it arrived. I never got a call. I called a few times more only to be told “it’ll be in on Friday. We’ll call you.” Again, I never received a phone call. I finally had to go back to the store to cancel my order and get a refund.

My sales person was Tim Kelly he took care of my needs in great detail. I visited the store twice before I made a decision on what I was going to purchase. They did not influence me in any form but allowed me to truly make my own decision. Excellent service.

I recently purchased a mattress from this location after initially going into the store just to look. The sales team, specifically the manager Alicia, was very accommodating and I did not feel pressured to purchase anything. In the end, Alicia offered me a top-tier mattress below my rather meager budget. I have since been sleeping on the mattress for almost a week now and love it. I will certainly return to this location and have already recommended it to several friends.

I stated I had bought several mattresses there in the past (4 yrs ago) and told him I was looking for two twin mattresses but I wanted to keep the price down. I came to Mattress Firm for a new bed since I am new to the area. Kristen was so helpful and welcoming and helped me find the perfect bed for me. I have never bought my own bed before and she explained everything to me, wasn’t pushy and was so nice! Super easy process, highly recommend!

I entered Mattress Firm with the idea that I needed a low cost mattress for a platform bed in our guest room. I told the sales person what I was looking for and without fuss she showed me my options. Purchase was easy, she offered additional items but was not offended when I didnt want them, the mattress was in stock at the store, and we were able to pick up the next day with a friends truck. A family member recently stayed the night and said the mattress was comfortable, so over all this was a positive and painless experience.

They rip you off here. The store display shows the correct standard dimension but they deliver a mattress that is 2 shorter so it doesnt fit the bed and the standard sheets are too big. They then want to charge you $149 to return it. Buyer beware. I will never do business with the company again.

Purchased a new mattress end of 2018, it was fairly expensive. Within 4 months we started noticing some sag in the mattress. The process to submit a claim is ridiculous and lengthy if you dont want to PAY them to come take a look. Its been 2 months, and we still have no idea whats going on. These tactics are questionable at best. Weve been customers of this company for nearly 20 years, not anymore. If you purchase anything from these people, ask them to point out every bit of the warranty process before you buy, they certainly dont offer to explain it up front.

Jeb was very knowledgeable about the overall mattress industry and the technicalities of the mattresses that Mattress Firm carried. He got us a great deal in a timely manner and had great follow-up. Of course, do your homework, but Jeb is a good guy who will be a client advocate if you find the right mattress with him.

I spent over $2,200 in this store 3 days after delivery I noticed my $100 pillow its too big and its not the same. I tried in the store but I took it back to the store the young gentleman as a salesperson he said sorry we can not do it, of course after few conversation I let the pillow in the store and I leave thats really funny nobody from this so give me a call back and explain whats going on and interesting thing is my pillow still is there almost 3 weeks now Im just asking to see if this store manager is managing that store he should know he has one pillow over stuck in his inventory he should call and ask See who this pillow belong to, nothing, I dont like this business and the customer service at all

100% on top of their game here. Jeb was our guy and he was a total rockstar when it came to figuring out our sleep preferences and offering several options that fit our budget. Hes one of the most knowledgeable, friendly salespeople Ive met and when I told him I had to come back later with my husband before making a decision, he wasnt the least bit pushy. A few hours later, I walked in the door and he remembered my name. The process was super quick and painless, and we ended up purchasing two mattresses because the 4th of July specials were great. In case youre worried about making the wrong decision in haste, they offer a long trial period (and take note of your alternative choices for a potential replacement) and they price match up to six months after your purchase. The delivery guys were also amazing. I received my mattresses the next day and they helped set everything up and took away the old mattress. Perfect end to end customer service - hands down would buy from them again.
