I was moving to Dallas for a short but extended time. A few hours before arriving, after three days of driving, I called the store and spoke to a very helpful salesperson Zack. I told Zack about my situation and I that needed a “decent” mattress to get me through my stay but I could not spend a lot. He told me about the different options he had to offer. Once my family and I arrive we dropped off some items at the apartment and went to get the mattresses. My daughter wasn’t feeling well so my husband stayed in the car with her while I went in. Once I was ready for him to look at the choices I went out to get him but my daughter had had a seizure, first one ever and an ambulance was on the way. I told Zach what happened and that we would be back. He was very concerned, offered me his personal cell number being new to town, in case I needed something and offered water before we left for the hospital. How thoughtful! When we did go back the next day Zack first asked how my daughter was and then told me he had talked to his boss and they wanted to offer us an additional discount so I could get the mattress I wanted. They did not have to do that. I was going to buy mattresses. They made it possible for me to get the ones I actually wanted. I recommend them! My daughter is ok!

Bryan was amazing. We went in to the mattress firm to get our first mattress ever as a newly married couple and we were nervous. Bryan eased our nerves with his knowledge and patience. My experience at another location wasnt that great, but Lisa at the Knox street location is awesome. My interest was in a plush non toxic mattress, and I purchased one sight unseen per the recommendation given. Couldnt stand it after 2 nights, then realized from their website that this mattress was medium firm, not plush. Mattress firm requires fees for return or exchange, but customer service connected me with Lisa and I went to Knox street location. She went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. Highly recommend her!!

AMAZING experience. I went in to Mattress Firm to do some “research” on different types of mattresses prior to buying one online. Brittany warmly greeted us and walked us through every step of the mattress buying experience. She somehow understood exactly what we were looking for and was able to present us with incredible options. On top of that, she also set up a great deal for us: king-sized mattress, adjustable base, home delivery, and old-mattress pickup for a very affordable price. I couldn’t pass it up and ended up purchasing my bed that same day. Had a minor hiccup with delivery and Brittany fixed it right away. Andrey helped us and was amazing!He was super knowledgeable and friendly and took his time showing us each and every one of the beds he thought we’d like. We had a tough time choosing one in the store and later changed our mind on which model we wanted before delivery.Andrey could not have made it easier to do so, recalling exactly which ones we liked and offering to make it happen at no additional cost. In sum, I’ve never had a better experience buying a bed than I did with Andrey at this Mattress Firm location.

After a change in my living arrangement, I found myself suddenly in need of acquiring a bed on a Sunday afternoon. Called the store to find out their hours and spoke to a gentleman named Vincent. He told me they were open until 6 and to come by. From the moment I walked in, to when I left, I was treated professionally. He was outstanding at customer service, with no high-pressure sales, he explained the options available and was incredibly friendly. When I explained the urgency of getting the bed delivered on that Sunday if possible, he was able to get me on a truck for the 6-9pm delivery spot.Within just a few hours, 3 hours short of their estimated delivery, the driver contacted me and asked if they could come by earlier, if it was convenient. The three gentleman that delivered the mattress were also friendly and professional, getting the job done quickly.Outstanding work. Highly recommended.
