Great service! Michael, Store Mgr, was extremely helpful and informative. He made finding and selecting the perfect mattress in less than an hour. No rush just comfort and assurance that we found what we needed. The pillows are great too! Same day delivery which was fast and professional. They even took our old mattress for recycling. I went into the store with my partner with the expectation to just do research on mattresses. Our sales associate, Chuck, was personable, knowledgable, and chill. He showed us the whole spectrum of mattresses and gave us time to think in between. It was so easy and non-stressful to lay down and try everything out. By doing so, we realized, how worn out our current mattress was. My partner and I were so impressed with the Purple mattress that we changed our mind and became interested in buying that day. After hearing about the Labor Day sales from Chuck, we realized we probably werent going to get a better deal for a while. We decided to buy the mattress and a motorized base. Mattress shopping here was a positive experience for us.

Mattress Firm men came in and discovered when we moved, the movers didn’t plug in my adjustable bed cord tightly that works with my hand held to my bed. With vibration, it slowly came loose and would not work. The box was under the bed on the frame where I could not reach it. Thank you so much for getting me up and running again!!!Mrs Galvin

Shane is the epitome of customer service. He was incredible and a huge help when I was shopping for a new mattress and adjustable base! Having back and shoulder problems, I had very specific needs in a mattress and not only did Shane patiently and painstakingly move mattress after mattress onto different adjustable bases to try out until I found the perfect duo; he also took the time to explain the differences in each mattress type. I also appreciated that he did not try to “sell” me on the most expensive item necessarily, but seemed to genuinely want to ensure I got the best value mattress for my specific needs. He also worked with me on pricing; I had visited other mattress firm stores before ending up at this one, but Shane pretty much guaranteed that I will be a return customer, he was awesome!

Shane was amazing. I called the store looking for replacement legs for my broken wooden bed slats (it wasn’t typical bed slats the sideboard cracked) and he was kind and informative. We talked a bit and ultimately I hadn’t even considered looking at an adjustable base. After going several hardware stores trying to figure out what my options were I decided to swing by and just see what options they had since Shane was so friendly and informative! Found one, fell in love with it and it arrives tomorrow. I work in customer service so the fact that he didn’t rush through the phone call telling me they didn’t sell that was something most wouldn’t do. They wouldn’t hung up the phone after saying they don’t have repair parts and moved on down the road. Thanks Shane for listening, giving me options (even outside of shopping with them) and assisting me with choosing something when I arrived to the store! We really liked our experience and felt so relieved to have such a helpful and easy time here! Michael, the manager, was very patient and helpful with us! He listened to our concerns and took our budget into account when recommending the mattress that best fit our needs. We never felt like we were being up-charged or sold anything we wouldnt need. We were able to talk throughout the whole process and were given the time to actually think about what we wanted rather than have something sold to us ASAP then rushed out of the store. Michael did his best to give us the best deal we could possibly get and gave us helpful options, along with both the pros and the cons of our decisions- which made us feel much more confident about the mattress we bought!

I had a great experience working with Shane at this Tollway location. I actually visited a different Mattress Firm and did not receive anywhere near the level of customer service provided by Shane (Michael). He listened to my needs, made suggestions as to what would work best for me and when he noticed that I had been accidentally charged twice and went above and beyond to figure out the issue and mail me a new receipt. His follow up on my order was excellent! I would definitely return to this location and work with Shane in the future.

Upon entering this Mattress Firm location, I was greeted by Dave. He was working with a couple yet was able to notice which beds caught my interest. After the couple left, he was attentive without being intrusive. Dave explained the difference between the two beds and the base (additional free item) which would accompany them.After completing the transaction, Dave thoroughly explained the delivery process and pick up of the old bed and box spring by the Red Carpet Company, the 120-day return policy for the mattress, and the warranty. My wife and I had a great experience buying our mattress, and it was all due to Shane. We both had several questions because the mattress we were replacing was about 10yrs old and the material and construction had changed. Do to certain circumstances, I had to buy a bed over the phone. Shane was an answer to prayer. I told him my circumstances and he took charge. He was professional and courteous and I felt he genuinely cared about my situation. He is extremely knowledgeable, explaining and describing the pieces I needed in detail and helped me compare different mattresses to find just the right one. This was a great buying experience! Not only did we receive personal attention but very well informed information. They were extremely helpful at asking questions so that we could look at what met our needs of what we were looking for. They had great selection and great customer service. A couple fo weeks ago my son and his wife bought their king size mattress here and they also were very pleased. WE were with them at that time. They used a small sheet to cover the pillows so that you could try out the mattresses with the pillows. I love that you can buy teddy bears AND THEY WILL DISTRIBUTE THEM TO FOSTER CHILDREN! I am excited to sleep on my amazing pillow tonight!

I went to Mattress Firm just to look at couple of new beds for myself and my daughter since we are moving! I was greeted and welcomed by Shane right when I walked in the door. I told Shane what I was looking for and he was so helpful and knowledgeable. He walked me through the options and was amazing to deal with. I left to think about it. He texted me thank you for coming into his store and then I proceeded to ask him questions via text and he was very responsive. Because of his service I decided to go back the very next day.
