I had the pleasure of having Sean as a host along with his teammates Rob and Rod. They all help me professionally And Timely into getting the services my car needed. They answered all my questions and were very helpful and kind. I will be definitely coming back here as I have had bad experiences from other Jiffy Lubes near my area.

They were in a hurry they forgot to check my tire pressure but I reminded them and they took care of it quickly.

Great service! Had and oil change, transmission fluid change and air filter replacement all done within an hour. About 4 employees were working on my truck like a pit crew!! Definitely getting my routine work done here again.

Came in to get a quick oil change after working 14 hours. The staff was super chill, the service was quick. The customer service was on point. Lobby was clean and had a decent TV to watch. So that was a bonus

I wouldve have put the 5 stars because they are great, but because of an incident today and the way i was told that the oil filter was too tight and for me to take it where I had my oil changed last it made me a bit mad, I spoke with the gentlemen and told him Ive been coming here for my oil change then after he confirms that in fact it was true he just gave me a look...and to top it off I was late back to work from lunch.

Friendly, fast service... even on a Saturday afternoon!Tech who greeted me was personable and helpful while he directed me to the waiting room. Waiting area was clean and welcoming. There were three cars ahead of me and I was still in and out in about 30-45 minutes at noon on a Saturday. They even go so far as to show you their work as they complete it (clean air filter before they install it, dipstick showing fresh oil to the full level).

I have only gone here twice and both times were absolutely amazing! I was well taken care of and offered coffee, tea or water. In addition to that they checked everything they could and topped off all fluids and tire levels, cleaning my windows and vacuumed my car inside, even though I only went in for a simple oil change.I love that they show you everything; filters,Oil level and coloring of the old and fresh oil.Truly wonderful costumer service, very friendly and knowledgeable!!!Thank you guys for all your hard work!!

Took my car here 2 times and had 2 very different experiences.During my first experience, I was impressed by the friendly customer service, their attention to detail, and knowledgeable staff that easily explained to me work that was going to be done which gave me confidence to allow other recommended services to be done besides the basic oil change I initially came there for.My second and most recent visit however, didn’t go so well. I still received friendly customer service and the staff was very understanding about me choosing not to perform certain recommended services. My initial gripe, upon leaving was the delivery of my car. Maybe I’m being too picky but I thought that they wash your windows and vacuum the inside of the car with every service. That didn’t happen this time but it actually didn’t bother me. What bothered me was when I received my car the first thing I noticed was technicians filthy hand prints all over my light colored door handle. It left a bad impression and I immediately took my car to get washed. But there’s more.Today at work as I’m walking back to my car I noticed the plastic engine mud pan is dangling from under the car. Turns out that they didn’t secure it properly and luckily I noticed because it could’ve been real bad if something were to snag and tear it off. I took it back and they fixed the issue...NO PROBLEM. They were great about it and apologized for what happened.I still recommend going there because the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable but I’ll say that they could use some improvement and maybe should talk to some of there technicians about doing a better job of paying attention to the little things when working on people’s cars. We trust that things we can’t see are done and done right. 4 stars and I hope 5 next time I go there!

Very fast and efficient! Oil change and tire rotation took no more than 20 minutes, even after 2 people ahead of me. However, if you are worried about price you can find a better deal out there.

Quick, reliable and efficient service at this jiffy lube location. They have been servicing my car for a year or so now and their performance has been consistent.

Today I went to get an Uber Inspection completed, everything was good until I realized the Jiffy Lube Tech forgot to put the State Certificate Number. So for 5Hours Ive been re-uploading this document to finally finding why Uber didnt approve my inspection form. Thanks Jiffy Lube of Cypress. Ill have to wait till tomorrow to work. See u guys tomorrow in person..

Oil change took literally less than 10 minutes. Great guys! Logan, especially, topped off oil when I was stranded in the area a few months ago, at no charge.

I went for a simple oil change. The service is fast. There was no pressure tactics. Savuth has great customer service skills! I did need a few other things. Savuth and the other gentlemen kept me well informed and the prices were good. An overall great experience.

High prices comparing other places. Pad attitude. They told me that it cost me 90$ to do oil change for my Honda and when I told them I been here before many times and I use to pay 59.00$ they said no this our prices and after one minute conversation the manager which I know him said I dont have time you can look for somewhere else which is very rude and unacceptable. I went to Norm reevs Honda and did it for 49$ including tire rotation. Never be in this location again.

They left the oil filter too tight. I spent a half a day removing it when I did my oil change. I had to poke a hole through the filter to remove it.

I liked Savuths service (shift lead I believe) when we came here exactly a month ago, July 24th, before our long drive to SF. His crew and the service they gave that day is the reason for the satisfactory stars. I got the hybrid oil change and an extra part update (ill have to check my paperwork on this) after they did a thorough check while were there...I trusted him as he explained it very sensibly and just warm to us, also with it having the great feature of top off before reaching 3,000 miles. Service then was friendly, pleasantly jiffy(quick), and reassuring. So today we finally came back at 5:55pm but Savuth was not there, and instead, we were assisted by another crew. I asked him to confirm fluids he topped off after the service (took roughly just 10 mins with him multitasking and we were let to just sit in the car), but his answer were not satisfactory, sadly. There was also another male crew standing by the waiting area full 30 mins before closing, and was just NOT APPROACHABLE. What was rather weird was when we were okd to leave-as the exit arrows were pointing towards Lincoln Avenue to the front of their store-WE WERE STOPPED SINCE I THINK THEY LEFT THE CONE AND WE WERE CONFUSINGLY INSTRUCTED TO BACK UP and was just let on our own....like duh? WE DONT GET WHY THE DESIGNATED EXIT ARROWS IF THEYD JUST BLOCK/CLOSE IT!? Also we were concerned about the fluid spillage, large puddles by the side area we were forced to drive on due to them not allowing us to exit where completed cars are supposed to....its rather a safety concern.Management should definitely improve this, because first experience was good otherwise, just to be stained by the return visit.
