We had our Catalytic Converter stolen off our vehicle and we went through our Insurance for cost of repairs of damage that was done. After I called around Citywide was who we went with and they made the process hassle free and Don handled all the paperwork so we did not have to do anything. They were very efficient and did a great job. My daughter was very happy to have her vehicle back with a repair done right.

I was trying to do too many things during my lunch hour and got some details I found online mixed up. Theres another place in the area which had an excellent coupon online for the service I needed at this point in time. Before realizing I was at the wrong place, I was offered a shuttle ride back to my office, and overall the customer service seemed good. When I realized I was at the wrong place, they continued to be helpful/courteous even though after I apologized for my mix up, I declined the service. Next time I need an oil change or something checked out Ill try again here, because they seem to have great customer care.

These guys are great and truly take car of me every time. Once they fixed my car, but as it sometimes happens a 2nd unforeseen issue occurred that had me stranded on the side of the road. I arranged for AAA to get me back to the shop. The owner met me there after hours!!, did some investigation, diagnosed the problem which was an insect stuck on a sensor in the air intake which caused the car to shut off. This was absolutely wired and something out of there control as the bug must have got in the air intake during assembly. Amazing the owner took the time to meet me after hours, fix the problem and I was home for dinner! Being a Porto Rican Jew it’s tuff to find people here on the west cost that you can trust and won’t judge you!

Have used for both our cars ever since they opened. Always friendly, helpful and professional. Cars run great afterwards, no matter how bad the problems they had when I took them in. Have a friend who doesnt like them for some reason, but I feel sure they must be thinking of previous ownership.
