Been going to the Toy Shop for about ten years... Taking my 06 Sequoia, then my 14 Sequoia for all sorts of routine maintenance and repairs. The guys are professional, honest and matter-of-fact. No pressure, just the facts. Prices are reasonable compared to the dealership and the work has always been good. Nice to be able to talk to the guy working on the truck rather than a service advisor whose job is to sell up and get the paperwork right who doesnt even go to the shop.Glad Robert and the guys are here... Hard to find good service. Also recommend the Avis/Budget rental across the street. Decent people and prices And cheaper than Uber Covid rates for a ride home and back.

What started out as an innocent suspension swap turned out to be more complex and they made it right with me. They have integrity and they care about customers. 5 stars, hands down!

I took my car here for an oil change and to have my clutch and brakes inspected. Jared took care of my car. He was very honest and very knowledgeable. He pointed out to me that my clutch bearing has a factory defect and suggested to take it to the dealer first and have them work on it under the vehicles warranty. As for my brakes, Jared inspected it and did not recommend me to have my brakes change as it was still ok. Other shops would have just told me otherwise and change the brakes anyways. I really recommend this shop to everyone who is looking for an honest, reliable and knowledgeable shop. The staff are great. Price is not the cheapest but they are not the most expensive. You get what you pay for; an honest, reliable service.

The guys at the Toy Shop are total professionals. My wife and I and our families have been taking our vehicles to them for years. They will always go the extra step to make sure everything is done in the best possible manner so you are driving a safe vehicle. I would highly recommend their services to anyone. They just replaced the front brakes and rotors on my 2015 ford F-150 and it is like brand new again.

Robert is the best. Found him on Google after searching for a Toyota mechanic in Southern California. He is well worth the 20 mile drive for me to have my 4runner worked on. I just bought a used Lexus is350 and I took it to these guys for an oil change/ engine flush with oil additives.I looked up a local shop as I didn’t want to go to the dealership and I’m glad I came across these guys.I called hem over the phone and made an appointment which was very quick and I got quoted on the phone for the job I wanted done BUT when I took it in and hen got it back they charged me less then originally quoted! (They said it was easier than expected)Now I’m NOT saying they will always charge you less than originally quoted but I beilive this shows how honest this company is and I highly appreciate it.I will definitely continue to take my Lexus here for future services.Thank you guys again.- Josh

I have been an owner of various Toyota vehicles over the past 15 years. Robert and the team handled my 2002 Toyota Sienna with great ease. The brake service was reasonably priced and although the repair took a day and over night stay, the repair was well worth the wait. Although this already seems like a great review, there is more. Upon completion I was told that another item was found to be faulty and bad, which was awesome because they went beyond my repair focus and covered other areas. Areas beyond my expectations and surely I will be bringing back my van for more service. Oh yes one more thing, they checked the ABS systems and tire pressure lights and didnt even charge me. Not like other local service sites. I highly recommend this shop.

Found them via Yelp, local shop that specializes with Toyota and Scions. My clutch pedal was sticking on my scion tc, I went to several shops and was instantly told that it was the pressure plate... They didnt even bother coming out to check my car.I stopped by and the mechanic (Jared?) came out and checked out my car. He opened the hood, and showed me what he thought was wrong. I had a suspicion that it was the master or slave cylinder because other scion drivers reported the same issue via forums. Without telling the mechanics, he suspected the same thing.We went back in, he gave me a quote and ordered the parts. I came back the next morning and dropped off the car. The mechanic worked on it right away and called me when it was finished. Now my cars clutch feels even better than before it was broken!Sorry for the long review, to quickly summarize: friendly and honest, very professional and skilled, warranty work and straight forward. Dont hesitate, give them a call!

I really cant say enough good things about this shop and the guys that keep it running. There arent enough good words in all of the languages combined. They found out what was causing a misfire on my 2005 is300 that the Lexus dealership of cerritos broke. (Timing belt pulley when the imbeciles pried it off) saving my life. Getting me back to work and commuting in a dream. Take ALL of your Toyotas & Lexus here for ANYTHING you need or want done. It is really amazing that you can pay a GREAT PRICE for GREAT WORK or drive MAYBE 10 minutes to the Lexus Stealership of Cerritos and pay a HORRIBLE PRICE for HORRENDOUS WORK.

After calling my usual mechanic as well as 4 others locally, and being quoted what i thought were rather high prices for fluid changes, i found the toy shop on line and man i couldnt be happier, they work only on Toyotas and so they knew exactly what I needed anx were half the cost. The other shops were vague and left an opening to charge me more money. They quoted me a price and stuck to it, as well as finding a few other minor things that they did for free but just needed to be done, jarred was amazing to say the least, i cant say enough good things about jarred and the toy shop, all of my Toyotas will be going to them for now on!
