This place knows how to fix the flat tires properly, and the oil change is reasonably priced. Their service is quick and precise.

I wouldnt say they are as discount as the name brand implies but I did get quick service and respond quickly online.Cons:- They also only take appointments by calls.- Making appointments online on their website does nothing, they might want to look at that.

If you change your hours of operation, your website should reflect that! I knew hours might be different due to Covid so made a point of checking the website first. Website said 7:30am ope. Got here at that time. Sign on the door had hours changed to 8am. Not a good way to start....

I went to the store on Thursday August 20th to get an alignment on my lifetime alignment previously purchased. I was there after noon. The guy in charge said they were very busy and offered to set up an appointment at 1:00pm the next day. I agreed and returned at about 1:03pm the following day, today Friday August 21, 2020. New guy at the counter claimed I didnt have an appointment at first. Then he checked the computer and said that there must have been a mix up since it shows my appointment was for yesterday at 1pm, not today, Friday. He said they were busy and I could wait about 2.5-3 hours to get it done or set up an appointment for Saturday. I told the guy Id call back. I doubt Ill return to this location again.

Got a flat tire this morning told them I was running late they helped repair my tire right away. Great customer service I recommend everyone to come to this place.

Had a low tire on the rental car so I stopped and asked them to check the tire pressure. They checked all the tires and we didnt have any more problems.

Couple months ago, came here for tire repair. Got 3 punctured and walked in for service. The staffs are nice. Have to wait over 45 min to check and repair because it is sat and they short of staffs.Repair nicely and honestly. Some shops might ask you to change a new tire.This morning, return to the shop at 7am to check another screw stuck on my front tire. They check for me while i am waiting.Lucky it wasnt deep enough to cause the air leak. They help fill up the air for all tires.Will definitely come back next time for tire change.

This Discount Tire Centers location has always had great & prompt service whenever Ive dealt with them. My tires, which I bought from the old location back in late 2005, came with free repair/rotation/balancing. I bring my truck in every year for a tire rotation. The manager has always been very warm & friendly. He makes sure your vehicle is serviced pronto. The only drawback is no free coffee, but thats only a minor guffaw.Highly recommend!

The tires on the rental car were low so I went to Discount Tires for air.

Great service friendly staff but I cannot recommend them, I brought a add in for the exact same tire including the competitors price and which was $36 dollars less, Shop around get competitors price and if they are less you know where to go.

Got tires here because of price and convenience. My mechanic is in the same location. Slow service, friendly enough. Very rubbery smell in waiting room - I know, I know its a tire store, but I couldnt stay.

These guys are shiesty, I took my car in for an oil change and a tire rotation but they said they couldnt rotate the tires because the tire tread was too low making it too dangerous for them to rotate the tire. Although the tire tread was getting down there I didnt believe he was being honest with me, he was just trying to upsell me some new tire but no use arguing with a liar. So I asked them to fill my tire pressure which he said hed do at no charge...turns out I had a nail in my tire, he was more than willing to face the danger of repairing my tire and he charged me $25 for that put the tire back on and I never got my tires rotated. What kind of shop tells you its too dangerous to rotate your tires but then charges you to repair one? A chop shop. Wont be going back there.

I got my front end work done at another discount tire center in WILDOMAR and not even 24hours later my left control are snapped on the freeway and I was stuck in Lakewood I had my truck towed to the Cypress Discount Tire Service Center I explained what had happend and they understood and made sure i was taken care of I was very disgruntled and they knew that especially because I had paid the day prior $ 1,187.34 to the WILDOMAR location and then they wanted to charge me even more to fix everything on the other side of my truck but they really care about the customers at least at this cypress location because they make you feel very welcome and they were able to work on the price with me as well so overall I gave the cypress discount tire service center a five star rating because there customer service was outstanding and we all know how had that is to find plus there mechanics actually were able to get the job done in a timely manner and I felt confident in letting them fix my truck unlike the other location so I just wanted to say thank you to them and my truck is running like new thank you guys .

My two tires needed to be replaced immediately, luckily this place was opened on Sunday, within coming in last minute, I was in and out in less than a hour.

I thought all tire places were ALL the same (I was young and naive xD)except, I came across other shops in the area that wanted to force me to buy the priciest tires w/the least warranty... I guess gender inequality also exists for tire customers...I then went to DTC, I informed my needs and budget, and I was presented with options (which I liked) - I was explained the differences, warranty, and all the tire numbers...In the end i chose the pricier brand (bridgestone) as it had more thread and cost the same to insure. I waited about 30mins for tires to be installed, balanced, and pressured. I was on my way, knowing DTC wanted to make a customer out of me.. and not just a quick buck (like economy tires).
