It’s only been a week but so far so good on my transmission rebuild. I picked this shop because of the good reviews and because the shop was so clean and organized. The communication and explanation of everything was great . Also I was very happy with how quick my truck was ready.

I bought a 1992 Doge B350 RV class B, and the transmission was overheating, leaking and slipping. Integrity took it in inspected it, then rebuilt it. After it was complete, they took care of a couple of fine-tuning issues and they made sure it was ALL take care of, as soon as possible. Integrity Transmissions is not the cheapest out there, but thats because they know what theyre doing, they do amazing work, and most importantly they stand by it with their awesome warranty and costumer service. 4k mile Update: Since the rebuilt, Weve done local camping, a trip to Arizona, Nevada, and the latest, a roadtrip to the Washington-Oregon coast. I worked with Henry at Integrity. As the problems with my X5 are intermittent and rather complicated, Henry came up with a plan which requires extended driving test in hopes to recreate the problems. Even though the problems didn’t appear, Henry returned my car with a comprehensive list of diagnostic codes and recommended a more specialized shop to go to. I really appreciate he took the time to help and did not charge me for this initial consultation. I will definitely refer friends to Integrity.

I went to the shop due to the coolant leaking. Henry diagnosed the car and answered all the questions I had. He was very patient and willing to provide multiple suggestions. Though my car ended up back to the dealer because of the parts and warranty consideration, I was really happy that I went to the shop and found out what was the issue with my car.

Im the original owner of a 72 Olds Cutlass S. In June, I brought my baby to Integrity to rebuild my 200R4 transmission. Integrity owner Henry Sr. personally rebuilt it and its new again! Great communication from Henry Jr. as he kept me posted on progress. In October, my wife and I decided to repair our A/C. (Shamefully, it hadnt worked for 15 years). They converted the system form Freon to R134A. Once again, great communication on progress from Henry Jr. The A/C works great now!They really care about their customers, and thats greatly appreciated. Theyre courteous, friendly and definitely know what their doing. I definitely recommend Integrity Transmission and Auto Repair for all your auto repairs.

The work on my vehicle was done quickly and without issue. The owner, Henry was professional and responsive at first. However, I’ve had a horrible experience with the receptionist and my payment. I was charged twice by the receptionist and I reached out to get a refund. The receptionist told me she would process the refund on her end and would call me back with more info. I never received a call back from her and had to call multiple times. it’s been weeks and I have not been able to get my money back. When I spoke to her she said she couldn’t do anything about my refund and I would have to wait until the next week for the owner to return. The next week came, again no phone call from them. I called again and she told me that I would have to wait an additional week for the owners return. How was she able to process my payment but not my refund? She was rude and told me I was holding up the line for other calls. Excuse me, but I am a paying customer who deserves to be able to get that money back. It was not a small amount and some of us cannot afford to have $1400+ taken (even if by their mistake) out of our account bc we have rent and bills to pay.

Superb customer service. Excellent provider of information with what appears to be decades of experience in the automotive industry. I really like this repair facility and I look forward to having the work done there, as they seem to like their place also and it makes the big difference.

Ive used Integrity in the past for various repairs that I didnt feel comfortable doing myself, and they have always done a great job. Most recently, the 400k mile motor in my Ram started making a knocking noise and misfiring. I had an idea of what it was but it went a little beyond my theory and required replacement of the long block. Once it was diagnosed I had the truck back within a week - they had the new engine in, installed, and running within a day of getting it. They were very transparent throughout the whole process regarding the cost and kept me posted on what was going on. All in all a job well done, just reaffirms why Ill keep going back to them to get some of the more difficult jobs done. Highly recommend them.

Wow!! What a quality business that lives up to its name. Their customer service is unmatched. They keep you updated every step of the way and are honest. We live about 40 minutes away but were recommended to come here after a bad experience elsewhere. Needless to say I will be taking my cars here from now on despite the distance.

Well what can I say.... My water pump, fan clutch, and serpentine belt all broke. Not a good day. Had my vehicle towed to Integrity Transmission and met Henry the owner who stayed after closing to receive my vehicle. I had quite a few valuables in the car and decided to stay the night with it. My battery had died as well, so Henry grabbed a new one and hooked it up so I would be able to operate the radio, windows,. Etc... He had me smiling before he left. We took our Kia Optima hybrid there with transmission problems. It was just outside our covered warranty when this company suggested we call the corporate office and see if they would cover it. The corporate office ended up covering it and because integrity transmission and auto suggested it, we saved $3600! My nephew turned me on to Integrity Auto bc he has had stellar work done over the last 10 years. I wanted fresh eyes on my 21 yr old car. Henry Sr. and Jr. run this business with exemplary customer service! The Check Transmission light came on my 2008 Honda Odyssey. Henry Jr. explained the testing process to me, and it was a very fair price for how much time they needed to figure out the problem - and it would be applied to the cost of the repairs. Their waiting room is very comfortable with 2 long leather couches and a movie playing on the flat screen. They told me it would take a few hours and Henry Sr. drove me home. When Henry Jr. called to tell me what was going on, he not only spent 25 minutes on the phone with me, explaining every detail and asking if I had any questions, but he also sent it in writing to my email, so that my husband and I could weigh our options. We decided not to invest the money on the old van, as we are ready for a new one, so we payed for the testing and the two Henrys brought my van back to my house for me! They are very professional and friendly, easy to understand, and they run a high quality operation. We will definitely be coming back to them for all future repairs!

Love this place. Came off the freeway with car literally smoking from under the hood near Integrity at 4:30 PM several months ago; was out the door with water hose replaced and on my way within about 30-40 mins for $75. Henry even ran out to find a hose for my 20 yr old car. I was very impressed. Weve taken both our vehicles there ever since even though its a ways from our neighborhood. Henry & crew are great; honest & go out of their way to explain and show repairs needed. Good value for the money.

These guys are honest, told me whats going on, and didnt try to upsell me a bunch of stuff. My check engine light was on and some other lights. They found low voltage readings in the computer. Then, they sold me some battery cables that fit. All the lights were caused by the low voltage. I needed front brake pads and a few other things. They just let me know about them and didnt pressure me to do it that day. The guy was really professional and friendly. I will definitely go there again.

I had code 0741 in my 2005 Toyota Sienna and two other places suggested expensive repairs like replacing the transmission with used or rebuilt to get rid of the code and have my car pass the smog test. But this place cleared the code and replaced the old burnt transmission oil and filter and asked me to do the drive cycle to have all the OBD monitors ready. With that my car passed the smog test now. They also said that the code may come back later. But as of now I am happy that I could register my car without an expensive fix.

Very helpful. I had broken down and needed a tow, Henry stayed after closing time to be able to receive my truck and get the paperwork going. I was under time constraints, he and his crew were able to diagnose the problem, they serviced part of it there in the shop, and arranged for a Neighboring shop in the same complex to do a seperate procedure to fix my truck. They finished by the end of the next working day, and I was able to stay on schedule. The quality and care Integrity produces is unmatched. I have been coming here for any car issues and maintenance for over 5 year now. Clean lobby with a mini-fridge, large TV, and very comfortable seating like youre in a living room. The name says is all, Integrity. I had valve cover gaskets changed at another shop before coming to Integrity, when I did Henry asked if I had been smelling gas/fuel. Funny enough I did right after having the gaskets changed. He noticed that my fuel line was loose and dripping fuel in the engine bay! Thankfully he spotted it and tightened it.After my supercharger pulley broke and caused a lot of damage I knew it would be pricey. Another shop tried to charge me over $3,000. Immediately I had it towed to Integrity and after finding the necessary parts they had the job done in less than $1,000. Not only do they give fair pricing, in addition any time I have to replace parts they will show me what was wrong with the old part and how the part should look. I love the attention to detail and clear communication as Im able to fully understand what happened with my vehicles and why.Even if I have to drive an hour or more to get here I will continue coming here for my vehicles. Henry and the family truly are the best!

Well I made the mistake of trying to find the cheapest mechanic to rebuild my transmission which turned out to be the worst decision ever. Luckily I found Integrity Transmission / Henry Jr who fixed the previous mechanics mistake. I’ll definitely be using him in the future. I took my truck in for a transmission problem and it was fixed in a timely manner. I was going to upgrade my trans cooler but they said it didnt need it. **Miracle Workers** Henry Jr and Henry SrI have a 2000 Nissan Pathfinder that had symptoms of a major transmission problem based on the transmission code P0731 & P0733. Went to my original mechanic and was advised to sell my car for $1000 or pay for a rebuilt transmission of $$$. Went to Nissan so I could get a trusted 2nd opinion and was given an estimate of $$$$$$. I talked to Henry on the phone regarding my air conditioning. He was very polite knowledgeable and gave me a quote right over the phone. My air conditioning was fixed within a couple hours and I paid what he quoted me. I would definitely recommend using integrity Auto Care.

I just recently took my 1958 Impala for a 350 transmission rebuild. Upon arrival I noticed how clean and how professional everyone was at Integrity Transmission & Auto Repair. They immediately diagnosed the issue along with updating me on other issues that were of concern. The rebuild was completed faster than I could’ve expected. They also provided pictures of parts/areas that were of concern. They are true experts at what they do. The cost of the work was extremely affordable while being warrantied. Incredible! When we were broke down with a 29 travel trailer coming into L A we were treated by a dealer with lack of candor so we prayed for an honest shop and found Integrity Transmission! Henry Sr. took on our trucks transmission problem on a Friday afternoon and had road tested it and came up with a plan to investigate it within 2 hours! We had overheated, towing our 9,000# trailer, and the suspected part Henry had thought was the culprit was correct. They took photos of the evidence and sent them to us as soon as they knew. The incredible part came after the work began. We were on a vacation and had to be back to work in 1 week. Henry Jr. informed us that his dad would come in early and stay late to get our work done and get us back on the road by Friday. The transmission was rebuilt, installed and working by Friday but a 50 minute road test revealed another small upgrade was needed. It became necessary to wait til Monday to complete the work so we would have no trouble getting home in WA State over 6% grades and 1,100 miles. Henry had tested our truck again for any fault codes and was finally satisfied and confident we would make it home. His excellent work and extra effort put us home with a better than stock truck and no worries. It towed our trailer with a more efficient transmission after the upgrades and gave us .3 more mpg towing! The dealer would have only begun working on our truck by the time Integrity was finished. A Godsend is what these folks at Integrity were to us. They kept us in business and they deserve yours.

I highly recommend this shop because I have known them for years. We started having our work vehicles serviced by Integrity to having our own personal vehicles taken cared by Integrity. Senior, Junior, and Anna are wonderful, they will take care of you and are open and honest, they will show you what your vehicle needs and show you why and will do everything for you to save so the transparency is there. Absolutely incredible service. Im not just saying their service was good. It was beyond good. I brought in my car a year ago to do a transmission flush and rear diff fluid change during which Henry offered me options as to what products to use since I had oil preferences Ive always wanted to find a shop willing to give me more options about brands of oils during the service I was updated throughout the process with videos and pictures texted to me on a regular basis. When i called back almost a year after I mentioned I was having some problems with my car having weak starts. By the time I came in Henry had looked up my previous service information and was up to speed with my car before I even walked in the door. This level of service is extremely rare in any case and Im really happy to know they go out of their way to do a great job. Thank You!

I had a skip in my automatic transmission (2015 Acura RDX) in first gear, was told by an LA transmission shop $850 to tear the transmission down, worst case $5000 repair. I went to Yelp and saw the excellent reviews for Integrity, took car there. They went out of their way to check for transmission problems. They did an excellent diagnostic check for as they said safety and perfection. They determined the transmission itself wasn’t problem, searched auto professional internet and found transmission fluid the issue. They also found out spark plugs and 2 coils needed to be replaced, all for $500. Very happy, Integrity very professional, strongly recommend them to family. The service lives up to the name.

We have sent over multiple cars from different family members. We have been going to them for over 10 yrs.The entire staff is very friendly, helpful and informative. They have never tried to sell us repairs that are not needed. They even tell us what they would do in certain situations. I have always felt that they are truly sincere and honest in the way they do business. The work they do is excellent.

I brought my 1967 Mustang in because of a leak in the engine. It was transmission fluid so I knew it was probably the pump. They checked it out and confirmed that was the problem. They had installed the transmission about 8-9 years ago so I knew they did good work. They replaced the cracked seal, checked the transmission and informed me of another small problem that could have become a bigger problem...and would have cost me more money. Being a single woman, I have experienced being ripped off by mechanics before. I’m grateful for their honesty and appreciate that they are a family run business and treat their customers like family. Been coming here a while now for my company. Take our fleet vehicles here, good work getting done at a reasonable price. I have spent a decent chunk of change here and haven’t ever had to come back to fix something they did or anything. I’d recommend these guys!
