I went by this location to find out more information, and possibly switch to an iPhone.Eddie, a manager, was so patient and helpful. I really appreciate him taking the time to answer my questions, going above and beyond to help me update my plan with AT&T, over the phone, being transferred to a couple of customer service agents to get the best rate based on my usage. Very grateful I’ll be paying a lot less now. He was very polite and helpful to everyone who came up to him while he was helping me. Very good at multitasking and delegating to his coworkers too.I don’t know if he’s a manager specifically for the mobile area, but I highly recommend you go see him for your next phone. I’m hoping to get an Apple Watch next once I’m more familiar with the phone, and I’ll be back for that.Best Buy store/regional managers, I hope you take notes of customers feedbacks when you do employee reviews and give raises. I used to be a team manager then store manager and would have been thrilled to have an employee like Eddie.
Came in ready to buy a TV the first guy was busy talking to a coworker and dismissed my wife and me. Since we new what we wanted we were trying to take the tv to pay for it he brought the dolly over and told the cashier to write his name as the person helping us lmfao. I was charged over charged for the wrong tv. Smh. Horrible customer service that just loops you around. Waiting since Saturday to get a call back.
I bought floor B&W CM9 S2s from here for an unheard of $650 each... the staff was great and super helpful. I like this store
