Had another Great experience at yet another Best Buy. Go figure. Ive been to the east coast and back going to best buy and thus far Ive had nothing but Great friendly knowledgeable customer service reps. Great geek squad assistance and great deals on the best tech products... These reasons are probably only a few reasons why best buy brick and mortar stores are still going strong today... Cheers ๐ป
I like this best buy, it was my first time visiting this location and I found everything I was looking for. The shopping center where it is located tends to be pretty busy but best but has a second floor for parking which I recommend to skip the traffic and get in and out quick; there were only like five cars parked up top.
Great store to buy electronics and tech gadgets. This Best Buy also have Otis elevators for the parking.
Stopped into Best Buy to check a stove out. Upon arrival there was a small line, roughly ten (10) minute wait. Prior to going into Best Buy the representative was taking down peoples cellphone numbers to text you when youre able to be helped once inside.Total wait time (35 minutes) in the appliance section, Best Buy manager, Jerome came over and assisted us in helping with the selection of a stove, explaining the benefits of each one within our price range and recieved a great floor model discount!!!Jerome had us done within ten (10) minutes, and the stove was brought outside and they placed the stove inside our vehicle, AMAZING SERVICE!!!So this experience, 5 โโโโโ!!!๐!!!Thank you Jerome!!!๐
Good store to get your electronics and more. I asked where the product was located and a nice gentleman at the front told me where to find it. They even price matched the item so I saved money. Not very crowded. Only one person waiting in line. This Best Buy experience actually encouraged me to buy from Best Buy now often.
I went by this location to find out more information, and possibly switch to an iPhone. Eddie, a manager, was so patient and helpful. I really appreciate him taking the time to answer my questions, going above and beyond to help me update my plan with AT&T, over the phone, being transferred to a couple of customer service agents to get the best rate based on my usage. Very grateful Iโll be paying a lot less now. He was very polite and helpful to everyone who came up to him while he was helping me. Very good at multitasking and delegating to his coworkers too. I donโt know if heโs a manager specifically for the mobile area, but I highly recommend you go see him for your next phone. Iโm hoping to get an Apple Watch next once Iโm more familiar with the phone, and Iโll be back for that. Best Buy store/regional managers, I hope you take notes of customers feedbacks when you do employee reviews and give raises. I used to be a team manager then store manager and would have been thrilled to have an employee like Eddie.

Terrible, they made the buying experience so Extremely unpleasant, you walk in knowing what you need but there is NO ONE to assist, I walked in yesterday to get a hard drive but was locked and couldnt get anyone one to open the cage to give it to me, 1 person on the sales floor and many people waiting for him, the manager is no where to be found, waited 47 minutes to pick up a 500gb solid state hard drive. I dont think this review will improve anything but I wanted youll to be aware that if you are going to buy something from best buy prepare to waste allot of time
I like this best. They have nice people that help you I will say this every Best Buy is different and this best by seems almost like a target city in a way... They dont have a lot of stock and its a bare bones kind of place. But again customer service was great and Ive only had good experiences at this BB
Ordered online, painless pickup inside. Frankly a much better experience than shopping the store, at least how it was a few years ago....didnt spend much time in the store? but seemed better stocked than a few years sgo?, maybe BB upped their game ๐ฎ.

The store and staff are very well organized!! I came here to get my laptop fixed, just an fyi Im not that text savvy, the staff explained the problem clear enough for me to understand, and will always get to the root of the problem. Staff was extremely helpful and kind. Additionally, I bought my laptop here and their selection is very wide. From gaming laptops to work/school laptops. I absolutely recommend coming here if you want a new appliance or need to get something fixed!
I was reluctant to come here so tried to troubleshoot my comp issue on my own. Finally broke down and went there after days of frustration and wish i had done so sooner. Im impressed with the service I had as well as other customers at geek squad. Horrible customer service at this best buy I received from the older white woman working at the computer/laptop section today. I was looking at the apple laptops and desktops since I am a college student whos starting school again soon to use for school. As I was looking at the laptop with my friend the worker came up to us in an attitude way and accused us of playing around with the computer. She then saw we werent a started acting all nice and walked away fast before we can even say anything to her. As a person who has worked retail that is not a good way to approach customers and just accuse them of something. We ended up leaving and I also let a manager know about the workers attitude and what we experienced with her before we left. Manager was nice enough to apologize and talk to her worker about it. But after today I just dont feel comfortable coming back to this best buy after that experience.
While Best Buy may offer savings, sometimes getting the information you need, in order to make an informed purchase, is very slow.
Typical Bestbuy, with mediocre customer service. I waited about 10 minutes before someone became available to help me; and the store wasnt busy atall. I was then served by a gentleman with a pretty bland attitude, who didnt know how to treat a question like asking for a discount.Then, I was served by another person who was supposed to help load my TV into my car. He gave up after 2 minutes, saying it wasnt his responsibility.The store has a good layout and stock. If they improve the staff attitude, they can do much better in keeping the customers happy.

The parking lot is a little busy depending on the time of day but its a decent store.
Dont take me wrong about the 3 stars. The person who assisted me yesterday was wonderful. I didnt get her name but she is p.o.c. and she helped purchase laptop. In general I think best buy need to elevate their store standards. Things can look more organized ... with that said. This is the better best buy in a 10 mile radius.
Worst best buy store stood in line to buy a cell phone and they cared less.They have a nice selection and the only phones they push Is I phhone and Samsung Galaxy they never ask questions just like their tv.
Stopped by with my fiance last week to pick up his fitbit.. unfortuntaley it took about 10 minutes to get service after it was requested several times. Finally someone actually stepped in to help us. The location and parking is great but I definitely think there could be some improvement with the customer service.

Its fine, its best buy. reasonable parking. normal best buy stuff inside. no surprises. if you are LOOKING FOR SURPRISES, this is NOT the place to go.i cant promise that NOTHING will surprise you, but look, ive been here tons of times and so far its been entirely standard.some relevant info is that theres a RALPHS right in the same lot, so you can get some broccoli as well as an iphone. theres also a panda express, and a few other shops. so you have options if your consumer electronics aspirations fall flat.good luck to you!
Went to get a car stereo and the store asssociae was helpful in teaching me how to install. He also said that if I needed help he could refer me to a Best Buy that serviced cars.

Love my local Best Buy. I mostly go for Geek Squad so this is what this review is about. Each time Ive gone with or without appts I am attended to relatively quickly and I get the help I need. I feel they go out of their way to get your issue resolved and if one person cant, someone steps up. This last time, I was frazzled because of my computer problems and Jeremy at Geek Squad was not only helpful and friendly, but he figured out the problem, gave me options and assured that my computer would do what I needed it to do. He was so great and so kind. Its this kind of service that will keep me coming back. Thanks Geek Squad!

I went here (Culver Center on Venice and Overland) to purchase a new Refrigerator and deep freezer. I gave a 4 star rating only cause as I was walking in, I saw 2 Best Buy staff with their masks below their nose...seriously come on, keep everything covered!On to my experience, the large appliance staff was courteous, knowledgeable, very helpful. My Refrigerator needed replacing ASAP and Best Buy was one of the only places able to deliver within a week of purchase and haul away the old one. The price was reasonable and I loved the stainless steel option for the top freezer refrigerator I chose to purchase. They are even switching the door to open the way I wanted...for a minimal additional price.In addition to the refrigerator, we got a deep freezer as we needed to store the food we already have. I have wanted one for years just never got around to making the purchase a priority. We chose the smaller option which holds about 5cubic ft.! Perfect for apartment life! Over all, thanks Best Buy for the smooth transition and easy purchases.

Go see Freddy! I went in there oblivious looking for a chromebook. Freddy in the laptop section was patient, had excellent customer service and explained the components for each option so I could make an educated purchase. I left with a chromebook that Im so excited to use.
Store feels empty. Staff is usually not around or willing to help answer questions. Not really a point to shop here unless you know exactly what you need and where it is.
As per usual Best Buy does not have a great selection of things, very minimal inventory, literally not one person said hi to me, the only person that saw me walk in and gave me iContact with the security guard and he gave me like The stink eye. I went in looking for a cheap iPhone holder, hands-free driving adapter, and they had adapters over $30, after that I went to the $.99 store and I found the same product for $.99.

This is as usual at BB. Went there the last time to buy a Razor Pro 17, they didnt want to accept my order after trying 4 times to purchase it there. Bought it from Amazon for $4500. Went there two days to buy the newest Dell xps 13 with the 28 watt i7- 1165g7 Tiger Lake chip. SOLD OUT! Bought it from Amazon - Dell xps 13 2-in-1 $2400. Why does BB send everybody to Amazon because they cant order stock or wont accept orders? Outside of never having anything in stock, if you need a cable - thats in stock and they will accept the order.
I purchased an iPhone 11 in Dec 2019 and it suddenly stopped working in Jan 2020. I was using the right charger and right connection to charge the phone and now itโs dead and wonโt start.I get apple storeโs appointment and Then the pandemic hit and all the stores close.I wait so long for the stores to reopen and go to best buy in between. They ask me to contact apple and apple of course decide never to help without charging for unreasonable fees. Now I call and they say my warranty expired YESTERDAY and so canโt do anything with it.I would like to understand how does Best Buy provide best service if the common man is asked to wait for a year and spend $600 to fix the phone that was initially purchased for $850!!What a waste. I know itโs a waste but Iโm really disappointed.

I went to this Best Buy yesterday to go buy a Nintendo Switch, I asked an employee to see if they had some, and he said yes, just to go to the customer service to get one, and while I was in line the rudest staff member came up to me to tell me that there were no more Nintendo switches and to get out of line, EVEN THOUGH there were approximately 10-20 nintendo switches just ready to be sold. I love Best Buy. Best Buy is my go-to when ever I need tech. But this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth when it comes to Best Buy and customer experience at Best Buy. I have given this Best Buy 2 stars because some employees are nice and some are just plain rude.
This particular location needs better structure and employees who actually know what they are doing, most of the time they will say anything just to make a sale, witch is the same equivalent of lying, wouldnt recommend this location unfortunately.
Best Buy has figured out what they needed to do to make themselves relevant once their dvd/cd/video game sales dropped off. It took em a few years but they got it- People need people to talk to about electronics and โtest driveโ them before purchasing. Best Buy has improved their customer service to a level itโs never had. Workers are knowledgeable about the products and also make buying your new toy fun rather than a frustrating experience. Love coming to this store. And you should too!

Site says Best Buy was down to the last unit of the desired Samsung Galaxy Chromebook, and that was way out in Culver City. So I revved up the old Caddy and headed from Silver Lake at once. On site though the Chromebook couldnt be found, anywhere. Thank Zeus Best Bruce was on the case though, because he searched here, there and everywhere else. In fact he didnt stop searching till I had the Chromebook in hand! I tell ya, above and beyond doesnt even begin to describe his efforts -- and his cool. Thanks Best Bruce!

Went for store pick up and they make people wait in line outside for both pick up and shopping inside (two separate lines). Luckily store pick up was fast but I didnt get to check out anything inside because the line was rather long. Covid times, what can I say.

I had a horrible experience with customer service at Best Buy Culver City I bought anLG 65โ I had a scheduled delivery yesterday staring at 7 am we all got up to wait for them but they never rang the bell the must have come take a pic of the entrance and left without ringing the door bell in the afternoon upon calling to check what s going on they to.d us they were there and they can come again in 2 weeks not before so obviously I cancelled the purchase in order to buy it from a business that cares more about it s customers

Very knowledgeable, helpful staff in the cameras department. Unfortunately ones you buy a computer from them with warranty & everything it takes forever to get help from the geek squad. With appointment NEVERENDING LINES. The computer needs to be shipped out for about a month. & even if you specifically, repeatedly ask & insist they make note not to ship it to your home, but to the store. They still shipped the computer to my home!!!!
Good store overall, but a lot of the items are out or low on stock.If you need a specific item, I suggest check on the website first!Also theres a very limited stock on smart home devices, if youre looking to purchase those in-store.

Did a pick up order and didnโt realize it was a black friday sale so there was a huge bottleneck of orders. Gonzalo was very attentive and communicative to us and everyone else in line.
