They were out in a decent amount of time to tow my car however the driver was incredibly rude. I appreciate the tow but also appreciate customer service

My car was towed last night. The owner was the nicest man! He opened his shop to let me get my car out of impound. It could have cost me an extra day. It was already a very expensive evening. Thank you so much for being a nice guy and not charging me an arm to get the car out.

No matter what issues I have with my car they are always able to fix it even though I have a mini and they are harder to work with they either help me or tell me exactly what is wrong to take to the mini dealer. They are able to pick up my car from home when it isn’t running and get their jobs done quickly. When buying a car, getting one fixed, or got into an accident they will be the first number I call every time!

No pressure. Very nice vehicles. I have had a couple of vehicles fixed there. One was Honda which involved going into the internal part of the engine. Honda quoted me $1356.28 to fix a part that was a big problem with Honda Accords of that year.They replaced it for $928.00. Ormsby not only replaced the part ( 12000 miles later working great) but also did some checking into it and why it went bad. They found out that Honda had a service bulletin out on that part with a revised replacement part which they installed. Honda didnt have a recall because it didnt involve a safety issue, but they were also still installing in vehicles that were fixed at the dealer the same unrevised part that was in my car originally, until they went through the inventory they had in stock.(I found that out on my own) They didnt have to do that, but like (I think its the owner that manages the repair shop) Dick said, This is why we are still in business with our new and repeat customers. My friends have purchased vehicles from them and complimented them on the Quality of the vehicles they sell. A+++

Mr.Tom openly uses racial slurs. He is clearly uncomfortable by other ethnicities in the world . I will NEVER do business with this company again . I will be sure to enlighten everyone I come in contact with of Mr. Tom. Tom is definitely bad for business and the progression of the world. Tom’s demeaner is subpar at best . Due to Tom’s actions if I could give this place negative numbers, I certainly will.

This place has nothing but overpriced vehicles purchased from auctions... Example the 97 red ford ranger currently just listed was purchased for $6,900 from Obenauf Auction Service and was a municipality vehicle for Countyside Fire Protection
