I purchased a 2021 Trail Boss at another dealer in March with the expectation of using Martin for my regular maintenance and future service needs. When I brought it in for my first oil change they identified an issue with the OBD port which they were able to fix. The diagnostics and repair took almost a week but ultimately everything was taken care of. Communication throughout the process was a little hit or miss though depending on who was working. My contact (Blake) was great at keeping me in the loop and staying on top of things. When he was off though there seemed to be a lack of information available from anyone else I spoke to.A couple weeks after getting my truck back I called the parts department to inquire about ordering an accessory switch package I had read about online. I provided them the part number but was told Id have to bring my truck in and explain what it was I wanted installed in order for them to provide me a ballpark installation price. I assumed theyd be able to tell that from the diagrams but my confidence was already a little shaky so I decided just to order and install the kit myself.Today was the final confidence killer though. I pulled in my drive and saw a good sized oil spot on my driveway where my truck was previously parked. I crawled underneath and saw oil dripping from the filter which apparently hadnt been tightened enough during the oil change. Im just thankful I caught it before my road trip or this could have had a much different ending.

Ease in setting an appointment for my ZL1, I was informed that they utilize a specific team for all performance vehicles. I was aware that the lead technician in the performance department has an excellent reputation.

They are not a stealership that does the wallet flush eveytime I come in.I was burned badly by Tom Peck Ford in 2005. I found a independent shop that took great care of me but they moved to Florida. So I gave Martin a try since I bought the first of my three Volts from them. I am totally satisfied with them. They are great.

I knew I wanted to upgrade to a Chevy Equinox a few months back -- but the timing wasnt right. I was coming in for an oil change and maintenance service. Booking the appointment was easy and the follow up from your service department was outstanding. I had mentioned to Joel Storm that I would be stopping in to also chat with him. He greeted me upon my arrival, coordinated my service appointment, offered me magazines in the waiting area, and genuinely made me feel welcome. Prompt service with communication updates regarding service being needed. Excellent facility always clean and well stocked water, coffee and other drinks. They provide shuttle service if needed to my home if I dont have rides.

The shuttle service was a pleasant surprise that made my entire day better. The team was also able to expedite the service for me with relatively late notice from me. It wasnt until almost 4pm that I found out I would have to have my car back that same day, and they managed to get it done for me.

Every time I come in everyone is very friendly. I absolutely love that I get free oil changes and car washes for the life of the car. I have never been to a dealership that has treated me this well. I will never buy from a different place.

We dropped the car off on Sunday for a Monday morning appointment. We texted to see when we would receive a quote. No answer. Then we called at 3pm and no one knew the status of our car or had a quote. We were told we’d be called back. We weren’t called back. We had to call again at 5:15pm and were told we needed $1400 worth of work on the air conditioning and that it would have to be kept additional days to fix it. Also another $500 was needed for DVD screen. When we went to pick it up it wasn’t ready. And we had to wait another 20+ minutes. Not sure what wasn’t ready since we declined the work because we needed the car back. The only thing that was “fixed” were the windshield wipers were replaced as requested.

Went in for an oil change, knowing I needed tires bad as they were wearing weird. Pulled in and right away was told the tires are bald. Was given a great price on tires and said they could do it that day. Jumped on that deal. The amount of updates given while they worked on my car was outstanding. My husband was also there to get an oil change and updating him as well. They came up and said I needed an alignment and they could do it today as well and I said of course! They were up front with prices and they were too good to turn down! Martin Chevy is my new go-to dealership! The workers are so nice and no one was pushy about anything. Prices are hard to beat! It was a simple process. I needed a tire changed because I got a nail in it. I have an extended warranty though GM Financial that covers my tires. The guys called, got the approval pretty quickly, 15-20mins or so, I had ordered the tire the night before so it was there as a repair was highly unlikely. The tire came in earlier than expected since it wasnt in stock so I was able to get in sooner. They swapped out the tire, put my spare & jack back in my SUV in its cubby & all was great to go. No stress & my daughter got a cute elephant stuffy out of it. 💜

I was trying to have my Chevy Cruz car fob replaced. I called to see if an appointment needed to be made. I was transferred to the service department where it rang for a while. It transferred back to the original operator where I asked to leave a message. She took my name, number and reason for my call. A week later, still no call back. I then called again. Same thing happened. It rang for a while at service with no answer and left a message with the original operator. Two days passed, no call back again. So I called one last time. This time service answered and transferred me to parts to see if the fob I needed was in stock. The person who answered in parts asked if I could go on hold, I said yes, and sat on hold for 10 minutes before hanging up and calling the Honda dealership down the street and made an appointment there. Had everything taken care of quickly and efficiently. Needless to say, I will never give my business to Martin Cheverolet if they cant even handle a phone call.

Service was excellent. There was an oil leak that showed up with my vehicle following a service I had there a few weeks ago. The Service Department was able to schedule me within 24 hours of when I called, asked only questions about where the oil appeared to be coming from and never suggested I did something to the car (which others in the past have done), and resolved the issue within a couple hours. The problem was a defective part, which was under warranty and that warranty was honored, again without question. Everyone was professional, courteous, and friendly. And my car was clean! I am very happy with the experience. Thank you!!

When i bought my vehicle i was told my first oil change would be free and i went to do my oil change when it was time and was told it was expired and was forced to pay full price during a pandemic and I had to pay money that i really didnt have. he wasnt even willing to work with me or anything was told to pay the $49.99 or take it somewhere else. the 3 stars are for price matching the tires I had to get and based off that service otherwise it would have been 1 star. I was very happy with Martin up until I was told that on my new car I bought 2-3 months ago that my very first oil change wasnt free when I had been told it would be.

When I made the appointment I was told that certain services would be included in the price. the price of service was outrageous. and the length of time that it took just for the oil change was ridiculous. I called and texted for a status, received nothing. Finally after calling the service counter direct, I got to talk with someone on status. Very unhappy with the payment counter as well, being told they can not accept a personal check for the payment. This whole service appointment was a huge waste and inconvenience. I will go elsewhere for services.

I called in and was able to get my vehicle in the same day for an inspection due to power reduction warning and check engine light. Unfortunately the repair took much longer than anticipated due to a delay in receiving the part. Luckily I was able to get a loaner vehicle on the first day and keep it until the work was completed.Service provided was excellent. The only complaint is with GM itself. The part that failed had been updated to a new part, which leads me to think that a notice of failure could have been provided. Other than that, I am very happy with everything provided and will recommend Martin Chevy for purchases and repairs.

STAY AWAY!!!Awful service. One had to wait three!!! hrs with scheduled appointment for them to bring an example of upsell estimate. $50 sensor from an auto part store they wanted $1000 for. They did not give a written estimate at the end of the visit as they suppose to. When I asked to e-mail me the estimate they failed as well.Stay away from Chevy brand and from this dealership.Leo.

Fantastic costumer service! After the completion of the purchase Business Manager James Dunn called the following day about additional GM consumer cash that was not applied to the final sale. James applied the additional credit to the purchase and it was immediately credited to the final sale. Now that’s service plus!! I will definitely be back for my next purchase.

No games with pricing. Ive been shopping for a while and have walked with no purchases. Ive also dealt with another Chevy dealer for years. The experience at Martin Chevy was different. The Service Department was outstanding! They not only completed the scheduled front and rear brakes but they diagnosed a more serious problem finding a cracked manifold which was leaking exhaust. I worked with Steve and Ed in the sales department. I came in wondering if I could get a new vehicle in the pricepoint I was interested in with a trade in and they both walked me through the process. It was the best car buying experience Ive ever had! I got a brand new, just off the truck 2021 Chevy Colorado with all the extras I was looking for! They were respectful, paid attention to details and were very attentive to what I was asking for. I initially went to Martin looking for a lease on a new Chevy, and the salesman I spoke with, Carlos, was ready with the car I scheduled a test drive in when I arrived at the dealership. During the drive, he was kind enough to allow me to become acclimated to the variety of new (to me) features that were available in the car, and allowed me to gawk at how much technology has advanced in cars from my previous vehicle to that one. After completing the test, I wasnt very impressed with the car, so Carlos showed me a few other models that were in my price range that I might be interested in, but I just didnt like anything that I was seeing there. We went out on a walk around the lot to see if there were any used vehicles that I would be interested in, and out there I was able to fully explain what it was I wanted in a lease. I thanked him for his time and went on my way, and later that day I received a call from Dan, a part-owner if the dealership and had a lovely conversation with him. He informed me that he would be directing my used car search for the dealership and listened to me when I outlined the specific qualities I was looking for in a car. A few days later, I received a call from Carlos informing me that they were in the process of bringing in a used car that matched rather closely what I was looking for. I set up an appointment to see the car, took it for a test drive and fell for it. A fantastic used car with new brakes, 2 new front tires, and only 44,000 miles on it. Carlos did a great job working to find a car that fit my budget as well as this does, and Im extremely grateful for having Martin as a whole involved in my car search. Highly recommend these guys.

I was disappointed in the fact that my brake pads are squeaking and there is a TSB on it but it can not be fixed for no charge because I am out of the bumper to bumper warranty and my extended warranty that I bought does not cover this. This is a common problem with the 2018-2020 Chevy Traverse.

My wife and I purchased a certified pre-owned Chevy from this dealership just about a week ago. Hands-down the best customer service you’ll find. We worked primarily with Jose and he made what would have normally been a very stressful and drawn out process incredibly easy and quick. My car was sitting in parking lot after maintenance, never had this happen to me before an I was trying too get charged for a battery that is still good / never got a call back on a add on /being double charged possibly .. an overexaggerating saying i have a few leaks.. which i know I dont. An than when I talk to the guy in person he apologizes for not knowing Im at the dealership cause I ran down street an never informed me on a up charge .. /sitting there watching him service other people/around lunch time an customers after me getting there cars.. only time Ive been let down coming here an had to demand my keys back.. I never had this experience before.
