I called for an estimate On an iPhone trade in wouldn’t give me a price . Asked me to give him a number when I gave him a number he said “uhhh NO” . And then I explained that’s why I asked for an estimate, so he then proceeds to ask me to come in. I gave him all details on the phone. It’s just an ESTIMATE. How hard can it be? If you have future clients on the phone why not give a little effort into your customer service it doesn’t matter the customer is in person or over the phone the same care should be given

They broke my daughters iphone and stole all the shields: the camera, battery, connection, speaker, and home button shield are all missing. Got a second opinion from mall kiosk, they told me they didnt know what the iPhone repair lab did, but they botched the job and broke the phone. They also broke the headphone port.They said that it was the mother board, but that is still working, and was working when they put in the first (wrong color) cover.They are liars and cheats--avoid like the plague.
